My family would like to say thank you to the staff at Landmark Hospital. I cannot say enough good things about how great this hospital was to my mother. She felt like they were her extended family during her 7 week stay here. My mother’s situation was unusual in regards to her symptoms and ultimately the official diagnosis. She required an extremely high level of supplied oxygen and the other hospital she was at was pushing her out. Landmark provided an environment that allowed my mother the time to relax during the last days of her life. She no longer had to worry that she was on an insurance time clock with an expiration date. The entire Landmark staff was remarkable and truly cared about my mother. We definitely made the right decision transferring her there. Thank you.

Our father, Dr Clarence A. Scott, DO was hospitalized here during his fight against resulting illnesses he had from contracting Covid-19. The facility was incredibly clean and Dr Albert and his entire team treated our Dad like a member of their family while going above and beyond to ensure everything possible was done to help our Dad overcome his numerous ailments. During Dad's last few days in the facility, the staff frequently brought carafes of fresh coffee and plates of baked goods to our family at Dad's bedside. We highly recommend this facility and we want to sincerely thank the Landmark staff in Naples for their compassionate care of our father.

So far, after three weeks they don’t seem to have enough time for the patients. I surely hope this improves these patients deserve better. They need more attention, they need more physical therapy not just leave them in the bed wasting away. My Aunt has an infection in her toe, has had for a few days now, she was told someone Would be in yesterday 11/16/20 to take care of the toe, no one came. Hopefully todayπŸ™πŸΌ she is diabetic and needs this done ASAP. I remember when Landmark and kindred Hospital were competing for the position in Naples to open their hospitals. I was hoping Landmark would get in as my mother was at kindred and they were horrible. I’m praying that Landmark improves on the patient care so we don’t realize we’ve made a horrible mistake

I have been at Landmark Hospital for over 2 weeks in the I CU. Dr. Albert and then staff are incredibly compassionate and caring. The facility is spotless and then food got better as I did. I was at Cape Coral Hospital for a week before I was moved here. Would not want to be anywhere else given the damage to my lungs with C Ovid. I wouldn' hesitate to spend a family member to this exceptional hospital.

I brought my father here after complications at a Naples hospital. I was told it was the only place I could take him. They lied to me. He went from walking with a stand up walker to the commode. To having to use a Hoyer lift and a bed pan. It was so demeaning. They refused to let him use his stand up walker number one they didn’t have one, so when I brought our own in they still said no?! Do NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONE HERE!

Cannot believe I had surgery there last week. Why would any accomplished surgeon ever practice there? I thought I was with the best but now have severe doubts. I’m worried that it was the wrong choice. The hospital is very small smelly dank dirty and dark. I got a rash from the sheets on my back. The nurses were responsive and wonderful but the CNAs were lazy and sat around looking at their phones. Doctors would not order appropriate pain meds. Meals were awful.

My husband is currently a patient at Landmark. I cannot say enough about the incredible staff from the doctors, nurses and technicians who take excellent care of him. I would also like to compliment the chef and his staff on the quality of food they serve it's like eating in a 5 star restaurant. Thank you to everyone.

I can't express enough how grateful I am for the outstanding care my aunt received at this hospital. Her journey from being on a ventilator to finally being weaned off it was nothing short of miraculous, all thanks to the incredible team here. The doctors, nurses, and support staff demonstrated unwavering dedication and expertise throughout her time at LTAC. Their constant monitoring, compassion, and encouragement made her feel safe and confident during this challenging period. She was not just a patient; she was a person, and they treated her with the utmost respect and kindness. The attention to detail in her treatment plan was impressive, and the team worked tirelessly to ensure she received the best possible care. The genuine concern for her well-being extended beyond medical needs. The staff took the time to understand her and my concerns, answer our questions, and involve me in her own recovery plan. She is now on the road to recovery, and I credit this incredible LTAC for giving her a second chance at life. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of specialized care. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your exceptional service and unwavering support.

Staff is polite, facility is clean, they literally saved my loved ones life and I appreciate them greatly. I was worried about the extra drive time from my home in Venice BUT being able to stay occ. provided some comfort and the care that was provided saved my moms leg.

I cannot express my gratitude, experience, and indebtment to staff who cared for a family member who was transferred to this facility. Not only was the quality of care top-notch; with her insurance the transfer from the previous facility was flawless. I would recommend Landmark Hospital to anyone who needs continued care for not only loved ones, but themselves.

I am one f the most positive, easy going , patient people you will ever meet and have been through the ringer when it comes to medical facilities. But let me say that nothing in comparison to the level of incompatance I experienced at Landmark Hospital . I honestly had no clue the that people could display such cruelty on to other human beings. From top to bottom everyone on staff is mean and are not helpful in anyway . In the first three days alone I was given no meals , next to no pain medications and even asking for help to repasitioning legs for some form of relief would fall on deaf ears would fall
