Good Doctors and awful Ripoffs Good news first: Went there with after landing on a sea urchin and the doctor did a great job. Staff was very friendly But then the rip-off started: they charged me 450k for 10 tablets of a brand antibiotic, but gave me the generic which is 70k-100k at a local pharmacy. They recommend also an completely unnecessary tetanus booster for 2.1mil although my vaccination status was still valid. Would only go there again if willing to spend big bugs

The positive: I was treated very quickly and felt in good hands at the time, they answered all my questions. The negative: First they said I had a viral infection and gave me an infusion + all sorts of medications (pretty expensive in total). The infusion was horrible as the person was apparently very inexperienced at placing infusions and a lot of blood ran out.... After my blood results were in, I was apparently supposed to have had a bacterial infection after all and was prescribed an antibiotic as a result. When I was back in Germany, I immediately went to an experienced tropical doctor because my condition had even worsened. Here it was determined that the blood results from Bali did not indicate a bacterial infection at all and also the remaining medication was partly completely unsuitable. Therefore I took antibiotics unnecessarily, spent vast amounts of money on a wrong diagnosis and treatment. I hope the team will work on improving its diagnosis competences.

Awful service! I had covid, made a test in their clinic. I asked at their office if i would be able to get a recovery letter when i recover and get negative pcr test. They confirmed that yes. I recovered, i came to the clinic, made the test, got negative result. They asked me to wait till the doctor comes and hepls to make a recovery certificate. The doctor comes, eats, makes jokes, does nothing. After 1,5 hrs of waiting they show me a tiny document with around 10 words on the paper and the heading "Quarantine confirmation"!!! Not a recovery certificate or recovery letter that i asked for. Completely non professional approach.

watch out for their unreliable staff and inconsistent pricing. the PCR test for Covid is more than 2x the government price and they waited until I was to come for my appointment and then increased the price by another million thinking I would have no choice. avoid -- there are plenty of other places available.

Dr. Adi and his team took great care of me. In my more than 10 years of traveling around Asia, I never got hit by something that bad. I'm glad I found the clinic and got immediate help. They explained everything to me, were super transparent on the costs and Dr. Adi even sat with me during my treatment (I wish doctors back home took that much time for their patients). Another great thing was that I was able to ask any questions on Whatsapp any time and I got replies even late at night. This is beyond what I expected and I am very grateful for this help. About 50 percent of all tourisls get a bali belly! My tip is to google how to avoid this. But if (like me) you get it anyway, i highly recommend this practice. Service is pristine, they do a full body check up (also on sunday) and deliver the meds after examining your blood and …. (Fill in the dots) on the same day! This was the least professional outfit I've experienced in a long time, Bali style included. I went in to have my teeth whitened, and had the most horrid experience start to end. From reception staff not able to communicate and understand you well and giving incorrect info, - saying the treatment would last 10mins when it took total more than an hour. To dentist not understanding well and me repeating myself many times, to no communication about what he's doing or check if I'm alright with questions along the way - you're pretty incapacitated during the process. To the male dentist and malee nurse for 40mins standing right next to me giggling and laughing in Bahasa - with other staff coming and going into the tiny room laughing as they look at me and leaving the door leading direct to the reception area open. To the chair seat plastic not having an individual paper, only broken glad was it seemed which stuck to my legs no end. To not focusing on suction meanwhile their chatting, to having bleached my gums so they were bright white, and for me having to prompt them that I want some info and having to say it was unprofessional not giving me any information along the way. On top of it all - trying to charge more than the specified price. I could go on. Two words - Don't go. There are so many amazing dentists, this experience is not worth it.

Do not go to this dentist if you want anything other than a check up. I went to get a crown replaced and after taking 230 k consultation fee from me they told me they don’t have any equipment, not even X-ray machine. Worst service. Avoid.

Kudos to Hydro! I experienced an unfortunate accident w/ a motorbike a few weeks back and needed immediate attention. The clinic was super professional and truly caring in so many ways. Not only that, but their medical doctors continued to follow-up with me and keep apprised of my condition weeks, thereafter (even now, as I write this), ensuring that my healing was moving along smoothly. I took my son there today for gastro and high fever. Dr Bagus was excellent (as his name suggests!). Friendly, knowledgeable with a great bedside manner. Fluent English and decisive treatment. Costs are explained to you well in advance. Treatment, IV with drugs and follow up medication all for ~AUD200. The level and standard of care was better than in many Melbourne clinics. The staff took the time to explain treatment options as well as ensure that we understood follow up meds and tests to be done. Thank you so much, we are glad to have found you!

Got an appointment within 4 hours of contacting them, only waited 5 minutes while in the clinic, quick procedure with helpful and friendly staff who all spoke English. 👍 Was just under $100 AUD which was reasonable.

The guy (definitely without any medical education) shoved the swab much too far into my nose. I was in pain and shouted “stop, stop!!“. He just continued to push it deeper until I was bleeding. I never bleed from the nose.. Needless to say the swab was unable as it was soaked in blood. He then wanted to do another swab in the other nostril.. You can imagine my reaction. We agreed to do the second swab from my throat. He surly didn't want to miss out on the 438.000 idr that this joint charges for antigen tests. I hope i won't have any further problems with my nose after this. What a terrible experience!

BEWARE OF THE SCAMS WITH COVID TESTS! I have done the rapid test there, and it showed antibodies present, because I have had Covid two months ago. They said I couldn't fly with it, and I need to do a PCR test to confirm, it costs 160 pounds (3 time the price that the government hospital Udayana in Jimbaran). When the guy was taking the test, he called me outside on the bench,! and took a swab from my throat, and he walked away with it without even sealing it in a plastic bag! My test result came back positive. When I asked them how is it possible when I already had Covid , recovered, and have antibodies present, they said something about possible reinfection and that I should do another test in a week (another 160 pounds). Next day, I went to the government hospital where the PCR was 50 pounds, and the result was negative. When I asked them, the hospital staff told me it's not possible to get Covid two months after the infection has cleared and with the test showing antibodies present, but PCR tests are highly accurate. Conclusion: the guys likely fake the results to make money out of you!! When I confronted them on wattsapp message, saying I have been in Udayana hospital and the result is negative they didn't even reply!! They know I can't sue them in Indonesia... Avoid the clinic at all costs!!!!! You will lose your plane tickets and will keep coming back to them for more expensive tests!

I highly recommend using this clinic! First, they are very responsive and helpful to communicate with and easy to book with on Whatsapp. We got an on-site IV hangover treatment (for very good price) at our hotel room and Dr Shillea and Nurse Apti were incredible medical professionals. Dr Shillea spoke great English, gave us clear information and explained exactly what we were being given, and our options. She also offered incredibly helpful advice for my sister who got Bali belly and she was so knowledgeable and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions when she didn’t have to.

Really attentive healthcare team! I WhatsApp them and get responses usually within 2-10mins maximum. They are fast to come right out to your location to provide service. I had a total of four home visits while in the Canggu area. They were extremely professional, patient with all my questions, and very kind. They were able to do medical exams and tests, as well as provide medication right within my hotel room. What’s more is they always followed up with me afterwards to see how I was feeling. Highly recommend!

I did rapid test it was fast 10 min - and organized

Just had my rapid antigen swab test done here (235,000rp). Was a bit worried after reading the other review (that was copied twice so seems like a fake review?) but it was all done very professionally. The doctor wore full hazmat suit and masks, and of course the swab was uncomfortable because that's what a swab test is like but it wasn't anything extreme. Just wish they had the courage to not let some Australian a**hole in without a mask. Other than that, very professional and quick service.

Me & my husband had our swab antigen here in last December, the service & result was fast. The staffs were also helpful & friendly. The hygiene protocol were there for sure. Last January, when we’re back in Bali, I had an emergency due to buckwheat allergy. Buckwheat was usually used on vegan food, soba & also to add moist to cakes. We went there met the doctor, however that time the hard symptoms has not appeared yet. So we went back to our Hotel, after shower the symptoms gradually appeared. I called the clinic directly and within 20minutes doctor Jan & assistant Agung (sorry if i missed the assistent’s name) has arrived in the Hotel where we stayed (Berawa beach), and directly went to see me in the room. They were really patient & calmed me down. I had allergy injection (2-3 items if I’m not mistaken), until 1 AM when they saw that I’m recovered (face back to normal, no more swollen face) then they left. I really appreciate their attention towards urgent situations. They even haven’t charged any fee yet until the next morning. Their trust on us were highly appreciated, safety of their patient is priority rather than the payment. Next day of course I made the payment conveniently by bank transfer. Dr Jan also contacted me to check on my condition. Thank you so much for the great assistance, would really recommend this clinic to other traveller. Thank you!
