Last meal of the holiday, and was not disappointed. Best meal of the holiday by far, expect local, seasonal food, served by a wonderfully knowledgeable and kind waitress. Our favourites were the white asparagus starter and the steak or lamb chop mains

As I was travelling in a group of 11, it was imperative we could book restaurants that could accommodate us. Whilst De Pepermolen isn't extremely big and we did have to be split into two tables, we did manage and it was definitely worth it! De Pepermolen is tucked slightly out of the way of the main hustle and bustle of Bruges and is an absolutely delightful restaurant. The decor was beautiful and the sole server was lovely and efficient. I would also like to add that the toilet was a treat to use and despite it being a small part of the restaurant experience, i think this is important. I chose the lamb from the menu and it was delectable! Perfectly cooked and seasoned and this included the vegetables and mashed potato that came with it. We were given cheese croquettes and bread along with our meal. The croquettes were quite mild, though tasty and the bread tasted fresh, so perfect! I absolutely enjoyed eating at De Pepermolen and if I'm ever looking to have a quality meal (and want to splurge) in Bruges, this will definitely be the first place on my mind.

When in Bruges- this is a must! Attentive and professional service is just the start...excellent cocktails followed by the best food we've had in Belgium...and most places anywhere...and reasonably priced for the quality of the experience,,,highly, highly recommend.

An amazing culinary experience. Wonderful hosts, a warm and beautiful restaurant and incredible food. Filled with locals, this is not a tourist trap and offers an exceptional dining experience in Bruges. Highly recommended!

This place was a real pleasant surprise. Much better food, price, and service than we had even at the Michelin restaurants in the city. Definitely recommend this place and we hope to come back soon!

Was very tasty! Great quality of food, all dishes were amazing! Normal size portions, elegant atmosphere. Ravioli with mushrooms and deer was amazing, also sweet desert with raspberry 😋

It takes quite some time between the dishes, but the food is fantastic! And the best Tart Tattin ever made!

The food was excellent, compliments to the chef! Every dish - esp the filet mignon - was well executed and so delicious! The hostess was excellent as well! Will definitely return when we visit Brugge again.

The food here is phenomenal! The atmosphere quaint. The service is splendid. All in all, a great experience.

We had lunch today in this place and we were very satisfied. It is a small, causey restaurant with warm atmosphere. The service was very friendly and pleasant. We felt very welcome with our 1,5 year old son. We took the 3-course-menu. The quality of the dishes were just excellent. There is a small "treat" with coffee and tea. Keep it that way! I would definitely recommend!

Best restaurant in Brugues. A must when you are in Brugues to eat here. Fantastic chef. And service at your table honest with a smile. And superb advice. Will be back soon Regards Arjen

After 2018 the second visit and the quality is still perfect! Pleasant atmosphere, good service and first class cuisine. Simply a good kitchen with excellent ingredients. The price-performance ratio is also very good.

I had a wonderful meal at De Pepermolen—fabulous service, a great ambience, and delicious food! Take advantage of the 3-course (or 4, if you’re feeling extra hungry) meal, where you get an appetizer, entree, and dessert. We started with the mushroom ravioli, the scallops, and the carpaccio, and both had the filet mignon w/fries for the main and the chocolate lava cake for dessert. Everything was amazing—the chocolate lava cake, in particular, was one of the best I’ve ever had! Will definitely be back the next time I’m in Bruges!

Wonderful restaurant on the quaint side of town. She was the most gracious host, warm and welcoming. Decor is cozy and modern...The FOOD excellant, beyond expectation, delicious!

Good food, good service. Not very friendly and not flexible so any group bigger than 6 cannot eat at the same table.

A fantastic place to come for dinner. The place is warming and charming. Sat in a more quiet part of Bruges, it is the perfect place to come to for a relaxing evening. The food was of high quality, and service friendly. Can't recommend it enough!

Lovely small restaurant. Gracious and friendly service. Menu is not long and everything we had was perfectly prepared and presented. Absolutely delicious food. Entrees we had were a Paella and Cod fillet. Nice wine list, though not extensive. Highly recommended.

Incredible place, one of my favourite dinners in recent memory actually. Such a classy ambiance, perfect for date night. Owner of 11 yrs was the only server, she was prompt and nice. She’s been with the same chef the whole time who made excellent food. Starters were original, my wife loved the lobster. Good portioned mains with my beef having a great taste. Amazing final sweet bun to end. Certainly one of the best restaurants in Bruges and fairly priced at €40 for 3 courses.

A good local bistro. I loved the carpaccio. They have a good wine list, a local clientele, and a friendly staff.
