Not impressed. First time visiting Florida wanting to try something new and it was just not worth it. I ordered online to pick up shrimp with crab legs Kings seasoning and hibachi chicken and steak. The online checkout makes you automatically tip minimum 15% my total order was 60.00. The sauce was very little, tasted like buttery garlic and salt. The food on the other hand had no taste at all. I would not recommend!!! Honestly the pictures speak for themselves. Believe me I tried to change the tip to zero but it wouldn't allow me to....which still has nothing to do with the tasteless food. The owners reply definitely doesn't make me feel any better about the loss of my money or time and gas driving way over there to pick it up! This is an experience I wish I would've never had and really just trying to forget about!!! The only response you can give me is oops you should've changed the tip to zero..wow!!

Stopped in on a Friday night an hour before close and the food was amazing. Andy was our server and he did a great job explaining everything on the menu. I'll definitely be stopping in often. Don't let their physical location fool you, this place is great.

I wouldn’t give the food produced by the lean box to my deaf diabetic dog. It’s an absolute joke to call this establishment a restaurant. Shame

This establishment is one of the worst places I have ever tried. The food was not up to par and gave me dreadful toilet troubles, which leads me question their culinary skills. Don’t even get me started on the customer service, absolutely atrocious!!!! apoplectic.

First time here and we had lunch. We were very impressed on how the look and feel is compared to the prior restaurant. Has a bar, sushi, hibachi, and more. We had the steak hibachi and chicken hibachi. It came with soup and salad. I don't typically eat the soup at other like restaurants, however, this soup had a very nice beef broth taste. The meal was a nice portion and tasted nice. We will be back for lunches many more times.

$2.49 beers, can't beat that! The sushi hibachi and lunch specials are all amazing. Everything is made fresh to order. Will be back with an appetite!!

*****Considering I was driving so far for a good sushi place, elsewhere, I am so happy to have entered Kings Crab to try their sushi…(it is rare I go to my old sushi place) Sky, the Sushi Chef is amazingly talented with his gift of art in food, plating and preparation of his sushi creations. The plating is always pretty (he made the bird for my daughter) and he is very gracious with accommodating you with something new if you have something in mind. The staff has always been very attentive and they work together in making sure you have what you need if another is busy. All of the staff can make you a delicious cocktail as in their Lychee martini or a warm/hot sake or any type of mixed drink. They also have draft, Asian bottled beers to choose from as well as plain jane beers and several cold sake choices! Red white and zin wine too. Take note (per the upset patron review above regarding no hibachi tables) like u know this when u walk in…?…Their Hibachi food is delicious(omg the rice! 😋) and though they do not do hibachi table side, the preparation in the kitchen still offers the flavor you want… I eat there sometimes (3) times a week and have never had a bad piece of fish. It is slow season so it isn’t as busy as it was during season so give it a try! U won’t be disappointed! Please consider there is one sushi chef, please be courteous and respectful and enjoy your experience*****enjoy your company and I’m almost positive that you will be back! 😊 Laura B.

This place is awesome! The employees are super helpful and friendly! They are very knowledgeable of the menu. There is a great selection on the menu. Definitely a place that we will visit again.

Went to king crab and had an amazing meal. If you love seafood this is the place to go The restaurant is very clean and the atmosphere is very friendly and inviting our waitress kimbra was amazing and very personable it was the best service I've ever had . if you haven't tried them I suggest you do . They also have hibachi and the portions are plentiful. You definantly get your money's worth

We have been here 4 times now. The experience we had tonight was exceptional! We ordered the steamed seafood bags for dinner! Nothing short of delicious! Full of flavor! Sky was our sushi chef! He's an amazing, very happy man who wanted nothing more than to make us have a wonderful experience. We will be back and will recommend this place to our friends!

What a nice place to go and eat. The food is delicious and very tasty. The personnel is very welcoming. Morgan was our host and she is very nice and attentive to our needs and she always smiles. The restaurant is clean and easy to access and there is a lot of parking. Prices are very competitive and the ratio quality / price is one of the best in the area.

The food was excellent. The salad was very crisp and very cold, with a very tasty dressing. Totally refreshing! The rest of the food, including the soup and entree, was piping hot and very delicious as well. Everything I tasted had a complex, nuanced, and wonderful set of flavors. You can tell from the understated, yet lovely, decor, as well as the pro staff and exquisitely-flavored food, that these people really know what they are doing in the restaurant business. Bravo!! Excellent!! PS: The prices are very reasonable and make this level of dining quite accessible.

Really happy we came across an advertisement on Facebook for this location. Amazing portions, awesome quality food, great pricing considering market price of seafood these days. We had the kings crab meal, hibachi with lobster steak shrimp and scallop and normal rice salad and soup sides. Awesome awesome awesome!! Husband had the Cajun crab broil with the “kings sauce mild seasoning” with the perfect blend of garlic, and Cajun heat. Highly recommend giving them a visit. Full service liquor bar to boot.

Honestly the food is nothing special, the crab legs were not fresh, the meat tastes different when it is not fresh, the portion of shrimp is little I don't think there is a pound ... I really know better places to eat crab legs, Mr & Mrs Crab restaurant has better flavor and quality I do not recommend this restaurant if what you are looking to eat is a juicy seafood meal. The service was good . The food a little expensive.

Tonight we stopped in to have a Christmas dinner. We normally cook but since we weren’t having our family over for Christmas we decided to eat out some where new that was open on Christmas Day. I didn’t expect to have the best service with people working on Christmas Day but my expectations were truly blown away. Everyone from the lady who greeted us our server (owners son) the wonder lady’s working behind the bar were fantastic. I was skeptical pulling up but the inside of the restaurant was very nice. Now on to the food we had the king crab boil. Fantastic some of the best crab legs I’ve had in Florida seasoned very well and fresh. The owner brought us out miso soup and gave one to each in our party (we didn’t even order them) and they were delicious. I truly can’t wait to return. I want to thank each staff member for an excellent experience and your kindness to my family and my boys. Thank you all Merry Christmas.

Really nice seafood boil bags. My wife and I enjoyed it. If you want seafood, and you're in the area I don't think you'll be disappointed. I didn't try the hibachi, but we saw someone order it and for $20-30 a plate you're given tons of food. Its also one of the few places in town that does have King Crab legs; most just serve snow crab legs. Its a little high end for north fort myers, but it's a fantastic restaurant, clean, and has great food.

They don't prepare the food the way you ask. They say that's the way we make it and thats there final answer. I ordered take out and they completely disregarded every modification I asked for but I did not find out until I actually was handed my order then they told me that I couldn't return the food for a refund.

It was awful went on anniversary my husband had to have his steak recooked it wasn’t cooked right the first time I had to have my lobster recooked when they recooked it I asked to go they brought it out in a bag with the garlic butter with no potato which I had on my plate which I didn’t touch and I asked why in a bag where was the potatoes she took the lobster back for the 3rd time and finally got 3 potatoes in the bag the bag wasn’t tied up so would they paid for detail if it spilled all over car I don’t thank so had to pay full price for meal which was almost 74.00

Simple and pleasing....staff was friendly and food was good, although I only had oysters and edamame followed up with garlic butter crawfish. Just yummy. I'll be going back again.

Food was good, but service was TERRIBLE. Waitress spilled hot soup on my sons lap, and took away his plate before he was done. I have had to take some time to cool down before typing this because they did absolutely NOTHING to make up for this. The waitress also messed up drinks the entire time, I felt as though she was not sober. Very unprofessional.

What a gem of a place! Kimber was a great, personable waitress, and the food was delectable! We enjoyed our experience. The staff was good about wearing their masks. The portions were large enough to share or have leftovers. Give this place a try!

Very slow service even though we were one of only three tables. Large room and all three occupied tables on top of each other. Not good social distancing and one waitress wore her mask under her nose even when serving tables. Food just ok. Prices both high and reasonable. Very varied menu....confusing. Tries to be all things and doesn't succeed. Definitely not a steak house. Waitresses apologized alot. We won't be going back.

The seafood is super fantastic the people are right on.

So far I am loving this place! I wish more people knew about it... or that I had known sooner. I’m a really picky eater and everything I’ve had has even impressed me. At first I thought the small 8oz meals looked surprisingly small (my portion sizes were already out of control anyway!) but when you eat them every 3 hours, it is more than satisfying. I actually get excited to eat my “second lunch” of the day. It has helped tremendously with keeping me on track with healthier eating habits. I don’t have much time to meal prep for myself and when I try, my meals just aren’t nearly as good as the Lean Box. The staff has always been kind so far and one girl went over everything when I first walked in to check it all out. You guys have saved me!

Every time I have ordered from the Lean Box their food was good and they’re all super nice. I can only have the vegetarian/vegan options so I wish they carried more variety when it comes to the vegetarian/vegan section. They used to have a veggie pasta that was so good I wish they would bring it back. Try the vegan parm pasta, though! Super tasty.

The owner is very rude and disrespectful. Deliveries won’t show up until 7:30 - 8 pm frequently, with no communication to the customer that they are running behind. If you try to ask him about it, he’ll hang up on you. Way too many other delivery companies in the area, to be treated so poorly. We will definitely be finding an alternative!

Just tried this out this week with 4 or 5 paleo meals. Not a single meal that isn't delicious and with macros that allow me to keep on track with my diet throughout the week. This place is amazing! I've already placed my next order.

If you order online don't expect to pickup your food the next day, they well process your order when they feel like it. Oh and a refund don't expect that to happen any time soon, it's an outside company and they can't cancel order and refund it until they actually get paid maybe a week later. Lady on phone that I dealt with was very ignorant.

The food is excellent. I tried the fried dumplings for a starter and they tasted very fresh. You can tell they were home made. I tried the Tuna Love Roll and the presentation was fantastic. The flavours we're exploding in my mouth. Very delicious. They even let me try a lobster taco which tasted fantastic. I highly recommend Kings Crab house. I will definitely be back!

Our server, Morgan was awesome! Checked on us, knowledgeable, polite. The hostess went next door to Bloody Mary mix for my drink. We had dozen oysters for an appetizer, then shared the twin lobster tail hibachi dinner - perfect amount of food! The chef stopped by our table to see how everything tasted. Great experience.

The shrimp basket was very good! The sweet tea was a little bitter. And although the fries are labeled "cajun" they aren't at all spicy but are very tasty. I just wish the very friendly and chatty waitress hadn't been quite so chatty. Some people like that though.

First time trying out rhis place, the seafood we ordered was delicious, the seasoning sauce was perfect, next time I will request for Hot because medium wasn't spicy. I Highly recommend .

Ordered through Uber eats, 7 rolls 2 sodas 1 cheesecake. The rolls were TINY, and the cheesecake super small like 1/2 a normal size. The rolls were tasteless I think they didn't put any sauce inside just fish and rice. I think they are overcharging for the lowest quality.

Had Dungeness Crab , 1 lb, boil in came with corn and pot total was $30 ish, cheaper than others and including corn and pot NJ it a separate cost . They also knew hi ow to cook to be done and not over due it in so the shells snap instead of bending making it easy to retrieve the delicate meat.

We always order the king crab legs when we're in town. Prices and food are outstanding compared to expensive/ upscale seafood restaurants. Don't let this place fool you from the outside as it's in a strip mall..... it IS worth the trip. Unfortunately we were sad to hear Kimbra was no longer working there so minus 1 star. Still good food though.

Claims to offer hibachi food. However does not cook on a hibachi grill at your table and while the food could be eaten, it was more Chinese rather than hibachi grilled. The decor was beautiful and the restaurant was very clean. Excellent service. Too bad the food wasn’t what they advertised. Probably won’t go back.

Not very busy on a Monday night. The service/our waitress was amazing, but I wasn't in love with the food. We did try a good variety from the menu.

On friday night my friend and i decided to order grubhub from here . When the food arrived it looked presentable yet we did not expect to get food poisoning. My friend and I both are really sick right now , we have a very bad upset stomach , body aches , fever . A few hours later after eating the meals we started feeling terribly ill . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ! Cook your food fresh so people dont get sick

This place is AMAZING! We've had sushi from coast to coast and there is no where that has the quality and presentation as this place, especially for under $30!! Service was perfect, friendly and attentive. Drink menu is huge and very well priced! Can't wait to go back!

The staff seems to be lacking the ability to take care of more than a few tables at a time. Our waitress did the best that she could but we waited for food and drinks for a long time. The Hibachi food was delicious.

Horrible. 8. Dinner Combo Roll was supposed to come with eel avocado roll and was just avocado. Dumplings were wet and bland. The wet I'll give because it was delivery and they were supposed to be A17. Steamed Dumplings but their only saving grace was the sauce. The 20. Sweet Heart Roll was awful. Chewy, gummy and just overall blech. Even the miso was gross. I've eaten a lot of sushi and the Publix offerings far trump this and for 1/4 of the price. What a waste of $70. We got delivery via DoorDash and will not order here again.

I was a little skeptical because this is next to walmart in North Ft Myers,however the restaurant was very clean & the sushi was really delicious & fresh. We had great service and they offer a variety of sake. Our waitress was fantastic & it's a very good price point. Only thing that was bizarre was the clear soup was definitely beef broth, which I have never seen that served as clear soup. We also had a hibachi entree & that was delicious. We will definitely be back to this one.

Seafood boil was so good. It’s priced so well for how much food you get. We’ll be back again and again! We came on a weekday so the expectations weren’t too high but the seafood boil was super fresh. Everything was made to order and it did not disappoint.
