Alex was amazing, my husband and I told him what we like and don’t like and within minutes we had our top 2 sectionals. The rest of the time spent with Alex was all the details, questions and answers. I liked that he was open and honest And kept us away from the “cheap” furniture. He was very attentive and open minded, I am not the easiest to shop with , I am very picky so the fact Alex was able to get me and my husband to buy something he deserves a raise!!!

We just finished setting up our Rooms To Go living room and it could not have worked out any better than it did. My girlfriend and I started at Rooms To Go and shopped other stores afterwards and ended up making our purchase at Rooms to go in Port Charlotte. Julian was our salesman and was actually very good. He gave us space when we needed space and he brought us to several areas to see items to suit what our needs were. The store manager, Jeff, was there for us when it was time to pull the trigger on our purchase. Thanks to all at Rooms To Go for making our home more beautiful!

Christine was amazing - she let us browse on our own until we were ready for her help and then she helped us coordinate everything and manage our delivery dates. No pressure salesperson who really listened. I would come back to see her anytime! Went back two days later and specifically asked for Christine again for 3 more rooms of furniture and had the same amazing experience!

Amazing experience the past two days while we decided on a bedroom set. We showed up a little close to closing time and ended up running past closing time both days and Cyndi was very patient, kind, and thoughtful the entire encounter. She did her best; gathered our interests, and showed us some of the best bedroom furniture. We are in love with the choice we made and can’t wait for it to arrive. Met by "Darlene" upon entering. We advised what we were looking for and she directed us to their ample selection of furniture displays. She even advised us of the location of the bathrooms and water fountain. I informed her of our recent dissatisfaction with a competitor brand and that brought us here. We found exactly what we had been looking for and disregarded any further shopping at other businesses. We did the deal then and there with Darlenes promise to try and expedite our delivery ( this was 4 days before Christmas) I recommend RTG to anyone needing furniture and with a wide selection you can actually see, sit on and inspect.

Jamie was so easy to work with. We explained what we were looking for and he took us directly to those items. Also allowed us plenty of time to browse. We purchased several items and extremely happy to have worked with him. Highly recommend Rooms To Go and Jamie as your sales person.

Jamey answer the phone call when I called, made an appointment 30 minutes later and he was there for me. Was very nice and very knowledgeable about the recliners in your store. He had other customers but made sure he was coming back in short periods of time to make sure I was finding the most comfortable recliner. Answers question about any I asked about. Found the one I love and bought from a great sales consultant.

Doug was a very nice salesman he helped a lot and first time we buy furniture from the first time we go into a furniture store since he was showing us and explaining everything very good. So I believe we enjoyed shopping today at your shop thanks a lot. I’m planning to take my sister next week she is also looking for family room set and my husband and I end of this month we will be back. He was very polite, extremally knowledgeable of the inventory and familiar with current trends. He spent hours helping me in selection of the right products with my chosen finishes and gave me helpful hints. I had ordered a sectional and upon delivery it was the incorrect color. I refused it. I went to the store spoke with the office manager Liz. The color I wanted was not going to be delivered until December 22nd. I was extremely disappointed. Liz told me she would work on it and try to have it to me as soon as possible. I received a phone call that it would be delivered on Tuesday November 21st. She is Amazing!!! I am a very happy Rooms to Go Customer!

Super friendly staff at the Port Charlotte Rooms To Go. Alex helped me narrow down a sofa and the colors, and then Christine helped me place the order the next day once I finalized my decision. They were both so kind, informative, and low pressure. I love how they helped me but didn’t hover, and let me take my time shopping and trying out different sofas. It was like talking to friends. It was a great experience, and much better than the other furniture stores I tried. I’m excited for my new sofa, which they had in stock!

Doug was an absolute pleasure to work with. Don't prefer the hovering approach and want to be able to look for what we want. He was available and more than accommodating when we needed assistance. Easy to talk to and understood what we were looking for. Made our shopping experience very easy and looked out for our interests while shopping. Good variety of options, colors and feels. All around good experience!

Barney was a joy to work with. We spent a lot of time walking around looking for the perfect accent chair and “surprise” it was the last one we looked at. It swivels, rocks and reclines and comes in light blue. I also added 2 dining chairs to the order. He definitely had the patience when I kept changing my mind. At the showroom we received excellent service. We even got our furniture early. However we ended up having an issue that after a few weeks got resolved with customer service and the second delivery team, who were amazing. Hiccups happen but they ensured everything met our expectations and that we were satisfied. Thank you!

Ginger worked with us to select a new recliner and she was fantastic. She didn't hover, she let us look around, but showed us some prime options, and was always around if we had questions. We ended up spending about double what we were planning, and we wish we could receive it sooner, but we're VERY happy with our purchase and the customer service we received. Ginger made the financing process super quick and easy and we're excited to receive our new recliner! Thanks RTG! :)

The sales associate Ingrid Smalheiser did an exceptional job. She helped me find just the right rug to complement my room. She was friendly, helpful and professional. I would certainly look for her on my next visit. I find rooms to go overall a good place to purchase furniture it’s reasonably priced. They have a wonderful selection and the sales people are always very friendly.
