I asked the lady at the front counter if I can get my tire fixed, she told me " I don't know I'm leaving , go ask them". And points to about 5 or 6 men all sitting in a group out in the bay area. So I walk up to them and before I say anything one guy rudely says " no speaka english" and all of them look the other way.... so yeah I walked out and went somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend this place one bit!

Amazing family owned & operated company. Came in to have a tire put on my rim & they put it back on my truck in place of my spare for me. They treated me with kindness & respect. Great prices too!! I WILL be back in the future!!

They helped me even though it was cutting it close to their closing time. Once the tow truck lowered my car with my blown out shredded piece of tire, they quickly attended to it and worked promptly to get me back on my way. I loved how it was family owned. I will return to Leals if I ever find my self in need of tire in the area. Thank you Leals.

I've been to Leal's a few different times now. I don't write many reviews and the ones I do are usually earned from the opposite type of service I receive here. Therefore I say kudos to Leal's tire and wheels on earning this review. I had just gotten two tires last week here, used of course because money is right right now for a lot of us. Well, sure enough I had a third tire decide to go three days later. Therefore today I returned in the hopes of finding something similar as the others. I found two. Now for anyone who has had to depend on getting used rubber, y'all know it can be a role of the dice. I don't worry about that with Leal's. Their used tire selection is top notch! You will find several sizes, brands & great tread. I highly recommend you check here first and save yourself a lot of time and frustration. The staff is great, always courteous and attentive to the needs of the customer. I do want to say thank you to Leal's for their service today. I truly appreciate y'all!

I would give them zero stars if I could. Both experiences I’ve had with them were devastating. Both times I went to get my tires change their tire technicians stripped quit a few nugs on my car. AI went back the second time after a few months to give it another chance and I instantly regretted it. It happened again where they have be careless and stripped another nug on my car which I only had 3 since the other ones I were stripped last time. Now I had to drive my car away on only two nugs. I was crying and in distress instead of trying to help me they were rude & told me if this happened before why would I bring my car back. Why would you say that to a person after I was trying to give you another chance. This was very terrifying to have to drive my car like this to get to a mechanic shop with my kids in my car.

Wow this place is way over price I went there to get tires mounted they said 165.00 for all 4 sick And everyone else said 80.00 mounted and ballance I brought tires and new rims wow won't be use this place ever

Went for a new tire yesterday. They were quick and affordable.

They mounted and balanced 40 inch tires on a 24 inch Polished forged wheel FLAWLESSLY for the LOW LOW & that allows me to tip the boys a bigger cut for that hard work, they deserve it. ~Leals on ORTIZ said it would be over $450 and it would take at least 12 hours, I went over here on Hanson and will be going here from now on.

In the past month that I’ve had an unexpected flat tire two times (first the passenger side rear tire, then yesterday the driver side rear tire 🙄). The last time, Leal’s on Palm Beach Blvd was the only tire shop that seemed to be open on a Sunday besides the corporate BS companies. They were not only super reasonable for a (basically new) used tire, but I was shocked at how insanely fast they changed my tire! I went there again today to get a used tire for the driver’s side and again, best price by far! Not only that but they were even faster than last time! I was there for no more than 10 minutes tops!! I’ll never go anywhere else!!

I have been taking our work trucks to leals for many years now even before there location burned down. But today I visited the palmbeach location. On my way there I call to verify they had the size I needed was in stock. The gentleman on the phone went and checked and said we only have new ones in that size. I ask him what brand and he told me the brand was sailun atrezzo. I asked if it was a Chinese tire and he told me it was not. So I said cool ill be down soon ty. as they were putting the tires back on the car my wife looked them up and ill be darned they were made in china and they were the cheapest tire you can buy. I told the gentleman that I was not happy that I was lied to. He didn't seemed bothered by it at all. So I was told I could pay the difference for better ties but they wouldn't have them till Monday. I said let me just pay my bill so I can continue with my day pls. So I got to drive away with the cheapest Chinese tire you can buy for my car. I was not happy at all and not sure if I will continue to do any business with them. All I wanted was an American tire on my car. Money was not the issue, .

Highly recommend you stop here for anything automotive they are honest hard working people who just wanna help you fix your immediate problem as quick and cost effective as possible. Was going on a camping trip and got a nail in my tire and after a run around with some other places I was pointed in their direction. I pulled in had my problem fixed beyond what I thought was possible and was back on the road in less than 30 min. Thank you so much!!! Keep up the honest hard dedicated work.

I went there to have 2 tires put on. The business opens @ 7AM. I get there about 6:45 & wait until the establishment opens. The 1st person shows up at 7:07 and starts prepping for opening. I wait patiently until another customer comes up (Hispanic) and goes to talk to the guy in which he tells them to get their tire & he'll help them out. I the asked if he didn't see me or what was the problem (I'm not Hispanic) & he said he didn't know if I wanted service 🤔. I will NEVER go back there again or any of there shops. By the way, I was in a Dually truck with trailer attached...
