Totally overrated. We went for dinner and were utterly disappointed. Kids chose grilled toast with ham, cheese, and veggies. For 9 euros they got 2 dry pieces of baguette with ham and cheese, the veggies were non-existent. When we asked for it, we were provided with a tiny bowl of salad and told that the kids had to share. (Just for reference, the next day we went to an Irish pub and for the same price the kids chose Fish and chips and were presented with big fresh delicious dished.) The dinner tapas were ridiculous. I mean, we've all been to tapas places and expect to get something more or less sufficient. Imagine 3 or 4 super thin stalks with tiny courgette flower on top of some beet sauce. I guess, it's something you expect in a posh Michelin star restaurant (I mean the quantity rather than quality here) but not in a tapas cafe. The kombucha was good though, it was the only thing I enjoyed.

One of the best places I've been in Gent. I went with a group of 8 friends for dinner. The service was quick, friendly, and impeccable. They have gluten free bread and actually can tell what the gluten free options are (unlike many restaurants in Gent). We loved their tapas, their bread was delicious, and they had free tap water which is a rarity in Belgium. Great place!

Fantastic food! I am glutenintolerant and they are simply great with this. They told me exactly what I could eat, they even had glutenfree bread for me! It is so very nice to eat at a place where the waiters are really happy to be of service. Thank you very very much

Great space, friendly staff, very clean bathrooms with enough room to change a diaper if you have a baby. They even have extra diapers available! It is very kid's friendly !! The food was very good. Enough choice in sweet and savory. The pancakes were really delicious. The only thing that could improve is that when we got the explanation about how it worked. They said there is a whole buffet and drinks and you can take what you want so we ate our belly full. But then after a while they came with trays and served at the table some appetizers like pizza and sausage. We didn't know that would happen, so we were so full and kinda sad we didn't got the taste those delicious appetizers :p

Every time I go to Woest I remember how much I like this place and want to go even more. It’s a very comfortable environment with super friendly staff and tasty drinks. I’ll go back to try the tapas!

It is a very cosy place for drinks and nacho's. But for food, TERRIBLE is an UNDERSTATEMENT and the waiting time takes ages, a total waste of money.

Great experience. The brunch was lovely, very friendly staff and great food. Even scraped knees the kiddo's had are handled with love. Will be returning.

The food was good. I think the waiters were a bit overwhelmed by the amount of people in the restaurant as it could take sometime before one could snag one to get some refreshments.

Amazing food and drinks experience. Unique flavours, beautifully presented. I usually do end up spending more money than I'd like, but it's worth it

This place has been on my list to visit a long time. So when I visited, I had a lot of luck. I didn't make a reservation and the place was full. The bartender squished me I and I'm very glad he did. I ordered the pizza, because I heart so many good things of it. No classic Italian style pizza, better and served sliced with a salad. So I hope to return soon and I will make a reservation to be certain of my place.

👍👍 « Luxury fries 🍟 » and well it is quite expensive. But I’d say it is worth it at least once. It is the price for exceptional fries 😉. The fries were absolutely delicious, and well cooked. They ask you to choose 2 homemade sauces. I took the béarnaise and 🤤. The chicken chunks were natural and tas...
