Poor service, average coffee... Impressed by the variety of wholesale coffee grounds on display, I wandered in for a fresh cup. To my dismay, I was rather rudely informed that you have to pick one of the four pre-set drinks their automated machine cranks out. “It’s quite simple”, said the employee impatiently. (Apparently, requesting either a dark roast or a double cappuccino was over complicating things). In the end, my black coffee was good enough, but the coarse interaction and disappointing selection left me with a bitter taste in my mouth (no pun intended....).

Lovely store with wide selection of teas and coffees. Quite suitable for a gift from Brugge. Automated coffee machine is a bit of a disappointment.

Looks a little intimidating from outside, a little too much like a boutique with too much attention to appearance. But once inside, the aromas open up a new world. Lots of tea varieties on sale including kusmi branded tins. Prices are perhaps a little inflated due to location but it's a shop I didn't manage to find an equivalent to in the city.

Really unfriendly staff. Was in there 15 min before closing and looked around. We stand in que for a while and when it was our turn they said it is 18.02 and shop is closed!!!

I really liked their coffee and wished I could buy some with me to take home but unfortunately I left bruges and forgot to, anyway if you're ever near don't hesitate to enter and get a cup of coffee, just be sure to tell the lady there to heat the milk a bit more, because that's the only complaint I had. their coffee prices are very good too.

Really cute shop, great selection of teas and coffee. Don't buy a cup of coffee to go though as they use longlife milk and it's made by pressing a button on a machine. Not the coffee you would expect from this shop :/

We had a very unpleasant experience today. We were in the shop for a while and looked at different items to buy. When we stood in line to pay the staff said that she would close now and that we could not buy the things we had collected.......
