I have to say that I’ve never left a bad review in my life. But I can’t be silent in this case. My cat injured her paw and had to have stitches. I went to Bali veterinary yesterday and their doctor suggested surgery, which is a fairly common procedure. After the operation, my cat caught an eye infection. The doctors at the clinic said it wasn't their fault, and she contracted this eye infection on the way home from the clinic, apparently while sitting in a bag. In addition, the cat suffered with its paw all night and morning. Fortunately, I went to another clinic in Denpasar, because the staff of Bali Veterinary do not bear any responsibility for what they did, and I no longer trust them. Another veterinary clinic confirmed that she got it during/after the operation because doctors in Bali veterinary didn’t observe her properly during the procedure. Besides, they bandaged her paw tightly, and she was in pain. That's why she screamed all night and morning. I know that everyone can make a mistake, but if you make it, you have to admit it and fix it. I will not recommend this clinic to anyone. We went there because it was close to our house and it was a big mistake. P.s. People who works there were nice and polite. But it can’t help with other problem.

Stay away from this clinic! They do not have enough equipment to do proper diagnosis nor do they have the integrity to admit it and refer you elsewhere. I absolutely hate this place and wouldn’t trust the judgment of any of their vets. Only go here if you yourself know what’s needed and can demand that treatment. ...and don’t leave your loved ones in over night care.

Just the best vet/emergency vet care in canggu.! All staff are caring, kind and knowledgeable We have used them for cats and dogs. If u have an emergency any time night or day they can provide u with the care u need. I’m truly, truly grateful for the response I received for my little poodle and the care for 13 days. The Emergency surgery and aftercare is above and beyond anything I’ve experienced in any country!

Super expensive and my dog not even get better and they cut the long hair of my dog's ears for ear cleaning. I paid 1.2 for diarrhea problem and ear cleaning.

Our cat was hit by a vehicle and was in really bad condition, we thought we were going to loose him, but Dr. Komang and all the team managed to save him. It took a lot of work and patience, but we have him back home, happy and recovering well. All thanks to the amazingly diligent and dedicated team of Pererenan Vet! 🙏🏻 Highly recommend.

I would like to share my experience of visiting Bali Veterinary Clinic Pererenan - BVC Pererenan. The clinic does not know how to work with older animals, which led to the death of my cat. My cat was 15 years old, at the time of contacting the clinic she felt satisfactory - she moved, ate, walked. Her eye was very watery, the prescribed drops in this clinic did not help. The doctor said to come in for washing the lacrimal canal. They couldn’t take a blood test - the cat resisted, which surprised me a lot - over the 15 years she lived, she was taken a blood test many times, even with her bad character. As a result, without a blood test, she was injected with a relaxant. A day later, the cat could not walk, the coordination of movement was disturbed, very weak, breathing heavily, refusing to eat. The doctor said to this: old animals get out of the action of relaxants up to 72 hours. Every time during all the visits and messages the doctor said to my complaint: she is an old cat. Dear Doctor, do you know that the cat could live up to 20 -22 years if the care is proper? If you could take blood test before the relaxant injection and taking money the animals could live longer! It was your fatal error and the death of my cat is on your conscience and greed! I believe that a careless approach to the side effects of a relaxant in aged animals with chronic diseases before a complete blood test led to irreversible consequences - internal hemorrhage and acute bronchitis after washing the eye. At the Sunset vet Kuta clinic the cat could no longer be saved. My best friend passed away. P.S. Now the clinic has left a response. but the truth is that the doctor did everything to make money and convinced that the relaxant is not harmful to the elderly cat and did nothing to warn about the consequences. there was no blood test, ultrasound of the internal organs before giving the relaxant! most doctors wouldn't take the risk of giving a relaxation shot to an senior cat, but what matters to your doctor is not the animal's life, but the expat's money. Avoid this clinic if you love your pet!

My cat accidentally fell from the second floor, which resulted in an injury to its leg(limping). I immediately brought it to a this vet clinic and he was prescribed some medication. After three days, I noticed significant improvements in my cat's health and I am very grateful for the kind assistance provided by the female veterinarian (I think her name is Dr. Tia) who treated my pet. I'm very glad that my cat has fully recovered and can now play like it used to.

Im super grateful to find this vet. Im grateful for drh Wulan, my 2 puppies got virus (distemper) and they saved them. They are super communicative, super fast response, gave us gift as well. The payment is very reasonable. The environment is clean❤️ thank you so much BVC ❤️❤️ you guys saved my puppies ❤️❤️

⚠️ OVERPRICED: They charge you a cone for 100k IDR which you can buy for 25k from other pet stores. ⚠️INCONSIDERATE: They said my cat should be hospitalized to clean the wound. My cat had an abscess, and it needed to be cleaned regularly so we left him here for 6 days. That left 2 cuts on his face, he kept scratching the cuts every time we visited him. So we asked why they didn’t put a cone on him after cleaning the wound. the staff just responded with "do you want a cone?" i mean, what do you think?. i already mentioned above, they charged us 100k. in korea, after a surgery it's provided free… ⚠️VERY POOR COMMUNICATION: before his castration, the vet asked if we'd want a blood test, since my cat was a stray for one year, I agreed on it (price was 350k something). We found out the results on our own during the visit time. No other clear explanation around it. Plus, when the castration surgery happened, I was the one reaching out to make sure the schedules and what I should be aware of. this wasn't only time, I had to always make sure on many things. ⚠️LACK OF BASIC THINGS: so we put the expensive cone on my cat. after they cleaned the wound, they forgot to put it back on him. often times, they didn’t put a litter box in the cage, so he would poo as soon as I let him out. I observed that other cats often don’t have litter boxes. The doctors seem actually responsible and reliable but the admin and communication part are so bad. The pet store is very expensive, go buy somewhere else.

I brought Tofu here, a street dog that was in very bad shape and I spent a month going there to visit him while he was recovering. Staff in Pererenan Vet Clinic are all super friendly! Dr Vanessa took care of Tofu and was amazing! I am so happy because their treatments and love saved Tofu’s life! Forever grateful. Bali dogs are the best!!!

Leaving a review for this Vet because they saved our very ill Rottweiler from parvo virus. He could hardly walk when we arrived. He spent seven days in the parvo unit and he is now back at home and feeling 100%. Thank you so much for saving our dog’s life. The fees were very reasonable too. They also gave us twice daily updates on his condition. Thank you to the whole team who looked after Ogie.

My Bali dog was poisoned and I rushed her to Bali Veterinary Clinic Pererenan, they treated her so quickly and calmly. I wasn’t sure she was going to make it as I was driving her there but they knew exactly how to treat her. Within 30 minutes she was doing much better and they were working on getting her body temperature back down. They kept me updated with texts every morning on her condition and let me visit her multiple times a day. I 100000% recommended coming here for any issues with your pets as they were so amazing!! Thank you Bali Veterinary Clinic Pererenan 🐕🩷 I paid 5 mil for 3 days. Including emergency care for the poisoning and 3 full days of IV fluids, blood work, monitoring & medications. Although this was a bit expensive, they saved her life and I am thankful for that.
