Disappointing Experience with Smoothie King in Fort Myers I'm writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the customer service and quality of the smoothies at Smoothie King located in Fort Myers, Florida. As employees at Hyundai of Fort Myers, we frequently order 5-10 smoothies every other day for our dealership. However, our recent encounter left us greatly unsatisfied. Today, when we received our smoothies, we were appalled by their taste, which resembled spoiled milk. Concerned about the quality, we approached the staff and kindly requested them to remake the smoothies. To our surprise, not only were the employees uncooperative, but the manager's attitude was incredibly rude. We were taken aback by the lack of professionalism and the dismissive response from the staff. As customers who spend a significant amount of money at this establishment, we expected a basic level of courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, this experience has left us with a negative impression of Smoothie King and their customer service. Based on our encounter, we will no longer be returning to this particular Smoothie King location. The inadequate customer service and the disregard for quality are unacceptable, especially in an industry that should prioritize customer satisfaction. We hope that Smoothie King takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issues at hand. Customers should be treated with respect and provided with high-quality products. Unfortunately, this experience fell short on both accounts.

They turned me away because she counted her cash register before closing time but I was paying with the app; then she said it was "broken". Then proceeded to make her friend a free smoothie. The store is still open. Disappointed. EDIT** I got a response back saying that they are willing to comp me a smoothie but was persistent that the "friend" was just another employee in street clothes..... Why would they defend that? The lie detector determined that was a lie.

Julie is by far the best and most professional at what she does, it's because of her that I've returned countless times to this exact same location. She's always gives me perfect customer service, always knows my order ahead of time and goes above and beyond to ensure the customer satisfaction we all wish other businesses would give us. She always has a smile on, a sweet tone when speaking and just overall the best employee you could have, if I had my own business I'd hire her in less than a heartbeat because she is awesome ! Thank you for being the best you could be and making every visit a great one ! This review says 5 stars but I'm giving you endless stars !

I like smoothie king if I am in this area. They have a great variety of smoothies as well as other healthy/fitness related products. Last time I went I had the Daily Warrior which has Bananas, Wild Blueberries, Peanut Butter, Blueberry Juice blend, dates, Organic Spinach, Almonds & Stevia based sweetener. It's very caloric so I only had the 20oz (660 calories). I don't add boosters because it can get very pricey. Overall, a good place for shakes, the service is great and fast!

Love Smoothie King!!! It’s always refreshing!! The girls are always so nice here and they work hard, too!! I love the lemon ginger spinach smoothie! My husband likes the strawberry banana smoothie!!! There’s many disgusting choices of smoothies! You should give Smoothie King a try!

Came in a couple hours ago and the blonde girl was so sweet! Was unsure of what to get but she was quick to offer guidance through the menu. Smoothies were decently priced and shop felt clean!

I recently visited Smoothie King and had the pleasure of being served by Abby. She provided excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable about their menu. She recommended the perfect smoothie for me, which was both delicious and nutritious. Abby's friendly demeanor and attention to detail made my experience at Smoothie King even better. I highly recommend visiting this location. It was very clean and pleasant.

Megan is awesome and I suck at remembering what I get and she basically has it ready when I walk through the door. I think sometimes I come in just to see a happy smiling face! She also got me to download the app and now I scan and get points and I’m addicted. Thanks Megan! Also- somebody get some air for this place. The poor girls are having to work in extreme heat nits weird. Tinted windows. Something.

Always have an amazing smoothie here. I am in and out quickly and they always taste perfect. Fallon made my smoothie and she was very nice.

**Update ** 0/0 stars if i could. just went today(nov12) and had the worst experience with them i called saying ill be there in 5 min didnt know how to use app so get there i went over my order a bunch of times like 7 and she okay i got then i go get and i ask is there ice cream my smoothie she replied you never said that then she got real rude and saying i shouldn't even be making this right now throwing things around i was there before close and already paid i asked for name cause she was rude wouldn't tell some 17 girl dark skin then asked for the manger and she kept say bye bye finally kept my ground she finally called the owner and got figured out its not that hard to remake my shake that I ordered. ** and not be rude. Probably won't be back tropical smoothie is calling. And I see alot of problems with staffing being rude i see in the reviews that ft myers store don't care about the people come in thats money our your pocket not theresblooks like you some some more management...__Now all other employees are amazing that great with smiles and welcoming. .Megan S and Fallon cool .they helped me with my order I asked alot of questions and they where so happy to help me with all my questions made me feel very welcomed and will be coming back and not to mention my smoothie was on amazing and no rush and no negative body language 10/10 for me love this place and staff I'll be back. Super friendly staff! Short girl with tattoos, great customer service! Loved her smile all the time. There is not so much you can get wrong when making an smoothie but they do make sure to make it to your desire specifications. I come here 1-2 times a week! Love this place use the app to order ahead to get points and promotions

everyone at the smoothie king is so nice and so badly it’s always positive vibes and the girls that work there always get my order right and they’re so nice and always talk up a storm with me. my order is always on point!

This store is amazing. The employees are always so sweet and nice and recommend such delicious smoothies. The secret menu has some very creative smoothies. My personal favorite would have to be the pina colada. Will most definite be back

The employees at this store are great. It gets pretty busy but it is obvious they are working hard as a team to deliver a quality product in a timely manner. They also make great recommendations if you are unsure of what to order.

I try to avoid this store as much as possible. First, you cannot use the bathroom even if you're a customer. Sadly when you are coming in with children and you are ordering for them, kids have to use the restroom. One is 2 years old and the other is four. Potty training for the youngest, we needed a bathroom. I was told point blank they do not have to supply a bathroom for customers. Sometimes it is not what you say, it is how you say it. Next, my granddaughter's straw went through the cup. I was told I would have to pay $0.28 more to replace that cup. Lastly, they should really consider doing a deep cleaning. My favorite store is Del Prado, bathrooms available, staff is always joyful and polite, the store is impeccably clean, and they treat their customers with respect.

Man I come in here bout 3 times a week, I love it, Julie is fantastic and always makes me feel like family, she’s great, it’s to the point where my co workers now go as well often

Julie is always great! She does my curbside order all the times!! Today she recommended a vegan smoothie that i am trying for the first time! Awesome lady!!

If I could give zero stars I honestly would. Came into the location where the music was blasting, it was almost like I was entering a club. I ordered my usual smoothie. The smoothie was not completely blended to the point where I was literally chewing on all of the ingredients of the smoothie. I asked to have it remade; the girl who seemed to be the higher up had an attitude and began to tell me the pineapples were frozen so the drinks aren't coming out right. Why not think to share that information up front. She then started talking under her breath to the co worker and was just rude overall. Okay so she remakes the smoothie and made me pay more because she made too much. Still just going with the flow, I pay her the .28 and I get in return two cups of what seemed to be a watered down smoothie. To avoid confrontation I had to literally just throw them away and walk out. I will never come back to this location again and I would highly suggest probably going to another local smoothie shop to at least get a pleasant customer experience. Make customer service great again

The best smoothie ever!!!! July is a really nice person. Today was my first time there and July made everything simple and smooth, beside she is bilingual and help me a lot with my Broken English. She should have a Big rise just for that. Thank you July for have an excellent costumer service.

I went to a smoothie king in Venice yesterday that was not busy at all and not only did I get the wrong smoothie but I paid extra for it because they rung it up wrong. This Fort Meyers location was packed full of people, there were a ton of online orders, and both of the staff members (red dreads, I don’t know name! :c) were still very friendly, fast, I got exactly what I asked for, and they made it a little bigger. I might have waited a little longer but the service and the smoothie were much better than yesterday’s experience at the other location. Just thought these girls deserved a little recognition because they really working hard.
