Internet is always going in & out. There is never enough parking. Why is it that i live on the back side of the complex & have to park in the front & walk all the way to the opposite side. The walls are so thin, you can honestly hear everything your neighbors are doing. It’s really not that nice of a complex, luxury is for sure pushing it. There’s always a numerous amount of car break ins at all times of the night. They send emails almost every two months warning everyone. They would rather put cameras in places to watch everything we do rather than put one where it can slow down on the car break ins we keep experiencing. My car has been broke into once & my fiancés once.

Outstanding experience throughout the entire leasing process. Katie was our leasing agent and we could not have been more pleased with her amazing service. She really does make you feel like you are at home. Quiet community with amazing amenities.

On top of the staff being incredibly helpful, nice, and professional the apartment has also made some awesome changes! In recent months the dog park has been updated and the rules have been enforced way more strictly which improves the overall complex for the residents. Overall I’m pretty pleased with this apartment even though we hate apartment living.

Just moved in this past week & couldn’t be happier! Katie was the leasing agent working with us and made us feel right at home. She explained everything thoroughly and did a wonderful job answering all of our questions about our new home. The amenities, the location close to the beach and good shopping centers, the people - everything has been great so far! I am very hopeful this will be our home for a long time!

The staff is amazing. I cannot thank Katie enough for helping me find the perfect unit. Her dedication and customer service is amazing. Not a fan of apartment living but it is beautiful and well maintained here. I am proud to call this home and will enjoy my time here! Amenities are great!

Katie and Brady made this such an incredible experience! I started searching for an apartment 3 months ago and had poor experiences at other properties because they told me I was thinking too far ahead and didn’t even attempt to show me prices or a breakdown for my estimated move in date. I was just eager to leave my living situation and Katie and Brady never once made me feel like I was asking too many questions or getting ahead of myself. Every single interaction was seamless, our move-in day they were incredibly welcoming, and they’ve gone above and beyond for me in several circumstances over the past 3 months!! I’ve been living here for about 10 days and I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Thank you!

I have lived here since April 2021 and I love it! The management staff is so kind, knowledgeable and respond very quickly to my needs. I love my apartment too because the kitchen is really big for an apartment. Let’s not forget the washer and dryer in the unit! No more quarters! This is a great place to live. 😃

I have been living here for a few months and can honestly say it’s the nicest apartment complex I have lived in. The staff are all extremely kind and helpful. Katie was amazing through the whole leasing process, and is always so pleasant when anything is needed. The maintenance team is extremely fast in helping with any issues in the apartment. The amenities are always clean. I am very glad we made the decision to move to this complex and look forward to staying a while!

Just moved in and I’m really liking it here . Madison, Katie and Kevin have all been amazingly great and helpful . Unlike other reviews I would say my apartment is quiet , I barely could hear any noise from upstairs . I would say parking can be challenging if you arrive later than 8pm and you may have to park a little far but for me it’s worth the walk since a little exercise never hurts . Excited about my new apartment and amenities ! Can’t wait to start the gym . I am very ocd so I do notice everything but management has been attentive to my few un—urgent concerns .

Having lived at the Oasis at Cypress Woods for several years, I can confidently recommend this community to anyone looking for a new home. Recent interactions with the property manager, Madison and the maintenance staff reminded me why I continue to sign a new lease here year after year. Madison and the entire leasing office staff are warm, friendly and professional. I have never had a question or concern that wasn’t addressed promptly. Maintenance is fast and efficient. I’ve had minimal maintenance related issues through the years, but when an issue does arise, it has been addressed and rectified within hours of notifying them. This staff goes above and beyond to keep the grounds clean and beautiful. The amenities are great and the location right off of I75 is ideal!

Oasis at cypress woods is one of the best places to live at. They have a wonderful friendly staff. The staff loves to assist the residents whenever possible, and go above for there residents. Also, key facts that my family and I enjoy is the 24 hrs facilities like the Game room, the Gym , Hang out area, and the Office. Last, but not least splash time can be enjoyed from dawn to dusk. So, if you're looking for somewhere that has these facilities check out Oais at Cypress Woods you will not regret it 😉.

I’ve lived at the Oasis at Cypress Woods for almost 7 months now and it has been nothing but fantastic. The office staff is great, especially Katie, who always helps when my packages get delivered to the front desk. Any work orders I have put in have been completed in a timely fashion and the valet trash service is great!

This place lives up to the name Oasis! I’ve lived in these apartments for a couple months now and there’s no place I’d rather go home to after a day of Nursing school and working at the hospital! Its gym and pool lounge area are to die for and the staff is most welcoming. Choosing to live at the Oasis at Cypress Woods is hands down one of my proudest/best decisions I’ve made!

Been here for a year and half. Live this place. Its quiet, the office staff is top notch, and the maintenance staff is professional and courteous. Beautiful pool and barbecue area, perfect fitness center and the clubhouse is a nice place to hang out. Happy to be living here.
