Move in process was quick but the apartment was not ready for move in. The washer and dryer was left in the entry way, tools and paint buckets were laying around, closet doors were off their hinges and it was not properly cleaned. I’ve been a resident for over six months and the gates are still nonfunctional, my washer spills buckets of water when used, and the maintenance team completes work orders without fixing or seeing anything. There is also constantly piles of trash randomly left throughout the complex.

This place was great at first, but today a second shooting took place within a year. I had to watch a father struggle to run with his 8 month old baby, while trying to get away. And the rent continue to increase’ there’s no security or any protection here. My car continues to get hit and they refuse to do anything about it. I strongly not recommend this place’ they need to do better. It was great in the beginning but not anymore.

NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY !!! HORRIBLE management , They will try to charge you for stuff even when you leave already that doesn’t even pertain to you . They charge 25 for valet trash that supposedly comes with a trash can to put outside but didn’t give me a trash can for the whole 12 months I was there because I guess they ran out of them for 12 months … still charged me … also sometimes the trash doesn’t even pick up your trash on the days they are supposed to… the gates never worked there always open anybody can go in and out of there with no code. The gym bathroom is disgusting they probably don’t clean it , probably don’t clean the gym either and definitely not the equipment or matts because they leave black residue on my hands when I touch them , some of the gym equipment been broke half the time I lived there , In the mornings you hear the jail sirens , the u.s marshals came to my door one time looking for an inmate I was so scared , the one night I heard gun shots and they sounded really close . This apartment is not worth that much to stay definitely. Right when I moved in I had to get my washer my stove AND my microwave replaced and they didn’t even give me new ones they gave me used ones . If I could give this 0 stars I would .!!!

I am writing a poor review every single day until my issue is resolved. I am a tenant at this horrible property, my dryer has been broken for 3 months. The offices solution to this problem is to hand us a key to another unit to use the dryer there. No explanation or any idea of when we will have a permanent resolution. My daughter went the unit to use the dryer with the key they provided. When she arrived in the unit, a man was standing there, and I refuse to send her there alone again.. They’ve promised a resolution and some form of reduction on our rent for our inconveniences, still nothing. I now driving miles away to my eldest daughters home to do laundry. This is beyond UNPROFESSIONAL. The managers here lack of accountability…waiting for your response..

Worst experience ever . They try to charge thousands of dollars when you move out , for NOTHING , and when I got there, they didn’t fix ANYTHING that was wrong with the apartment when I first got there like the scratches in the floor nails in the wall, they don’t clean the stairways they DONT care about the community because the recycling and the regular trash is all mixed together in the dumpsters, most of the trash sits on the ground outside of the dumpsters . They don’t clean the gym, it’s not sanitary . My mail always used to get stolen out the mail room and I never got any notification when it arrives. My car was in GUEST PARKING EVEN WITH A PARKING STICKER AND STILL GOT TOWED AND HAD TO PAY. And then when I went to tell them they didn’t even know about the parking sticker THEY GAVE ME. Not a safe environment somebody died there and 3 cars got ran into right outside my apartments .

We have lived here over 3 years now and the maintenance and cleanliness have steadily gone downhill. The grounds look clean from face value - there is lots of dog poop left unpicked up by residents. There are sometimes bags of garbage left outside. Been asking for over 8 months for our stairs and and corridors to be washed but there is always excuse of something more important to be done and promises that our building will be next. The cleanliness of the building is becoming a huge eye sore and does not, by far represent "luxury living". I actually do not feel comfortable having anyone visiting me here, this is disgusting!

Honestly it's been the best apartment complex I've lived in. Don't let negative comments turn you away. Units are spacious, beautifully designed. Staff are friendly and helpful. Everyone in the community is friendly.

Great community, with friendly staff! Pool area is great and apartment sizes are very good and spacious! Needs a lot of cleaning improvements, smells like dog poop everywhere, there's always trash in the hallway and grass, stairs and halls have never been cleaned.
