First time we visited here coz Google review says 4.6 rating. Kind of disappointed becoz dr I Dewa Gede Agung Manuk Sudibiadnyana, M.Biomed, Sp.KK - seems smart from diagnosing my husband and explaining briefly what he thought. My husband May be having side effects from taking meds and he said prednisone or dexamethasone can cause moon face. Sadly when I asked about moon face, he said “look for it in Google”. So I did, but since I am curious if it’s dangerous or not, I asked again, if it’s dangerous. He said “just read it up in Google”. Omg? What’s the point of having all the knowledge and title if he can’t explain to us even briefly. So sad. May not recommend this doctor to others. Too bad, the knowledge is only kept to himself. The clinic is comfortable and the service from the staff is also very satisfying, yesterday I had a microdermabrasion treatment here, all the dirt and dead skin cells on my face were removed, next time I will definitely come back to try other treatments, RECOMMENDED......

First time facial here. Less satisfactory. The therapist is less skilled in removing blackheads. Pierce pimples without using a needle. Even use a blackhead press. Less sterile it seems.

Been there for hair removal treatment. The staff were all friendly, the clinic has a good vibes. The doctor was also friendly and i would recommend the clinic since it is handled by dermatovenerologist. You might find typical clinic that has similar treatment to braia but not for the human resources. A bit pricey but it worthy

Been there yesterday and got diagnosed as cronic urticaria. I am so disappointed with the service gave by their pharmacy and cashier. I got the recipe, and the medicine they gave to me were different with the doctor's recipe. The pharmacy changed it without giving any explanation why. Even the medicine's name did not written clearly on bill, on bill wrote only as "Obat 1", "Obat 2", etc... not as the medicine's name. In addition, i checked the HET of medicine are different with what they invoiced me. Why? Is it clinic's policy to not inform patient that they changed the medicine without explanation, to not write the medicine's name clearly on bill, to have different medicine price compare with HET? Surely not recommed this clinic, until they could give a proper explanation.

Dr Utami is highly proficient in her line of work. The space is clean and hygiene practices are observed.
