Interior + design = 5 stars, food = 3 stars (see the pics, while burrata was truly decent, the hummus plate was truly not). And -1 for the comment. The customer service was fairly nice, if you get served by a smiley and caring person, consider yourself lucky, if by an openly pragmatic and rather reserved person... This opinion is based on 2 tries to experience this place. To reply to the comment: "pragmatic and reserved" means a diplomatic way of saying passive-aggressive. Proved by an actual comment of "the owner" :)

We were very impressed from start to finish with every aspect of this restaurant. The food menu which is intentionally short only has exquisite options on it. The drinks list was very impressive with an incredible collection of beers, be sure to try the house beer designed in collaboration with the owner. In addition the staff was very charismatic and make sure you ask for recommendations as the menu does change seasonally. The owner who was very kind and generous came and spoke with us for a good while which is rare in restaurants nowadays and is a sign that he cares greatly about his endeavour here. Also important to mention that it is apparent that the decor is beautiful and is laid out outdoor with shelter but don't worry about being cold as they have plenty of heaters and blankets for everyone. Having come from abroad to visit the region we truly feel that we have found a gem in a sweet sleepy town and now have a very good reason to return and we are sure we will return soon. Final thing to mention is that although the food and beverages are absolutely amazing, the prices are incredibly reasonable. I cannot thank all the staff and the owner enough for the great experience. Make sure you stop by whether your passing through or not. It will be worth you time.
