The breakfast is very simple,nothing special however it is very expensive!We asked for a brunch to share, when the plate arrived we thought it is for 1 person as it is looking like that but they charged us €42 for this! Totally shocked! Than my sister ordered 1 for herself and the plate was almost same, the only extra item we had for extra €21 is one more dry fig and yoghurt.. Very much dissappointing!

Unfortunately very disappointed. I was having breakfast here, because of the good reviews. So I was willing to pay the pretty expensive breakfast menu of around 24€ and had high expectations for this price. It included a coffee, orange juice and a variation of small foods (cherries, cheese, salmon, cereal) and bread. My biggest problem was, that the quality of the food was not reasonable for the price. The "fresh orange juice" was definetly fresh out of the box or at least streched with supermarket orange juice. Come on you can really taste the difference. The bread was also not fresh, tasted like the bread you can buy in a plastic box and put it in the oven. Also the cheese was supermarket cheap branded. The coffee was good. I also didnt like that the waitress didn't even bother to ask if we liked it or not. Seriously, FranzGustav: the location seems pretty nice and cozy, but when you ask for this very high price, deliver the quality or lower the price.

The cook must have changed since most of the pictures were posted because our Eggs Benedict looked nothing like the photos in the reviews. It was a bed of rocket, with an untoasted "muffin" and a single, barely cooked egg on top. Service took over half an hour to bring out the food. Great place with a fun vibe and really nice food. The toast with ricotta and tomatoes was wonderful. Sadly somewhat overpriced and a lack of attention to details: half broken plates, non working salt grinder, slightly undercooked eggs, to name a few.

I was very disappointed of this place. For what the brunch costs I was AT LEAST expecting quality ingredients, but this was not the case. The orange juice wasn’t even natural, the coffee was average and the food tasted like out of a supermarket plastic box.

They had me sit at the bar because they were going to be really packed as the morning rolled on. Totally fine with me as I wanted to take my time, finish my book and enjoy my breakfast and a good coffee before catching my train back to Germany. I got a vanilla iced latte macchiato and the trio of mushrooms eggs Benedict. It's pretty impossible for me to not order Benedict when I see it on a menu, especially since not many places have it in Germany. This was a wonderful dish. It wasn't served on an English muffin but more of a sweet bread, which worked so well with the savory mushroom flavors. The coffee hit the spot. Wish I had one more day to come back here!

We stumbled to this spot away from the center for a late breakfast/brunch. Despite all the tables being full outside, the kind server bought us a table from the inside and set it up on the terrace. We order an eggs benedict and the pancakes, both dishes far exceeded expectations. The ingredients were fresh and high quality. We ended the meal with the egg soldiers my friend was excited to show me. Again the egg was cooked perfectly with the liquid center characteristic of the egg soldier.
