Chick-fil-A making me wait once again at 6:25 wait so they can open. And about 10 other people Makin us late for work. Come on Chick-fil-A open at 6 AM for those of us who work and want a chicken biscuit. 6/9/22 0618…. Love Chick-fil-A but don’t like the opening time 0630. Should be open at 0600. Making me late once again for work. Making lots of customers behind me wait for breakfast. It’s been two weeks since hurricane Ian. Chick-fil-A needs to open up in the area. Only issue is the boil water notice. Do not serve ice. Fairly simple you need to feed your customers in the area.

I love CFA, but this location has inconsistent portions. Sometimes my fry containers are only half full, and my nuggets are the size of marbles. With prices continuing to rise, it's not worth the gamble anymore.

Messed up my sandwich only gave chicken and pickles on bun. Ordered #1 meal. It sucks when they mess up ur food when ur hungry. I'll be going to tropical point next time. At least they dont mess up

Ordered a large #1 and this is what I got...a half full box of fries. And they sat the condiments on top as if they were trying to hide it. Why am I paying extra for a medium fry in a large box? Plus the sandwich was cold. Being that the line was wrapped around the building i thought for sure it would be fresh. I’m very disappointed...this food is on the pricey side I at least want it made properly.

Great experience. Cute little corner restaurant. Had the salmon bagel. Was quite surprised to see the raw salmon. When I took a bite it was such a stunning taste! The smoked salmon tasted cooked and was just absolutely mouthwatering.

Everything you would want to see in a downtown bar. Great food, atmosphere, location, & events. Edit: Zach the bartender is incredible 10 stars. Zach embodies everything you want to see in a bar tender. Calm demeanor, good conversation, kind engaging attitude, extensive drink knowledge. I'll come back just for him.

The old United Ale House always had great food. The fish fry was to die for, as was the Shepard's pie. However things have changed with the new owner, First Street Restaurant . The fish fry used to have 2 pieces of a wide filet with a great batter. The recent fish fry I had was 2 thin, (thing Mrs. Paul's fish sticks) like pieces of fish. The fries were still great, but the fish was 1/2 of the United Ale House portion, and did not seem at all the same quality. The Shepard's pie we had was quite good, but again it seems the portion size was cut in half. It is a shame the the new owners have changed things so dramatically, and I doubt if we will ever return to this establishment.

One of the most tasteful experiences that I've had here in Florida, and also one of the most cheerful. Our waitress, Diane, was as quick as a whip, clever and kind who had us both laughing, our glasses full and our bellies satisfied. The fish and chips were lovely, light and airy. The wings were great (go hot BBQ) and the mozzarella sticks were delicious. The chicken ceasar salad was crisp and the perfect way to end (or start) an evening in paradise.

The food that came out was very good. These were 6 of us. The Shepherd's Pie was wonderful. The All in One Egg was a killer appetizer. My son devoured the The Dip sandwich and my daughter raved about the Triple BLT. There would have been 5 stars but 3 people order a vegetable only to find out there was none available. It was an issue since there was no one else around. Sierra was very friendly and the gentleman that was there was kind and welcoming. I would most definitely go again.

We waited for over an hour for our food and they come back to tells us they were out of shrimp and they did not have any more onion soup... this was at 2:00 pm We ask for regular coke they brought out Diet Coke. I can go on and on but why? I hope management will something about it

Paid 65.00 came home and part of our order was missing. Drove back and had a horrible experience with the personnel. All I asked for was what was missing and another fry because mine were cold at home. He wanted the old fry. I said you want me to drive back home and bring them back. I said your income today is over $40,000 a day and you can't fill my order that I paid for. I couldn't believe the bad service I received just to get 3 chicken tender stripes that I paid for. I was not asking for a t bone steak. They would have gotten that wrong too. I was a general manager at a restaurant and never treated anyone in this manner. After I got home to eat my cold sandwich there was no cheese on it. Will never go back.

I would suggest another chick fil a in the area. Ordered the number 2 for breakfast with a sweet tea to drink. Food was cold and hard. Tea was unsweetened and watered down. Didn't even eat it because it was so bad. Never again!

I love Chick-Fil-A and usually have no complaints. However, today I went there ordered my food. They have it to me and the forgot my Kale Crunch Salad. After waiting 20 more minutes in the drive-thru line, I asked the girl where my salad was. They said they had to make a new batch up. I asked for a refund as they could have told that to me at the beginning.

20 cars in front exiting I-75 near Naples, FL, all heading to drive-through at Chick-fil-A, joining 20 other cars in 2 lanes to order food. Time spent, almost 20 minutes...could not access parking area due to traffic. Other cars parked in other areas and walked to restaurant. Food was very good, but drive-through traffic is tremendous!

Ordered in the drive through and got home to find out that it was short a chicken sandwich when 2 were ordered and paid for but had 1 wasn't going to get back out in traffic and waste gas to get the other sandwich. Nowadays you have to double check what everyone is doing. Sadly and really that's just one example of people doing there jobs.

I love Chick-fil-a, but this was unacceptable. I bought some macaroni for my daughter today and it wasn’t until she was almost finished that I noticed the mold at the bottom. I was so shocked. Really disgusting.

Love the chicken biscuits. Order taken in timely fashion, drinks served up, went to table 10 ft from counter, 7 minutes for our two chicken biscuits to come out. Drive through was churning out cars left and right. First two tables we went to were dirty, with crumbs and smeared something. This is not what we expect when we eat here and are disappointed.

I ordered ahead for in store pick-up so I ran to the restroom before grabbing my food and nearly busted my butt coming out because they pulled out the electronic mop thing (stored right outside the bathrooms and left a puddle of water) at 11:30 on Saturday adding to the chaos, the lady operating it couldn't careless that their was a restaurant full of people trying to eat and order. Our food was hot and exactly like we ordered but when I checked for my sauce it wasn't in the bag and I asked for it the girl who handed me our food said it was in there, I informed her I didn't see it and asked if I could just get more in case. I'm glad I pressed her because there was NOT any in the bag.

Take-out lines around the corner always! They do have what seems a good effective and fast system to order. There are employees taking orders outside down the line of cars waiting for take-out. The employee is assigned to a vehicle, takes the order from a portable tablet type system, walks with the vehicle in the line until the order is complete and the vehicle is arriving at the window to pay and receive their orders. So far it seems to work with minimal confusion. It LOOKS like a whole lot of confusion but once in that line, the "system" in place, miraculously works! I hope the outside order takers are paid well! For the most part, they do a great job!

This was a good store. They are an older one so they aren't set up in the drive through as some of the newer ones but over all a good system. I ordered on line and picked up the food no problem. The food it self is what's expected. No issues. Good work by the staff.

Fast!!! I was thinking I was going to be in the car line forever, but this location has it down to science and they are fast. The only thing available right now is drive up, so no other options. And, for the most part, they have a full menu. My kids favorite is the nuggets and waffle fries. I love that I can get a large kale crunch side salad and grilled nuggets and it's just the right amount of food for me! Good stuff!

I thought lightning never strikes the same spot twice. It happened today or at least that's what it felt like after visiting this restaurant for the second time. I won't get into the first blunder just know that there was. This time I ordered online, picked up my food, made sure everything was there, and left. Get down the road my southwest salad with nuggets is warm? A warm salad? This salad has fruit that the apples were discolored with browning on them. The salad dressing was room temperature. I like Chick-fil-A because of the great service and more importantly the food is consistently good. However not the last two visits. I called back several times to voice my opinion no one answers the phone. Mind you its 430 pm. Don't think I'll be visiting here anymore.

Stopped by because my sons love it and its too far for us to get it back home. We waited in a drive through but it went very quick. However, they made a mistake with our order but made up for it with the smiles on my son face.

Nothing better than Chick-fil-A nuggets of REAL chicken breast meat. Sonic is a close second. All other fast food places use chopped and formed white meat that to me has a spongy quality. The Mac & Cheese is devine too. Everything is good One time the CFA on Colonial & 6 Mile Cypress was so backed up I drove to Estero for my Chick-fil-A fix. I also appreciate the fact that they are closed on Sunday. The employees are always polite and helpful. We need a Chick-fil-A right over the 41 Bridge near downtown Ft. Myers!! If you build it we will eat there!

I miss liquid café I miss the United, this place has absolutely the worst service and food in downtown Fort Myers absolutely rude waitresses, I walked in I sat down always pleasant for a while my order was taken quite promptly, however the time it took to cook the food and come out with 6 to 7 people in the back was absurdly fast, probably about 45 minutes for a chicken bacon sandwich that they brought out and was stone cold as well as the bread being toasted to char, And I was told that if I didn’t like it I could go elsewhere, completely horrible horrific service I do not recommend this place I can’t wait for them to shut down

This place is boring and the food is worse. My eggs Benedict was cold when it came out. Hollandaise sauce was from Publix which I don’t mind, but they claim everything is from scratch. They gave me 7 small little potatoes. It was barely a meal and the prices were high for what we paid for. Go somewhere else downtown for breakfast if you can.

It's Chick-fil-A! What more is there to say that hasn't been said countless times already?! Great food. Great service. Great menu. What's more, they close on Sundays. It's a breath of fresh air to see such a huge, national company keep Sundays open to the many employees they have that worship. What a great thing it would be to see that become more and more common.

I know I went right before closing but I would have expected better than this. The girl who took my order was obviously over it and ready to go home. When I got to the window to pick up my food, the guy tells me they ran out of the American cheese I ordered and gave me Colby Jack cheese instead. I then get home to see that my sauce is not in the bag and my fries cold and half full. Wow such a disappointment. Guess I’m not allowed to go somewhere before closing :/ smh.

Waited in line today for 25min. Ordered a 12ct meal large with a lemonade and an extra 12ct by itself for my dogs. $18 later, I drive home.. stupid me I should have checked the bag while there because once I got home I realized they did not give me my extra 12ct and the fries were half empty! So annoying, I called but of course no answer and I didn’t get a receipt. I never thought I’d be writing a poor review about a CFA, but here it goes. The lines outside were long, so I used my app to carry out. I ordered a chicken tortilla soup and drink. Walked in, not very friendly and each of the 9 people were waiting on each other to address me. I wait for my food and then leave. Get in my truck and no straw. Go back in, get a straw, walk back to my truck. Open the bag to realize there was no spoon or napkins. Walked back in and then also ordered Mac n cheese. The person who looked like a manager was not friendly, but seemed put out by me, but immediately started joking with a co-worker at the register. Everyone was playing around, but working of course, which may be the reason why they forgot everything. I’m not a mask narc by any means, but if you’re shutting down your dining, why are every single employee without a mask on? It’s straight up silly. Who’s in charge here? Who’s the leader getting everyone in order here? Poor management and it’s not a CFA that I’ll return to.

Usually fairly good, I was skipped for getting my order taken in the drive through line and then nobody had the ability to take my order...so was sent all the way around the building for someone to come from up front to finally take my order... ive been to other chick-fil-a restaurants where they use laminated cards with large numbers on them and stick them under the wiper blades. Then you can easily verify the order has been taken and don't have to have someone sort the line when it merges from 2 lanes to 1, and don't have to have people ask you your name a bunch of times... whenever my order is ready, they find my number in line, tell me name on the order and ask me if there is anything else I need... super quick, efficient and makes employees look like they know what they're doing.

I placed an order through the drive thru & when I got home(5 miles away) I realized that it was missing the 12 count grilled chicken. I thought that they had a great system until I saw that there was no quality control in their system. When I called the phone number on the receipt, I got a corporate number & a canned apology. Very disappointed with the fact that I could not contact the restaurant I wish they’d do a better job in checking the accuracy of the order.

Your employees look overheated. I really hope they get to at least rotate with each other on the inside or at least bring some cold water outside to drink. Absolutely no complaints about them, the service or the food, it’s just genuinely concerning to have them stand outside all day for no reason when you can have a second speaker like McDonalds does

Chick-Fil-A is always prompt with the food and service. But the last few times I’ve been the lemonade and Ice tea has been watered down or taste off. Normally not like them.

To begin with I am pleased that we can now dine inside. Also the workers there are nice and do a great job. They do not take long to give you your order. And the food of course is the best part.

Don’t go here , save yourself the aggravation. Go to Bonita Springs , they are much better - never have any issues. The people are very nice , however I placed my order & asked to use my points. He didn’t help me with it or care to explain it to me . I asked for a sandwich with cheese not a meal .. because i am Keto , i can’t eat the bread or fries. I pull through he charged me for a meal so i have to throw away my fries that i paid for and didn’t even want … and didn’t put cheese on it . I am limited on food I can eat on the run . They pride on customer service but don’t know how to listen , he even repeated my order back to me. Very frustrating. I won’t return - i have given them so many opportunities to think maybe the person just had a bad day. Now i realize it’s poor training.

This was my 1st time and I was not impressed. I felt rushed when ordering and the girl had a rolling eye type attitude. Food was very bland. Chicken sandwich had no sauce and was dry. My son was going through the Drive thru in Cali and I googled one near me and went ordered what he got and it was good. First time eating Chick-fil-A..

Do yourself a favor and avoid this Chick-Fil-A location. We've had so many issues with portion sizes and quality (especially, fries and nuggets), so we were already on the fence about remaining customers, but our last experience made the decision abundantly clear. In the drive-thru line, two carhop employees were roughhousing and swearing at each other (specifically, the F-word) in front of many customers. One of them was also antagonizing a female employee through the window, poking her and touching her face. It seemed playful, but still inappropriate. We also did not recieve our entire order, and the filets in our chicken sandwiches were thin and dry. Sadly, this issue has come to be expected at this location. I've since contacted Chick-Fil-A Cares, but management has offered no solutions.

Fast food is what it is and the fact that it comes out fresh everytime makes it 10 times better. It could be a 2 car line but with multiple servers and clerks grabbing orders you wouldn't even notice going thru the drive thru chik fil a never fails. Keep up the good work.

Could be the best chicken burger among its competitors. Spicy chicken burger was awesome. Little expensive than it's rivals but taste is worth the cost. Very busy on weekends. The quality of chicken and the bun was excellent. All the sauces were great. Different varieties of sauces are so cool. Be prepared to wait in long queues on weekends, but the service team is doing a great job to reduce the waiting time.

My order was a simple chick nuggets with fries and light ice water. First the water was filled with ice and didn’t even give me a straw. Then I also ordered Polynesian/barbecue sauce. I received no sauce and the line was too long to go back. They also gave me less fries than It was supposed to have.

We had a call in order we were a one and half hours early. The staff ask us to have seat and they would get the order together. In less than 10 minutes the order was ready. Thanks for your great customer service!

Rosie and her Chick-fil-a team showed me what it means to go above and beyond the call of duty. I frequent Rosie's store quite a bit, I love the breakfast. I came in one morning and I had been going through some medical procedures two weeks prior, I had a minute while awaiting my order I mentioned to Rosie what I had been going through, the next time I came into the store Rosie and her Chick-fil-a team all signed a Get Well card for me, I was so overwhelmed tears welled up in my eyes and a warmth radiated in my heart, and if that wasn't enough they included some valued guest meal cards. I think Rosie noticed I had lost weight and wanted to make sure I was eating, what amazing people. As long as I live I will never forget the pure love and kindness you have all blessed me with, thank you! God bless you all the days of your lives.

This location has the worst customer service, not friendly. Cashier added cheese to items we didn't request an charged us for it. When the food came out they forgot all the fries with the meals. The kid we asked acted like we were lying an demanded we show him all our food. We ended up paying for additional fries on top of our missing meals as the cashier didn't enter the right size we requested. We have always known chick FIL A as a friendly place. NOT THIS LOCATION, RUDE Condescending AN very unorganized. I'd give ZERO stars if it was possible. Horrible experience.

Drinks taste like straight bleach, my husband's sprite had no flavor but the gross water, asked for extra ice in my water&got NO ice. The line was worse than any chick filet I've seen. I'll never come to this location again.

Used this location for almost 2 years for catering. I accidentally had the wrong location selected for a pick up order, and called 4 times immediately after to let them know not to prepare to order, and no one ever picks up. Complained to corporate, and the store operator still denied refund where an employee stated they usually never use the phone. Just distasteful for a company renowned for exceeding customer service. Extremely disappointing, but fortunately the area is saturated with caterers. Please be hyper aware of the location in the app, because you won't be getting your money back if you don't go back to the store IN PERSON after the order is placed.
