    As with al my posts, this one as well is based on personal experience: Went in to get 11 sports and internet for an family member -internet installer came by that same day, i had just enough time to drive from the store to said family member (granted, installer daid it was a calm day -overlooked our account and helped us cancel a phone line (vaste telefoon) which we didnt even know we had -adjusted our mobile phone packet to our actual needs so we pay even less

    Impressed with service. Wanted to trade in my Telenet router for a modem only. They had it in stock. Telenet customer service was useless and could not tell me where these were available. As such I had to call some Telenet service Points myself. Unlike other (Van Assche in Zingem not helpful /friendly and not on stock, Telenet Oudenaarde not reachable by phone) , MAC gave me prompt and excellent service! Piece of cake...!
