I had a very disappointing experience at the Ather Kottayam. The sales executives were preoccupied with something other than attending to customers. Despite having a complaint, they did not have the time to listen. I waited for nearly two hours to speak with the sales manager, but he was still busy, so I eventually left. Despite the scooter being in stock, it took 15 days for the delivery of the vehicle. To make matters worse, the TPMS was installed incorrectly. Even after the delivery, the status of my booking was "invoicing" instead of "delivered". Overall, I would not recommend this showroom to anyone due to their poor service and lack of customer care.

Today I rode the Ather scooter. It is a very good scooter. The staff is well behaved. As soon as I called, they came with the vehicle.

We travelled all the way from Pathanamthitta after an online booking for test drive. After reaching there noone of the phones were picked up and the response was that the shop was closed. Ather keep up customer satisfaction

Good showroom and customer experience. Demo vehicles of different variants and new colours were explained and displayed.
