Good dinner, good service. Excellent location close to shoppes and plenty of parking. Nice area for walking around! Restaurant was clean, tons of seating.

I cannot say enough about the manager, Jessica and the staff. Tonight we celebrated a very special person’s first heavenly birthday. For the last 3+ years we have gone here on his birthday and didn’t feel right not continuing the tradition this year. I called last night and made a reservation explaining the situation. I requested for an extra seat at the table for him in his honor and they made it happen. We had the best spot in the entire restaurant. The manager made sure the staff was aware of the situation and we couldn’t have asked for a better night. The food and service were excellent. Makayla our waitress was the sweetest and made sure we taken care of. The staff signed and placed a card at his seat in his honor. They gave us a huge birthday celebration with extra bottle sparklers and delicious desserts to share. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this difficult day so special and beautiful for our guy who is so missed. I know he is looking down and smiling from ear to ear! ♥️

Made a reservation and was seated on time. Sydney was our server and quickly took our drink and appetizer order. I got the Midnight Ritual which was a fun drink! You pour your own shot, pretty sure it’s the lemon juice, into the cocktail and stir it with rock candy and it changes color! Chicken lettuce wraps are always a winner. I also loved the ambiance with the red and black colors and statues all around.

Good lunch menu with nice portions for the price. Food is great as you'd expect. We got the beef and broccoli, Chang's spicy chicken, lo mein, a pork egg roll, and a vegetable spring roll. Everything was good; sauce with the egg roll a bit funky but that was only bad due to personal preference.

My wife and I were enjoying our 17th anniversary, in Florida, and both of us were craving PF Chang's famous Lettuce Wraps. Luckily, we were within walking distance of one, by our hotel, as we wanted a few drinks as well. ShiShi (I hope I remembered that correctly) was our server, and took such great care of us. We had Lettuce wraps, dim sum and chicken lo mein. The food was excellent, as always, we enjoyed several margaritas, and had a great evening. Thanks to the staff that made our anniversary special!

I must start off by saying Shelby was our server and she delivered 5 star service just because her alone I will be back! The the food I rate 4.7 out of 5 only due to cost...it's a bit on the expensive side BUT you absolutely get what you pay for in quality. This was the best dinning experience I have had in over 3 years and I travel nationwide regularly. **I recommend getting the glass noodles and Mongolian beef together.**

Arrived and were greeted very friendly. Adriane was our server and waitress she made sure all was taken care of. Suggested appetizers. Drinks and entrees. Food arrived just right great temperature delicious and very tasty. We were stuff 3 grown men and me celebrating my birthday. She really went out of her way to make me feel special on my day. That you so much Adriane. We will definitely return

I would’ve gave it five stars but the Asian barbecue pork ribs were a little over cooked other than that the Singapore noodles with the rice noodles was so delicious. The edamame was great. Service was great the bartender Tendra was absolutely awesome

Amazing service, we made a reservation online for a booth, it was my husband's birthday. They decorated the table special an even had the staff sign a birthday card for him. So sweet they truly made our evening amazing 🥰 thank you

Food and beverages were tasty but our server, Paul was definitely the best part of this experience. He said he hasn't been serving long but I wouldn't have noticed if he didn't say anything. He made my first time here a very pleasant experience and when I return, I will definitely be asking for him specifically. Paul, you're awesome! Get that man a raise!

Went to P.f. Chang’s on a whim. Great last minute decision!! We ordered the Signature stir-fry and a California Roll; both were absolutely delicious! We also had the best servers in town. Josh was our server and he was on top of his game! Paul also helped us out tremendously. (Both pictured here) Even got to celebrate my birthday with the delicious Banana desert!! 🎉 Highly recommend stopping in and requesting either of these two fellas.

Date night with myself! The wonderful bartender (Tedra) made me an incredible cocktail! Her suggestions and vibes made it a very genuine and comfortable experience. Then the food! WOW! Everything was incredible! Thank you to the chef and lovely staff. Can’t wait to come back!

Alright well traveled 45 minutes to eat at what is supposed to be amazing Chinese food. Well it's not horrible doesn't hold up to the hype though.... I'll travel 5 minutes for Chinese if wanted. Very clean and Great service from the staff

We loved all dishes we ordered. Everything tasted prefect. Their dishes were not big, but enough. Our server was very nice and friendly. I think there are only 3 working there during busy lunch time.We had lovely time. As an Chinese American, I always miss their food when I am traveling in Overseas, because American Chinese food has its own unique identity and Tastes. We are loving it. 🥰 The picture says in Mandarine, the sunshine state. Only downside was that My napkin has soy sauce stink… a bit nervous during covid time. 🥲

We went here for Christmas Eve. The service at this time was okay. He could have been a new server. But when we went for New Year's Eve our waitress was phenomenal! The food was great. Even the drinks were great. The service was faster then Christmas Eve and it was busier. It's kept very clean. I would highly recommend making a reservation. The Mongolian beef was fantastic and not too spicy. Everything we got was great. Absolutely no complaints. Definitely worth signing up for the points program.

Came in after it’s been sometime for a nice dinner with family and was blown away. Was seated super quickly and walked in to receive great friendly customer service by front end staff. We were paired with our awesome, amazing and warm server Shelby who was very knowledgeable and helpful with the menu(s) selection for dinner/drinks and dessert. She was super attentive, unbelievably friendly, overall fantastic!!! So glad we decided to come in, can’t wait for next time! 🥇🙌🏼😃👍🏼👍🏼

We had the best service, thanks to both servers named Jacob, the food was perfectly prepared by the kitchen team and the bartender made a delicious drink. Every single dish we ordered was fantastic.

We brought our company for a small lunch today. The food was good. Our server was in training. Our server did a great job.

If you are celebrating a birthday, go to PFChang's. We had lunch there and two delicious desserts. The Chocolate flaming .... something was to die for and our server was perfectly charming and does a great job! Here are pictures of our celebration.

Went to P.F. Chang's for an early dinner before catching a flight from RSW. Our server was great and answered some questions we had but the food was just alright. We ordered Honey Chicken, Chicken Pad Thai, Edamame, Chicken Lettuce Wraps and Brussel Sprouts. Honey Chicken and Chicken Pad Thai and Edamame were great but the lettuce wraps and brussel sprouts left us desiring more. The flavors seemed a bit off. Thankfully, everything else was good, the food came out quick and we had good service!

Excellent service! Christian was great. He was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. The food was very good. It arrived timely. Would definitely go back.

Although this is a chain restaurant it's great. I love the Mongolian beef, the spicy chicken and the fried rice. The Lettuce wraps are yummy too. Our service Charles was so great. It's very good and affordable. We love PF Changs.

Had a birthday lunch today with a good friend. Michael was our server and he was excellent. We started with drinks, had an appetizer and then entrées and he timed everything perfectly. Service and food phenomenal.

Went to the Ft. Myers, FL location and our server Paul was fantastic. We literally couldn't have asked for better service. The food and drink was great and came very quickly. No complaints from a party of five. I would highly recommmend this location and would suggest to request Paul as your server.

Haven't been to P.F. Changs in a long time, but after the incredible service and food we had at the Ft. Myers location, we will definitely be back! Our waiter--George--was hands-down one of the nicest, sweetest, most accommodating waiters we have ever had ANYWHERE and he alone is worth a return visit. I asked to speak with the manager--Angelo--to compliment him on George and he was just as amazing! To top it all off, the food was truly outstanding as well. We plan a return visit with guests very, very soon.

It’s been a while since I’ve gone to PF Chang’s. But this last visit did not disappoint. The food was phenomenal. Each dish was presented artistically (I wish I remembered to take pictures because they were great) and the taste was amazing. Our server was attentive. She greeted us promptly and was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Her dish suggestions were outstanding and her service was friendly and efficient. I look forward to visiting again.

We were greeted by the sweetest young ladies with beautiful welcoming smiles and were immediately seated. PAUL!!!! Our adorable server was definitely attentive, gave delicious suggestions and provided absolutely amazing service in every way. He made great night and even better experience. We asked to speak with the manager because we were so impressed by the service and she was so approachable and appreciative. Thank you all for a wonderful dining experience. You are all doing amazing!

1st time here and have to say, Michael has been one of the best servers I ever had at a restaurant, he knows his stuff. Very helpful with letting us know what would be Best for us to try... great food and will be back soon with the family.

We love P. F. Chang's - the food, the service, and, until recently, we did also love ambience. P.F. Chang's is elegant, especially since the interior-update; red and black, and the new wall art - very fancy. We were shocked to see that new lighting had been installed a few weeks ago., and it is not the same anymore. It was always nice and dim lit in there, elegant; now, however, the light is too bright in there; the atmosphere, the elegance is gone, and it feels off. If you are unlock sitting where the light shines right in your eye, there is no other fine dining restaurant we know of trying to blind you, very uncomfortable. It would be so easy to just dim the lights to provide the cozy, upscale environment your guests value. The quality of the food was excellent like always.

Amazing experience, our waiter was super patient and kind with us! It was out first time and we couldn’t have asked for a better introduction of this restaurant. I truly recommend this experience. ASK FOR PAUL AS YOUR SERVER!!!

Went here for the first time in a long time. Everything was absolutely great! My server, Brett, was very good. Attentive and very good at describing the desserts. Chicken Lo Mein was very flavorful. The Apple Crunch dessert was very tasty. Definitely would recommend to friends.

You know what you’re going to get here. Good quality Chinese food and a really cool space. Place was busy but service was great. You should plan on making a reservation if you want to go. Portions were fair. Try the dumplings.

I loved the atmosphere of this restaurant. The decorations are on point. I went there on my birthday and had a great meal. We had the starters of pork dumplings and garlic fried green beans. They were awesome. Had the Mongolian beef and it was so tasty. Ended with a huge slice of cake. I recommend this place and bring the family. The price was also very reasonable.

We have been here many times, and will definitely be back. Every once in a while, there is a bump along the way with the service or the food, but overall, it's always a pretty good experience with this location, and when something does go wrong, they ALWAYS make it right!

Just order door Dash from P.F. Chang’s had the Mongolian beef it was very over cooked. I ate two bites throw it in the trash decided to go for my cheesecake and it’s moldy very upset about my order

What a disappointment....We have visited PF Chang's before and found the food to be pretty good, however, on this, our first visit since the pandemic, we were so disappointed that we will likely never return. First of all, the service was seriously lacking. Maybe they were understaffed, I don't know for sure, but it seemed like we were forgotten and it took a very long time before someone finally approached and greeted our table. When we were finally noticed, we were treated almost rudely (as if the server was did not really want to be there and it came through in the interaction.) Finally it came time to order. We were a party of five and they did not have the items three of us ordered. It was early in the night, so I have to assume they were not sold out, (the restaurant was nearly empty) but rather just did not stock most of their menu. It took a while for us to assemble a drink, starter and dinner order from what few items they had available. (yes the bar was limited as well) When the food came it was sub-par and not typical of what we had experienced before. All things considered we left there agreeing that this would be our last visit. Too bad...it USED to be a decent place.

We ordered to go in person at the location. The food was all wrong. First of all, the order was mixed and they ended up giving us something different from what we had ordered originally. We normally eat at the restaurant a lot and know the quality of the food is always good. So we decided to keep it. Secondly, taste and quality of the food was not up to the usual restaurants quality standards.

Tonight I had a craving for chicken lettuce wraps so I came over to Gulf Coaast Town Center. I arrived at 4 PM and got seated outside on the north side near the street immediately. What a nice experience. My lovely waitress was professional, friendly and cheerful. She went out of her way with every customer seated in my area and made everyone's experience a good one. Kudos to her and give her a raise; positivity nowadays is a bonus in an employee!

Absolutely amazing! The food was delicious and staff were amazing. Love the Asian decor. Always love coming to PF Changs for a great meal.

I want to give a shout out to Evelyn. Evelyn was a rockstar and the service and attention she provided to me and all of the other customers was fantastic. I would highly recommend that you ask for Evelyn if you go to eat there!!!!

Food is always quality but this rating is for our server, Paul. He did a fantastic job! Order was perfect as we ordered it and our glasses never got half empty, even though the restaurant was packed on a Friday night. We will be back soon!
