I think they sold me a fake perfume of de marly Herod I paid 224 euro and I can't smell it or anyone else I didn't believe it I checked on YouTube and I had several points I got it showed me the one I bought from them it's fake the moment I'm very sure I press charges against the store I still have it and the police can check my bank a count to know I really paid for them . Update Im sure now they sold me a fake perfume I went to Rotterdam in Holland to skin cosmetics perfume shop and I did smell the de marly Herod and it was not the same like what they sold me . Someone should stop you from cheating people.

Not even bothered to ask for an apology for an order i placed three weeks ago and has not been shipped yet! Totally rude answer of the stuff through their email. Not to be trusted. I probably will never receive my 130euros order. So pathetic!

Not sure why but the staff took ages to attend to me. I was standing there waiting and one of them was using a mirror to groom his face. When they did finally get round to serving me, he was polite but certainly not warm or encouraging. I was looking for a set and he did not have that. And then did not offer to help with the perfume testers or seem interested to help give information despite the fact that he knew quite a bit about the range. Well enough to tell me that the shop is the only store that offers such a range. I find out later that it isn’t true. Disappointing service at a store that really ought to excel at such, considering it has an interesting range of products.

Worst ever service. I went in for a consultation and a complimentary sample with a coupon and the staff said that i can only have it if i spend more than 120€. It was obviously made up as it is not stated on the coupon, and it says COMPLIMENTARY.

The staff are very very friendly and helpful and they let you choose things with calm. I have a lot of social anxiety and I get intimidated when the staff is pushy or rude. I feel very comfortable to shop here and they always have the newest selection of perfumes. Also, one of the places in Antwerp where I never got a racist vibe. Will keep visiting this place.

Amazing choice of perfumes, scents and cosmetics. Niche and designer ones. I loved the huge collection of Tom Ford. The only downside is the staff. They didn’t ask if we needed help and looked at us in a strange way. There could be improvement. But, the store is great!

I stopped in here looking for a Jo Malone fragrance in a small bottle. I needed one that would go in my travel bag. I was allowed to try and when I needed assistance, the manager sent someone over right away. Makka (I think that was her name) was so nice and helpful. They did not have the scent I wanted in the small bottle but she gave me ideas on where I might find it. This store's commitment to customer service is exemplary and should be a model for others. STAY AWAY!!! They are literally charging DOUBLE the price. This is clear loot and rip off. 50% higher price is not okay. Charging price of 60ml bottle to 30ml bottle is not okay. The shopping made here completely ruined my Antwerp visit. I bought Dior Sauvage EDP 30 ml for 78,57 Euro here, only to realize that same perfume is sold at 78 Euros but for 60 ml size. I was so happy with my purchase earlier but now I won’t even feel any joy whenever I look at the perfume bottle that I bought for double price. When I confronted, I was told “We don’t know what are the prices elsewhere but these are our prices”. It’s a shame. That’s not how you rip people off. Utter disgrace! Please check the prices before purchasing here. Feeling of getting fooled is horrible experience.
