I recently visited Sam's Club and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a wide variety of products to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful, making it easy to find what I needed and answer any questions I had. The prices at Sam's Club are unbeatable. Just go to Costco - this Sam’s is horrible! We went today and purchased all of our items (about $300 in our cart) and then went to get two hotdog combos. We ordered two, paid and then went to get our drinks. The extremely rude lady working at the counter hands we the two hot dog and loudly said “you only paid for one combo”. I was confused as we just paid for two combos and she gave us two soda cups. She then loudly said “I only charged you for one and you owe me for two.” Then, she hands me the hot dogs and walks away. I pull more money out, set it on the counter, and walk away. As we are leaving the store she SCREAMS “ma’am you need to pay for you hot dog!!” I explained money was on the counter and I have now paid for three combos when I only got two.” This lady should under NO circumstances be working anywhere- especially in food service. Clearly she just took my cash and put it in her pocket. She working on 2/28 at 12:15pm. Seriously, I just spent $300 on purchases - I’m not trying to steal a $1 hot dog. Wow!

I was only at the Fuel center this time but, but the female employee that was supposed to be "working" was on her personal cell phone via an ear piece the entire time of my visit. When I get up to the pump after waiting another male employee comes out to relieve her and he removes the orange at the pump right next to me to allow people to use that pump now. It's amazing how she couldn't remove the orange cone so we wouldn't have to wait in line so long. I guess she was much to busy on her personal phone call to do the job she was being paid for.

Not impress with Sam's. The place was a mess didn't have what we wanted. Went to get a hot dog and the soda machine didn't work and the people were new or didn't speak English.

Had a screw or nail in my tire so I went to Sam's in Fort Myers and was delighted that they offer free tire repair. Great! I can save $20. After informing the tire man at Sam's that I needed a tire repair he expressed doubt if the tire could be fixed BEFORE SEEING THE TIRE! Sure enough after seeing the object in the tire he said he could not fix it because the tire had dry rot. These tires are original on my 2018 Chevy Colorado with approximately 49,000 miles. He didn't want to take the time. So much for free tire repair. So, I drive a few miles down the road to Costco and without hassle the tire was fixed for less than $12. I really do hate Sam's club. Thankfully, they have cheap gas and pretty much give away their memberships at this point.

This is absolutely the most terrible tire center that I have ever been in. Very poorly run. I tried calling a complaint telephone line, because I don’t have time to type this out, but you don’t have a personal line to call in a complaint. Why do I have to drive to the pine island Sam’s Club to get the four tires I just put on my wife’s car. It 20 miles out of my way. I will go to Costco’s from now on for tires.

Do not waste your time going there. I called ahead of time to pick up a mirror. Double checked with them the name, size, prize, and color. Of course they said they had it at the location. When I arrive, they said they don’t. So basically drop about an hour for no reason. And I of course spoke to a manager that did not even apologize or nothing.

Nice visit, not to crowded. Good deals on men's polo shirts. Checkout quick. Security check at door very very slow.

This is not my choice of clubs, I personally prefer the Cape Coral location, but there’s a young man how collects carts, I believe his name is Junior or Jr., something like that. This young man is always very helpful & he’s very well mannered. I’ve had the opportunity to have him assist me on several different occasions, and always with a smile. This latest time I was in a hurry and had 4 cases of water, I was struggling with loading my car, Jr came running over out of nowhere to offer me help. There was an older gentleman also collecting carts who just looks and me and kept pushing carts. Some of the people at location aren’t the friendly, but this young man have been raised very well. Sam’s needs more workers like him!!!!

Once you're in the store, it just keeps getting bigger and bigger. Oftentimes quite crowded, I find it best to go early on a weekday morning to avoid the crowds and those people who have yet to learn how to drive an oversized shopping cart. This store usually has an enormous selection of snack foods and such.

Went to the store for the first time today. Was screamed at and called names by an employee there for accidentally wandering into the curbside pickup area near the entrance. There was no sign saying "employees only" and I left immediately after realizing it was not an area to be in. But was still yelled at and called names by a store employee for several minutes after leaving that area. I just wanted a cart. A simple "Hello, excuse me but this area is for employees only. Can I help you find something? Oh a cart, they are right over here." Would have been perfect (and much more appropriate then being called names.)

Delivery Terrible service... I placed an order on Monday and it never arrived... they canceled it, I placed another one yesterday and it seems like it won't arrive again. ZERO STARS FOR THE DELIVERY.. you call the store and they don't give you a solution!!!

Small discounts given on merchant gift cards , so why not get them here & save a few bucks. Great choices. Plus, you get the benefit of other get things in the warehouse.

They have pretty much everything I need, close to home, however, can the workers by the register please not interrupt me while I’m scanning my groceries and paying. It’s distracting, abd quite frankly rude. Clearly it seems they will get reprimanded if they don’t talk to us, but if you notice someone like me who quickly walks to register, begins scanning, quickly begins to pay with their card, please leave us alone. I work with people all week and all day, I do not want to talk about upgrades and what not while I’m shopping.

There was this young man they call Jr that helped me today with my cart. His customer service is remarkable. His appearance is outstanding. I have never had such impeccable service before. I'm sure his parents are proud. Thank you again Jr I will only be coming to this establishment from now on.

Ordered items at 8am for pickup , between 1 and 2 pm. Received text message 12:25 order was ready. Upon my arrival I parked and texted I was there. Within 2 minutes my order was being taken to my car. Gotta love Sam's ❤️. 10 stars

First time at Fort Myers location prefer the Cape location, but can't wait to try these cupcakes. And they always have great clothes deals for the kiddos.

I have been a Sam's Club member for over 20 years and recently, the delivery process has been a train wreck! I'm not sure what happened to Sam's Club customer service but its just terrible. The last two delivery orders I placed, were "cancelled" for no reason. You have to speak with customer service in China for help because the stores do not handle this service. I'm going to take my business elsewhere!

Arrived with one hour before cafe closed asking for two cheese pies. From what I understand, these pies are pre-made and there was no one else on the line. You pull them from the freezer and put them in their oven-take only 10 minutes or so. She also lacked customer service skills and made my husband and I appear crazy for even asking. Mind you the cafe was still open for one additional hour and these two pies were to-go orders. Why I gave the store a 3 star was because though my only purpose was to buy the pizzas and not shop, would not of been fair because I could not rate the store itself.

They need to hire more help to bring the carts in from the parking lot. When I walked in to Sam's Club and asked the gentleman standing by where the carts should go " Hi 👋🏼 where do I get one of the bigger carts.?" He looked up and pointed to the parking lot and said 👉🏼"out there" . So after going row to row looking for a place to park, I gather my things my grocery list and head into the store only to just find out that I have to go back out to the parking lot and walk row to row looking for said "Big Cart". Now I'm from South West Florida and it is extremely hot and humid out at anytime pass 6:45 A.M. I'm talking about 98° degrees outside and feels like 107°. There's no way that I could see an elderly person doing that or a mother/father that has children with them.

A worker tried to help me save $15, if I scan and go. Well things didn't go well. I didn't get the saving. Lost my cash awards from canceling my Sam's app. I Never used it and my daughter had never used it. So beware , it did sound like a Great idea but not so sure now.

When I first moved here the customer service was horrid. There must be a new sherif in town because the service I got today was phenomenal. I never write good reviews, but this store and its manager went above and beyond today. I scanned a cafeteria pizza today. The cafeteria was not yet equipped for this. No biggie, the manager educated me and the cafeteria employees were super nice about it. I use to despise this place. Now I love it and will be going here instead of pubmix.

Very crowded both times we were there, but reasonably quick checkout. Fuel pumps were lined up 5 deep, we give up on fueling up, stopped at another station. They open kinda late, we're used to the early business card shopping hours we have back home.

Easy in and out. Need more handicapped spaced there's rarely any available when I go. Store is organized well and checkout was not a bug hassle.

Got gas and the pump surged spilling gas on the side of my car and then would click off after that. I ask the attendant that was sitting on the curb playing on his phone of the pump has been giving any problems to anyone. He replies “nope” without looking up from his phone. I reply well it just dump a bunch of gas on the side of my car…..to which he replies “oh” without looking up. Very good safety and service

This was my first time at this place and probably the last time. I went through the the store and everything seamed to be okay but then I went to the cafeteria because I like to eat and drink something after shopping. The employee have been friendly and tried to stay busy but the aluminum foil surrounding my pizza pretzel was burned and smelled awful. There was no Pepsi available at the dirty soft drink stations and I had to buy a bottle. The tables and floor was dirty and I tried to get out of there as soon as possible.

Sam's is almost always busy. Good products at fair pricing. The roasted chicken is very good. Family has enjoyed this roasted chicken for years. Have not found an equal in size or flavor. Have bought tires at many different Sams. Tires and service very good but time spent waiting on getting stuff ordered then having it installed is way too long. Need more qualified people working in this department.

Was at the gas station, place was busy but the attendant looked miserable, was just sitting there with his face in his arms on the shopping cart, pretty sure he was sleeping! The place had 6 people in line on one side and barely anyone on the other, cars couldn't even pass to exit the lot and he was just sitting there instead of helping the flow, people were having trouble getting their cards to work and he was just oblivious to everything around him and didn't see him wipe one single pump down, I'm not sure if they're supposed to sanitize them anymore but he sure wasn't!

What a joke! Sam’s sells you a “business membership” and then don’t have business hours. If there is no advantage to being a business member why do they promote it so much?

It's a good place to shop but you need to use the product alot

They finally got the muffins back in, which was great. Still waiting for the Sliced Swiss/American chess to come back. Miss this cheese on my burgers, sandwiches and just about everything for cheese.

ATTENTION SEMI TRUCK DRIVERS; Don't come to this place earlier then 3pm. And don't run around to find a driver's entrance door, - it's at the right side if you look at the docks, btwn pallets as you see at the picture!But as I said no unloading before 3pm.

The employees were so fantastic I saw them working so diligently to restock the shelves it was amazing After the hurricane it was fantastic to see products on the shelves that we need so bad

People are always friendly, produce looks good and sure tastes good. Even with rising prices they are still a great bargain on most all you want and need. I bought a rotisserie chicken along with mushrooms and salad stuff, flour tortillas . A good supply to feed us half the week for dinners, not to menation several quesadilla for lunches

"Our hot dog machine is broken" You really don't have a way to boil water? I bet Costco can sell me a hot dog. Went in just for that and wasted my entire lunch break

This store is well run and the workers friendly. Downside they no longer have their drink machine you have to buy the soda. There was not the best selection after 5-6 pm. So that was why 3 stars.

I use to love Sam's. Bought a TV online bc it was so large. FedEx dropped off damaged. Called Sam's. Said I could bring in to return. Got to store and was told can't accept return even though in their website it says you can. FedEx picked up and after 10 days I'm still waiting for credit. Called Sam's credit card and placed dispute. Alot of $$$ to keep on card accruing interest waiting for Sam's to credit back. So much for Sam's cash. I guess I'll try Costco.

We've been coming here for years and we really like Sams. They added scan n go in the app which is super helpful. We utilize it EVERY TIME. Recently, they've added a scan n go line to exit the store after you've completed your purchase. That's such a great idea but it came with so many flaws. The first issue is why use scan n go when you have to wait for a single human to scan atleast three of your items. All while being cut by everyone that is lining up from the other checkouts meaning everyone that probably didn't use scan n go. So now the people that use scan n go are standing there waiting because the associate scanning the items for customers to exit does not look up nor do they look to their left to see all the scan n go user's waiting. It happens almost everytime we go. Please, put a designated exit line with poles just like you did for scan n go so that it is not such a cluster to exit. Sam's needs to make a change, please!
