I love shopping at goodwill stores, and this blue boutique store has great item but a lot of them are priced as high end authentic items when it’s actually a dupe/fake! “Gucci” Wallet was totally fake! After inspecting it I knew it wasn’t real & priced at $70??! No thank you! I would highly recommend for the staff or company do better at researching their items for authenticity before pricing them so high! Customers should check out items and make sure they’re actually real and worth it! Happy Shopping

Don’t shop here the prices are too high. This company gets all of their items donated and this store literally charges double what their regular stores charge for the same items. I’m adding a pic this is an Athleta Maxi dress. Found nothing interesting to have this store called a boutique. The old store was better and I have found better names and quality. Be careful with any of the designer items they will charge a hefty price but will not guarantee it is in fact authentic. Most of the time the item is a fake, by the way it’s illegal for anybody to sell fakes. Not worth the stop just go to a normal goodwill.

Staff was very friendly and welcomed me when I entered Goodwill. Store, dressing room and restroom was immaculate. Selection of merchandise was very easily to find and nicely displayed. For that special suggestion asked for Carolyn. Ms Carolyn was very helpful when I was unsure of a specific piece of clothing.

The two female staff members working the register on small business Saturday were not friendly at all and were rolling their eyes while assisting us. They have great items but the rude staff members make me never want to go back. And no, we weren’t rude. We just asked questions and spent money there which apparently was unacceptable.

My wife says it's wonderful. A nice area to park and enjoy the sunshine in old downtown while waiting.

Helped me immensely when I had a little bit of a shoe emergency. The clothes here are top notch and the service here is even better. I will definitely be back.

My significant other and I were visiting the area for the July 4th weekend and our downtown hotel was just a few blocks from this Goodwill. I always find great items at the Goodwill stores in my area so I did not hesitate to stop in here, in fact, I was excited based on the reviews. Sadly, this is where my excitement ended. Upon entering the store, the clerk behind the counter shot us an eye cold stare as if we didn’t belong there. Ha! In fact, no one acknowledged us the entire 15 minutes that we perused the store. The clerk did, however, warmly greet the 4-5 patrons that entered after us and the floor associate greeted them all at some point as well. So what gives? Well, we happened to be the only Black people in the store so while I hate to “jump to conclusions”, the intent here was obvious. While there were several pieces I would have happily purchased, I decided to shop elsewhere based on the lack of service and attention that we received.

I used to love this store when it was at their old location. Now the store is called "Blue -A Goodwill Boutique" prices went way UP and their selection is very limited. Needless to say I won't be going back.

Always a great experience. People to speak to and nice Treasures and the library is right across the street.

Great items, great prices and excellent service

A bit of everything nice. They have some men's and a large selection of women's apparel. Some interesting items for the home also collection pieces. I've seen Gucci Armani Giovanni and others there. Nice handbags and shoes also.

Great thrift store! So well organized! The books are even alphabetized! Nice selection and good prices. I got a Victoria Secret bra with tags still on it and a very nice book!

I am glad I stopped in. This little boutique had brand name items at an affordable price. I saw some really nice dresses here. They also have other household items and accessories. I hope they open more stores like this one.

This Goodwill Boutique is small but offers a great selection of higher end/ name brand merchandise. If you are looking for a steal on nice names check this location out! Some deals I snatched up: Ivanka Trump dress $17, Coach handbag in great condition $25, Brooks Brothers hand bag $15, Talbots slacks $10, Banana Republic too $10. Worth a look if you are strolling historic district Ft. Myers!

Be careful as they price things as authentic designer. Some may be but I found several that were fake. When I enquired about it they replied they don't know if they are real or not. I've yet to find any bargains here.

Great selections of clothings, the store is well maintained, friendly staff... spacious parking at the back of the building.

I Love this store but it's geared toward tourists that visit the city and that is fine. They have beautiful, well cared for items but not for your average local resident. The prices are double what you find in other GW stores nearby. I have yet to buy something here (well I did buy a bag of coffee roasted in Sarasota that I haven't brewed yet but that is the only thing I bought in all the times I have visited this location).

Find a great selection of items including housewares and decor. But the greatest part of this place are the accessories. Like handbags and wallets. OMG!!!! The prices are incredible!!!

Very rude cashier lady. We walked in on Saturday and the lady at the register yells, we close in one minute. I looked down at my watch and saw it was 851, not sure why she felt the need to be so rude. Had I seen that they close at 9 I would not have come in but honestly she could have been nice in her approach.

I was shopping at 630 and I had 2 items and the staff said I could not try on due to they were closing at 7pm, therefore I was not going to purchase without trying on. This is nuts, just close at 630 and stop leading people on. Pretty unproffesional.

I really wish they would open back up. This place was my favorite store in swfl. I was so bummed walking up to the doors to see that they were gone after hurricane Ian. Please please come back! And bring back all the designer items you once featured!!

I love bits of blue! They had one in Georgia. I used to frequent often and I was so excited when they opened one downtown Fort Myers. Unfortunately, my mother, my daughter, my small son and myself were shopping today And when my son had a stomach issue the young employee That had the attitude that she was working at Louis Vuitton ,told me that I would have to collect my child and go elsewhere. So as I panically grabbed my son and left the store to head across downtown Fort Myers to use the closest bathroom. My daughter stood there and watched her give me dirty looks the entire time. Upon my arrival back at the store it was a very uncomfortable environment and considering that they have lots of labels myself and most of my girlfriends. Will be visiting that store and to the little snot at the front with the attitude. I certainly hope that your manager fires you
