Macy's is my first department store to visit when I want to purchase gifts. It's very neat and has a nice selection. I didn't give it five stars because of customer service. No one offered to help or see if we had questions. Instead, my husband, my infant child and I were followed by LP (one of the many reasons I go with Amazon or Target's curbside pick up). My husband asked one of the workers if where we were had the only selection of men's suit pants. She didn't really speak English. Other than that it is still a nice department store.

There is so much variety there and the gala dresses they have on the second floor are breathless, yes very pricey but jaw dropping stunning.

As always, great quality products and still better, the client treatment.

Macy’s has really gone downhill with their return policies. I returned a black unworn new with tag blazer to customer service and the cashier literally took 10 minutes inspecting every inch of the blazer like he was a drug cop. When I asked what he was looking for he replied “we don’t issue returns for dirty merchandise” to which I thought Macy’s ships merchandise in dirty boxes so how is that the customer’s fault. After a 10 minute inspection he saw it was pristine but the customer experience was uncomfortable and made me feel like I was holding unclean merchandise?… had he given me any issue or any spot I would have demanded to talk to the manager. Last time I buy anything from macys. God forbid I need to return something again.

In each trip to US I visit Macy’s because I can find something to buy Being a foreigner, you loose important discounts for locals Anyway I would recommend to insist to the attendant because they have limited discretionary discounts to be applied to your purchase In few cases I have not been able to achieve it The most of the brands for men and woman are inside and also you can find furnitures, kitchen element, luggage’s among other things

Wanted someone who could assist me in perfume purchase. Hard to find clerk who could communicate in English. Sadly they didn't have sample or testers in fragrances I was seeking.

Beatriz at Lancôme , Macys International mall was great to me. She was kind and professional and introduced me to new products. She even took the time to apply the make up and showed me how to use it myself. Kudos to Beatriz , she is such a professional.

Their food quiosk on the second floor is the best! Their kale and quinoa salad was fantastic, so was their brownie. The grilled cheese sandwich was ok, next time I'll add tomatoes. Customer service was superb.

Bad customer service, I bought a suit last week and they said its been more than 30 days with the ticket on my hand, coz thats what the system says. Im not even returning the shirt but changing it for a smaller size

I recently visited Macy’s Department Store located at the International Mall. I was not looking for anything in particular at the moment, just to kill some time while my car was being service at a nearby dealership. I must say that I’ve always been a fan of Macy’s, in particular their men’s clothes and vast selection of men’s fragrances. I am a fan of a good cologne! Another aspect of Macy’s that I enjoy is their “Last Call” items, which are items that are in their final clearance price. I always seem to find something I like for a great bargain. This time was no exception and I found a faux leather jacket in black that was marked down 80%. The style and fit was perfect for me and I couldn’t say no. I know that living in Miami, I would probably have to wait until the end of the year to wear it, but I feel that it will be worth the wait! I really enjoy this store and was happy with the service provided by the store employee and cashier. I definitely recommend this place.

I really don't like coming to this particular Macy's. The perfume department is EXTREMELY pushy. I live down the road so I get to experience this often. Once respectfully said "no, thank you" and the perfume salesman sarcastically, loudly expressed his annoyance in Spanish. I understood what he said. Now, I avoid this department at all costs. Very ghetto experience.

If you want to feel anxiety, feel stressed or ambushed. Go to the perfume department. They will not let you look or buy in peace. They’re literally vultures. I’m in a bad mood just writing about it.

Hello , I had very bad experience in perfumes department they always want you to get their credit card and they offer you 20% off so I said yes but when I was in middle I remembered that I have to buy a car cuz My credit score goes down so i rejected the process I told the lady I don’t want anymore that I will pay regular price and she said ok supposed she canceled the application so I went home and I got text messages saying that I can register my new macys card which I don’t have so I call llthe macys Creidt number and they told I have an account already but I clarify that I cancel why I have an account so be careful with those people who want to enroll you in their credit thing 😱.

Personnel was very helpful and emphatic (I got lost and I couldn't find my car) About the products, this one at Doral has more variety of perfumes, than the one at MB. The sales personnel are very knowledgeable.

Visited the Macys at international yesterday and tried to use a macys gift card (fine print said there were no exclusions) the cashier said we couldn’t use it because Ralph Lauren products were excluded from use of gift card. Since I had read the fine print I knew that wasn’t true. I asked to speak to the manager and she said the same thing. No one seemed to care to even try to help. So today I went to macys at dadeland mall to purchase the same item and they scanned my gift card with no problems at all. Customer service goes a long way.

Very inconvenient, employees don't speak English and didn't know where anything was. Men's department was in a totally separate store at the other end of the Mall! Not a good shopping experience.

Men’s Pick up packages located at East Entrance Fast and Convenient

Always a nice walk through the store is good for mobility. When making a purchase even the card moves from my wallet to the register and from my bank to theirs. Smiles

I was looking for an espresso coffee maker that's difficult to find. I went to Macys and cashier advised they were out of them. In between customers, she was nice enough to look up the item. She found a couple and I ordered it. Haven't received it as yet, but am patiently waiting for it. The cashier, although she was bussy, she was the only one on that section, she took the time to assist me in a professional and patient manner which I greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I was blessed to find so many great bargains in my size. Macy’s is a great place to shop. The staff was so friendly. Yvette helped me find my sizes.

Was nice and big. It had lots to shop for. Just very messy and the sales people try to push things on you. They will not let ypu just look and shop.

Yesterday I had the best experience with Melba Tudela with buying Armani cologne. The service was amazing, she explain every product she had to offer, very friendly and overall great character definitely would come back again!!

I didn't visit Macy's in this occasion. This is my favorite Macy's, I have been visiting it, since 14 years ago. This store has the potential of lifting my spirit. The whole combination of smells, lights and organization is meaningful. 😄😄
