I stayed in their deluxe ac room. Rooms were clean and neat. Toilet was also clean. However I could feel the cigarette smoke smell in the toilet, possibly not sufficiently cleaned after the las party. Other than that I am satisfied

It was a beautiful experience to stay up here and continue to do our work with a new energy in mentally and physically. As I had to specially thank from my bottom of our heart was the Staff one who took care of us, To arrive at the place it took us late because of the technical issues in our vehicle but they helped us and waited for us very politely. And one more thing the food they served was fabulous and it's amazing...The rooms and everything was very neat and so clean. We enjoyed our stay up there. Thank you so much guys and we are looking forward to making a stay if we want to come around that place. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Nice rooms and nice staff behaviour in reception and room service section. Family friendly. Compliment breakfast is not buffet,you wont get a second option..may be regular customers wont be that much. Only problem i faced is from a lady staff who was there at reception and restaurant, her behaviour was not pleasing.. As she feels complimentary breakfast is something or kind of charity from their side.. That kind of attitude is not at all appreciable.. Otherwise its a good hotel and nice experience we had. Even though a short stay.

great experience. It’s a modern well built hotel, spacious comfortable rooms. Located in a quiet part of kottayam with easy access to the town.

They keep changing the rate of the same drink. It keeps rising after a few drinks. They even manipulate the bills. I wasn't in a mood. So I didn't create a scene.. 😂

Excellent experience! The ambiance is very welcoming & charming. From the starter to the dessert the quality and taste of everything was good. Polite staff. Highly recommended.
