This cute little place caught my eye as it’s just down the alley from the Airbnb that I am staying. We ordered waffles - one with speculoos and one with nutella & strawberries. Both so fresh and delicious- nicely baked with a crunch on the outside and inside the sugar in the dough is moist and caramelized perfectly. We are only in Bruges for one day. Otherwise, I would go back tomorrow too!

We asked for five waffles (natural and with toppings too) that were made at the moment! Amazing flavour, good price, nice quality and quantity of toppings and a better attention. Cool drinks are also available! Really recommended!

We found Laurence in Bruges by chance and was it was the best waffle we ate in our travel to Belgium. The waffle was amazing and it was freshly made in front of us. We went there twice, and we would go the third time but unfortunately it was closed. If you are in Bruges do not think too much, just go here and you will not be disappointed.

Had a very nice experience with waffles and the service from Laurence, and only what I can do is to just recommend it without second thought. Once in, you can't resist with just one. My wife and I were looking at the genuinely Belgian waffles during our trip to Brugge, and we found Laurence. Great people doing great stuff with a good sense of humour and dedication. We tried the Caramel + powdered sugar waffles; it was delicious.

If you want the best waffle in Bruges, go here! We tried 3 different places (all top rated) and this waffle was definitely hands down the yummiest. It 100% beat the Old Chocolate House. We got to talk to the owner, who takes pride in her product, and for good reason! They hand make their dough everyday, which results in the most flavorful and best textured waffle. She explained to us that not many shops make their dough from scratch, and this shows in the flavor. Also, the prices are completely affordable! Again, come here for the best Belgian waffle and you won’t be disappointed.

Cutest little waffle shop in Brugge. Ordered from a window, waffles were freshly made to order. Their waffle recipe is the best!!! The ladies behind the window were so lovely also, had a very homely feel.

Great fresh as they come waffles with homemade chocolate sauce and a couple of ladies that really know their local history. Take the time to find them off the main strip - well worth it!

I got a preposterous number of waffle toppings and a nice coffee for under ten dollars. Assistance was top notch. Streetside window was convenient. The waffle was made fresh and tasted like caramelized sugar. Absolutely wonderful. I did not know what all the fuss was about because waffles at home in the US are...not this. Eat this, be happy.
