One of the best resorts. I attended a wedding here last month. The wedding hall and grounds are well cleaned and maintained, especially the restaurant and open bar area. Two or three wedding halls are available and both are very good. They have also provided a large parking area. It's very near to Chenganasseri town

Located at a prime spot in kottayam, contour is a beautiful resort in all aspects. It's easily accessible as it's situated at the road side. Well maintained with utter neatness and cleanliness. Efficient parking facility. Staff are very cordial and helpful. It has a pleasant ambiance. It's serene and calm.

I've been to Contour quite a few times now so I think I can give you a fair picture of the place. Located on Alleppey Changanaasherry road makes this hotel ideally situated close to the town but not in the middle either hence being a much more peaceful place. There is ample parking for whatever number . The car parking is huge. They have multiple halls which should suit any functions needs. I can't comment on the rooms since I haven't stayed there though. The food is fairly good and quite affordable given the rates of other similar hotels. If you enjoy a drink or two the Bar is absolutely spacious and there are open air as well as air conditioned spaces. The service is good and all our needs are met within reasonable time. Highly recommend.

Location of this resort is convenient for us from Pathanamthitta Took a round of the place and really liked the open spaces and landscaping. Special mention mathew who guided us through the property and patiently answered all our queries. Would definitely recommend everyone to try out this place and will surely visit next time .

Attended a wedding at this venue on 23rd Oct...access to the place is in a bit of disarray as the road is being repaired...place is good..plenty of parking space and spacious halls. The dining area appeared a bit small...but the in-house catering was good.

I had booked the auditorium for a wedding during the month of December. I had the food for the wedding from the Contour group cater itself. The food ran out and the service for the food was very disappointing. The servers were incompetent and was very messy. Even though the food for the wedding was not that of their best quality. Their normal restaurant seafood was really of good quality. I would not recommend this place for a function as they don’t provide best quality food for a function of any kind. The quality and the quality you deem during a function was extremely not dependable. They employees asked me to give a review and when I asked if I can say that the food was of poor quality and quantity they said I can’t say that. The employees they hired for the wedding function was clueless most of the times. The servers were all lacking in skills that a hotel management staff would normally have. Thus their service for food was the biggest bad bump we had for our function. They even charged up for their incompetence and poor service. They didn’t not even apologize for their actions that caused a huge disruption in our function. This makes me sick to find such reputed group would do a very terrible job on their large scale of people. They should have fired more competent and skillful caters for their services they provide. They even took out our stuffs from the mini bar of our guests room. Which was such an insult. They had many hidden charges that made us question and argue a lot.

Since the function we came to attend is in the convention Center here, it became so convenient for us to stay here. - Incident with security personnel - Just take care of the toxic attitude of certain security guys as they won't think twice before saying things like "yeah, that was yesterday's parking rule, today's is different" as if it is my duty to learn their workarounds and changing rules during everyday of my stay when we were told very clearly to park the car next to our cottage on the day we checked in and more than that he expects us abide by command immediately (I don't give a f_ck about it)

It is a very nice place. But it is not suitable for going during rainy seasons. During our visit to this place a out 150 metres of road was submerged in water. We could reach the hotel in our vehicle (which was a tempo traveller). Otherwise it is a nice place.

Lot of open space I side there campus. Went there to attend an out door event recently. Food is average.. Not suitable to organize out door events since food light will attract lot of insects from near by swamps and marshy areas.

Stayed in the cottage. Really spacious and neat rooms. It is a bit old so the rooms are not in it's best shape. But, this place has the best rooms available in Changanacherry.

Tried the bar there. I was drawn in by the outside looks. But the bar ambience is just like a any normal bar. The food was very average. The whole experience was not worth it.

It's a bunch of halls in one single area.. so make sure which hall I want to go otherwise you'll end up in some others wedding... Very spacious parking area... Located on AC road road connection is very good, once the AC road construction is over. There is enough parking space for 2 to 3 groups. Food is also good.

I won't recommend there halls for wedding or any other party gatherings as there rules or terms and conditions are very restrictive. During the time of booking they will not be having any problems regarding decoration but at the time of arrangements they will be coming up with many types of restrictions. So be careful before paying out the advance amount for booking.

And services is very bad that the guys where not even try to deliver. We arrived at the restaurant to have dinner and waited for 1hour and 20minutes just to get a table while being bit by huge mosquitoes. After that we were directed to the bar section saying that it was a family area. We were then brought back to the restaurant after we disagreed to sit at the bar. Long waiting times, poor communication and moody staff were the highlight of the night. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

With limited choice for morning buffet, no Wi-Fi ,no proper house keeping, socket outlets not working, it is a wonder how it got a 5Star rating. My wife and I visited this bar/restaurant with our kids on our way to Alappuzha. The place is pretty nice, and the food served was decent. We ordered Karimeen fry, Prawns grill, Fish curry meals, and Beef chilli. The fish was fresh and tasty, but the other dishes were just average. The food took some time to be delivered, which made the kids a little uncomfortable. Overall, it was a nice experience, and the staff were helpful.

It was my daughters wedding and the catering service the hotel did was something that was really disappointing. Not giving the food according to the count was one thing but the fact that they took extra money from us and lied to us was an outreach. Scamming people when they trust them completely is something that's would hurt you when you believe their words. I hope none of you go through something like this. There were old reviews which I didn't notice and I wish I did. I hope all of you be careful when it comes to letting them take your catering service as they ruined our family's happy day.
