    Would give it zero stars if I could. Horrible and getting worse with every visit. I will not be renewing and I’ll be calling customer service on Monday to see if I can get a refund on the four months left on my membership. Even if I don’t get my money back for my membership, I am still done shopping there. There are not enough words in the English language to describe my three most recent trips there. Done and Done!

    This review is for the tire shop inside BJ’s Fort Myers. Horrible people, No service manners, No respect, No customers service, Their prices is higher than other tire shops around. Got the same tire brand, model and size at my regular mechanic shop for way much less. Add to this that when you call they want you to go to the shop pay the price in full then after that they will set appointment in another day???!!

    They changed the layout of the store to benefit themselves, not customers. You can't find anything anymore. Everybody confused. They moved the most profitable stuff up so you have to see it. There gonna lose a lot of money because of this. Their gas is also 20 cents more per gallon than the Cape. Could be a timing thing, but I'm switching and they will lose at least 5k per year from me.

    Very under staffed we pay membership fees and they don't even have staff to use forklifts to bring items down. We normally get water on Fridays they have 5 pallets in the air top racks. No body can get down and due to a storm panic it will make the weekend not even worth going thanks . BTW walmart next door was staffed so I'm guessing it's a pay issue .

    Half the time, common goods are overhead, and nobody is available to get them. By the time they're putting it out, food is expired, I've seen moldy cheese and rancid meats here on several occasions. Whole lots of expired condiments, especially the mayo (always expired). The new store layout is horrendous. Good luck, I hope you wanna see the whole store just to grab a few items.

    Don’t waste your time doing curbside pickup. It never works in the app and I always end up having to go inside to get my order. Other than that, it’s a fine wholesale club.

    THE WORSR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don't bother calling. No one answered the phone and on the rare chance they do, they hang up on you. Do not EVER buy tires from this establishment, go to Costco. I want to go to Costco but since BJs has a promotion I decided to go with them. BIG MISTAKE. I had an appointment and they never called to confirm then I called corporate to reschedule because again they don't answer their phones. Corporate gave me an appointment that never made it onto their calendar. So I took he day off and showed up to my appointment only to find out I wasn't on the schedule. AVOID THIS PLACE!

    STAY AWAY! If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. I wouldn't be surprised if these poor employee's have/ had COVID and are still forced to work. I saw some employee's that looked gravely ill but were carrying on with their work. I'm so sorry to them if they do have COVID because if they are suffering like I did then please reconsider shopping here. I am canceling my membership.

    Was not crowded at all at 9am, lot of empty shelves and space, appears spring inventory is coming out. Checkout was quick. Like always price is subjective, how much do you need vs how much will get thrown away.

    Absolutely worst customer service I have ever encountered. I stood in line for 30 minutes while a manager told me she couldn’t open a membership for me and that I would need to wait another hour for an employee. The chubby woman with the short blonde hair? Yeah that one, worst management I have ever seen handling everything with such bitterness. If you hate your job then go somewhere else girl.

    Never have any of the items I am looking for in stock. I go there and see people buying them out in pallets and the leave none for the casual shopper. Customer service is rude and clueless. If they do not open another location close soon, this will definitely be my last year of this membership.

    Curbside pickup is a joke. Shopper has no attention to detail and picks food with mold on it. Had to go into the store to return the item and buy a fresh one, which defeats the purpose of curbside...🙃

    Absolutely horrible customer service, I waited in line to pay for over 20 minutes. I couldn't use self checkout bc they have a limit of 20 items and was told I had too many, I had 22 items. They had one cashier and a line of about 10 people.

    There is a young black woman behind the Deli counter that needs to moved to hauling carts only or leave. She is the one that doesn't use a face mask and checks her smart watch and phone before doing any task Her attitude is absolutely ridiculous. She will stare at you without saying anything like "hello" or "how can I help you". No, "thank you" or any greeting of any sort. Didn't see a name tag to find out who.

    We had been trying to purchase a Lifetime 15x8 shed.,They were sold out at all the surrounding BJ’s locations we tried. However, when we went to the Fort Myers location, we spoke with the Assistant store manager , Wayne. He was very pleasant and personable. After checking the inventory on line, he said that it appeared none were available and no more would be coming in. However, he did take down our contact information and said he would notify us if one came in or when the display model could be sold. To our amazement, Wayne called the next day to say that he found 1 boxed shed and he would save it for us until we could get there. We arrived at the store that afternoon.Wayne went out of his way to help us get these 3 very large, extremely heavy boxes onto the truck. He really went above and beyond to help us! Kudos to you Wayne! BJ’s is very fortunate to have you on their management team!

    $20 membership 10/09/23. I would recommend doing it on their website. I tried to do it there but they turn me down. I spend 5 minutes filling up all the info on their parking lot and walked back in with my card included in the app.

    Kim the fresh foods manager provided excellent customer service. We ordered a cake for our company picnic a month prior and their cake logo printer broke at this location. She then drove our cake to the other store to get it printed and brought it back. They went above and beyond and we are thankful for her help.

    My second time encountering the same blonde customer service lady and having a bad experience. She has an attitude and no patience. I understood if she was having a bad day the first time but second encounter no excuses.

    We bought a 75 in Samsung TV there today. We had technical issues with their website (quite common, I understand). We approached Sherry at the Service Desk, and she went above and beyond to look after us. All our problems were solved.

    If I could give this place zero stars I would.The associates from this store are very unhelpful and racist special if you are white. They even do not hide the fact that they do not want to help you and that they are racist. I had a few bad experiences with this store, not just one time. If you are not Latino, the associates skip you taking the next person that is Latino.One time I was waiting more than 5 minutes because the associate was talking with some family member on the phone about last night discotheque, and how much fun they had. A couple of times I need help with items but the associate do not bother to check at all if they have the items in stock or not. In the middle front of the store is a customer service check, usually is an associate there but she hardly speaks English, one time she just skip me taking the next customer that speaks Spanish. The Store management must take corrective actions by hiring associates that are not racist, associates that know what customer service is, and who speak English. We do not recommend this store at all, if you are white the associates are racist, rude, and helpless.

    Came in to purchase an item that was on sale. Seems like the sign had been taken down prematurely and the price increased, however, Sheri (Manager) was kind and helpful enough to review the sale and adjust the price to honor the discount. Natalie was awesome and helped with the checkout. This is what really customer service is about. Thank you Both!! 😊

    Horrible customer service! I have called 4 times to be told that Melissa will call me back and she never returns the call. Once I was told when Melissa was off that the manager was “all the way in the back of store” so they couldn’t help me they would have to return my call. Needless to say you won’t get a return phone call. I just hope this dishonest employee gets caught when he rips another customer off!

    Sean Dennison was very polite, and he took the time to listen to what we needed. Often sales representatives make us feel rushed and uneasy; Sean, however, was able to help us feel comfortable about our decision, as he took the time to explain everything. He answered every one of our questions (even the ones we didn't think to ask). We are truly happy about our experience.

    I was passing through the store where I stumbled upon this AT&T rep. Xavier. He approached us with a promotion for a cellular plan and I was blown away with his spectacular customer service. He was very knowledgeable on any questions I had in regards with the packaged plan. His assistance allowed for a streamlined and thorough application process. I had no intentions in changing providers until Xavier showed me the advantages of switching. It was a great pleasure to have him as my sale rep. and I look forward to enjoying my new plan. Highly recommend!

    Today was my first day shopping at BJ in Fort Myers. I have been with Costco for years but just wanted to try BJ out since it was close by. I went through self check out since there wasn’t many registers opened with cashiers. I scanned my last item (or thought I did) Bc it made the sound of when you scan. Right after that, it beeped at me that the belt was full and to start loading items in cart. I wasn’t paying that close of attention which yes is my fault. When leaving, the lady checking my receipt said I didn’t pay for 1 item. Which was sitting right on top. Told me to go get in customer service line to see manager. So that I did and I just explained to her what happened. She proceeds to walk over go through the cart like excessive search and counting every item. At the end after I pay for the one item then makes copies of the receipts. They treated me like I was a thief. Mind you first off if I was going to steal something, I believe I would of done a better job of hiding it. As well as being a mom of 4 children, I’m not going to risk that over $10, sorry. I literally made an honest mistake and turned around and paid for it. The way they conducted themselves with me was very unprofessional. I will continue just driving further and go to Costco and will be canceling my membership that I just opened. The store overall, I wasn’t that impressed with either. Definitely pay the extra $10 and get the Costco membership.

    A lot of items to shop for. Ranging from produce, meats, milk, some prepared foods, housewares, personal items, clothes and more. We have 2 wholesale club memberships and we liked the prepared foods and bake goods at the other club. But some of the items we buy here aren’t at the other club. There’s lots of free parking and a member gas station is across the store. And the staff there are really nice especially the service counter. (Marilyn)

    My experience started while waiting in line at the membership counter. There were 2 ladies and one was on the phone speaking so loud in Spanish that I could not hear what the other one was saying. I asked her to tone it down and they both made snarkey remarks to me and she continued talking very loud. She finally move out of my face when I asked for the second time. The girl waiting on me then made a remark insinuating that it was wonderful that the other girl could speak another language. That is when I almost lost it. I let it go because it is Christmas and why waste your time discussing something should have never been said. Other than that first interaction I still shopped and found some really good stuff for gifts and everyday needs. I will never go back to that store and I will not renew my membership.

    Don't ever try to purchase tires from this location. The employees in the tire shop are rude and uncaring. I purchased the tires and they were delivered to this location and I ended up getting a refund due to the poor customer service in the tire shop. Stay away from this location. Run away f4rom this location. Store Manager was not available to help.
