Happy with my laser treatment. Clean and professional I was in and out with a pleasant and on time appt. The aesthetician didnt mind that I was a bit jumpy during the procedure, we laughed!

I paid for an eyebrow hair removal- I received poorly shaped eyebrows with a burned and infected eyebrow and eyelid. The next day, I woke up with a swollen eye that I could barely open. I went to see a doctor and he prescribed antibiotics for my eyes. The hard waxing had burned my eyebrows’ skin, causing the entire area, including my eyes and eyelids, to get infected. (Also, please look at the picture and see how poorly my eyebrows were done - this has only been 5 days since I went there to fix my eyebrows I contacted the salon the next day, explaining what had happened. The owner/manager, was "shocked" and refused to admit that she caused this. Not only did she refuse to reimburse me, but she also refused to take responsibility and apologize. I advise you to rename your salon to "U don't matter Place"

Everything was relatively good until my last visit when they ruined my nails so bad that I still can’t do shellac or gel. What is more they can’t accept criticism and blame client for « not complaining on time ». Sorry, guys, people have their own lives and are free to leave the review when they have time for it.

Look no further if you need a good mani/pedi at a great price. The salon is chic, the staff are friendly and the overall experience speaks perfectly to the price you pay for their services!

I got my partial bikini waxed and Fabiana was amazing! So pleasant to chat to, and super fast. Would certainly make her my go-to if I were staying in the area longer :)

Horrible experience. I booked a pedicure at 17.45 that was supposed to last 45 minutes. I arrived on time. At 18.00, l was told that they would not apply varnish because it is too late and they have to close at 18.30 sharp. The pedicure lasted overall 20 minutes, and l was charged 50 euros. I was shocked by the rude attitude of the staff member and by the fact that l was charged the whole price despite the fact that they did not provide the service, as planned. Not recommended. P.s. the lady who did the pedicure was very friendly and offered to apply varnish nonetheles. However, considering the rudeness of the person in charge of the studio, l did not wish it to have the varnish applied anymore.

Not quite sure how this place has four star rating. I booked an appointment for a cleansing facial (1hr)……..I spent most of the hour waiting for treatment, as a matter of fact, I am writing this review during one of the “waits.” I arrived on time, the aesthetician was late, if I had to guess it was at least 15 minutes. Then she would do a few things, turned the steam to my face and told me this would need five minutes……definitely more than that, then a few things, then a mask that needed ten minutes, this time a grabbed my phone because I was bored out of my mind and new this would be more then ten minutes…..definitely was. All in all I probably got 20 minutes of treatment and the rest was waiting in a dark room. Of coarse while waiting in between the different steps of the facial, outside there were people loudly talking and laughing in the hallway. In conclusion, this spa experience was farcical and I would recommend you go somewhere else.

One of the best spa places I have been to (if not the best). The service was top notch and the staffs were professional and very friendly. Top quality spa service and really nice products too. I completely recommend!!

I did cryolypolyse treatment and combined with the advise the beautician gave me, overall very satisfied and happy . I do recommend this establishment.
