You guys are awesome! I ordered the Halloween strawberries & chocolate covered apples and added a Halloween balloon & 12 baked cookies. Unfortunately, the 12 cookies were forgotten in my neighbor friend's delivery. I let them know, and the very next day, they delivered the cookies and even added an extra 6 chocolate covered strawberries. Awwwh! Thank you so much. Our neighbors are beyond happy and grateful. Items were delivered in a beautiful presentation and fresh. They are enjoying them. Thanks again for making our gift to them special. Will definitely order again in the future.

I had bad experience in recent Mother’s Day, I prepared a surprise for my wife, but delivered was sent you 7:30pm super ultra late .. I was calling all single day no body tell me any hour estimate. Really I don’t like that.

Horrible customer service. I placed my order online and a couple of hours later I get a call saying they can't deliver the order because they have to many deliveries and corporate shut down deliveries. However my order still went through online and I was able to select the day I wanted. If corporate shut down deliveries you would think the day I picked would have been unavailable. The order was to be delivered to Wells Fargo at Merchants crossing which is the same shopping plaza where this Edible Arrangments is located at. Never ordering from this place again. I suggest everyone else thinks twice before ordering from here.

Beautiful, but. Both the cantalope and honeydew melon were far from being ripe and weren't edible. I called the shop and the person taking the call said they would talk to the manager - I haven't heard anything. You would think that they could taste their fruit before cutting it up and selling it.

Ordered an edible arrangement for my wife's birthday. I let them know my wife loved it but they forgot the plush bear. No biggie, I told them I wasn't worried about it. Got another delivery at 7:45 at night. The bear, some gourmet popcorn and a card! How awesome are they!! Del and the delivery girl were both awesome! Keep up the great work! I highly recommend them!!

Ordered delivery for our anniversary, and somehow it was delivered the SAME day I placed the order…. A day early! When called, the staff were very polite and accommodating, and secretly send an entire new arrangement on the correct say with fruit, flowers, and even several balloons! It was a hit, my wife cried, and we lived happily ever after! Great job ladies!

I ordered a dipped fruit basket from a friend in Jacksonville that owns two stores, I’ve always been impressed with their customer service and she past on the order to n ft Myers store, I called this morning at 11 and was informed by Ashley that my order was leaving soon. I called back at 2:20 and again Ashley stated that it was in route, we live in Alva so people don’t want to come this far out, however I called again at 3:45 and of course Ashley who has no understanding of the meaning customer service said well we have a lot of orders and the driver should be there soon. I can promise you this store Will Never Get My Business again .

We purchased a very nice arrangement as a Christmas gift. It was beautifully made and enjoyed by all. The staff was very friendly and helped us pick out the perfect arrangement. It was ready ahead of schedule, which was nice. I would highly recommend Edible Arrangements, North Ft Myers to anyone.

I’ve never been so disappointed in my life!!! Over priced fruit and flowers to receive them, and placed in the heat! I specifically asked them to deliver it at 4:30 and when the one who was going to receive it got there they were just thrown in the entrance all melted and the flowers are all dead and look nothing like the ones I ordered in the picture! For 100$ edible arrangements needs to really check them selves!!! Never ordering from this location again!

My Mother's Day arrangement and additional items from my daughter delivered from the North Fort Myers location was so cute. The fruit was very fresh and arranged nicely. There was also balloons, gourmet popcorn, mini cheesecakes and a card. I usually receive something once a year, from various locations, depending on where I live, and never have a complaint.
