Charlatans! My wife whom is 67years old was looking for thread lift. Came here for procedure Dr.Louise May is a theif, Charlatan! My wife ended up in the hospital in Coronado after procedure with a severe hematoma and fainting. He made several mistakes per E.R. Has lumps and No Results! He stole $2,000.00 cash and Hid when we demanded a refund. After some research he has a criminal record and even murdered his liposuction patient, cashed her check minutes after she died! Please I urge you to look him up! Stay away from this place!

I spend $6,700 and I look exactly the same to be honest you supposed they are thief and very untrustworthy they lied to me about my procedure and I fly home after a few days I got my cask removed just to see the same face they are disgusting liers please be aware don't ever go here

Super poor service. Don’t go here. 1st appointment Dr Nidia sounded like a telemarketer only wanted to sell her products. I was not satisfy and I made an appt with the main Doctor. I showed they took me to an office and there was Dra Nidia again. I only told her I made the appt with the Doctor, she made ugly facial gestures and said “ go sit on the lobby”. I got out I sat on the lobby and I told the receptionist that Nidia was super rude. She appologized and I asked about the Dr she said that the Dr was on his way later she said “let me call the Dr” and she came back saying “ we are going to give you your money back for some creams that I bought and the Doctor is not coming he is sick and he hasn’t been here in months. She demanded my ID and a signature. She took a copy of my ID and she said did you left those creams in your car??? I asked her for her name and Nidia’s name she refused to give me their names. Someone else told me Nidia•s name. I got treated so poorly in this establishment. Dr Nidia is so unprofessional. She doesn’t know how to treat new patients

I went for Botox and DO NOT recommend it. So think twice before going to this place, i asked for the price through their online chat, they said they charge $100 dollars per area, not by the unit. so I went in and got my forehead done. Right after the procedure I noticed that the creases in between my eyebrows didn't look any different, I know botox may take a few days to completely see the final results but after having it done regularly for a few years, I already know how my face looks right after. I've always seen results every single time except for this time in this place. I asked the doctor why those creases didn't look much different and he said that I needed a different procedure for those creases, after he did the treatment he says that those creases can't be fixed with botox?? That's incorrect because I've been treating this issue with botox for years and it has worked every single time. And to get that area fixed.. guess what?.. he tried to sell me a $350 procedure on top of the botox. He didn't mention that my problem wouldn't get fixed before applying it but after he had done it. What I figured is that since they charge "per area" and not by the unit, they get stingy with the botox to save as much as they can. Unfortunately, this bad strategy won't bring them regular patients, I paid $300 for 3 areas and none of the areas were done correctly, between the eyebrows no change at all and in the rest of my forehead the little botox used was not distributed evenly. My old doctor refills the syringe with more botox during the procedure, this doctor used only one syringe for my forehead, crows feet and between the eyebrows. My face is half done now so I'll have to go back to my doctor in PB and see if he can fix the partially and unprofessional job done by Baja plastic surgery. Now you know, and if you risk it and put yourself in the hands of these unprofessional people, you know what you can expect.. halfway done botox. They should charge by the unit and that way they would use more product where is needed, their patients would be happier and maybe they could establish regular patients, but instead they charge per area and use less botox than you need so you end up like elephant man and when you bring it to their attention, well.. they advice you to buy another procedure. This doctor either is not as experienced as they claim or he thought I was really dumb. Terrible unprofessional work. My advice is do not choose this place, at least for Botox, do not go here. Lastly, the lady in charge for the financial part knows nothing about customer service, she got rude as soon as I mentioned that i wasn't happy with the results for the money i was paying and she said it was my fault not theirs because I should've asked more questions, she said "we're not here to tell you anything you are the one who has to ask." My experience was bad. I can't give my opinion about any other treatments they do but at this point there is zero chance that I would ever let those clowns do anything else in my face because they don't know what the word cosmetic means, Botox is the basic of cosmetic treatments so if they can't handle that..how do they handle surgical cosmetic procedures?.. Long review, but the word needs to get out there. I know many people go across the border to get done these kind of procedures trying to save some money like I did but at least find a professional place and read reviews, don't go to places like this, I didn't really save that much, I pay around $400-450 in PB for an excellent job and this tj place charged me $300 for a sloppy job. If you want to get it done right and not waste your money... stay away from this place.

Dr.Alfonso Vargas is by far the best! I had a liposuction 360 and BBL surgery was done last year. He and his wonderful staff have made me feel at home answering all my Questions without any hesitation! but with the help of Dr.Alfonso Vargas and his team I felt so comfortable going into surgery knowing they were all by my side! I had Lipo with local anesthesia at this place for arm's and inner thighs. The Lipo is so uneven it looks like someone just bit fat off me. Save your money go somewhere else.

I do not know if the receptionist doesn’t know her job or what! She makes an appt for My husband at 8:30!! The doctor doesn’t come Tip 9:30! EVERY SINGLE appt, we waited for more than an hour for a 5 Minutes appt!! RIDICULOUS! And Very unprofessional! I would NEVER recommend this place! The results are at a minimal! Read other reviews about this place! BEWARE!

Baja Plastic did a great job last month on my liposuction and Brazilian butt lift. I'm officially ready for next summer.

I have had acne in my teenager years with deep pit scarring left over so my grandma recommended this place to me. I have tired everything in the book to smooth my skin out and the C02 laser I received changed my life ! I will have to go back for 2 more sessions but I can honestly say I have my confidence back and everyone there was so sweet as I am very insecure without my makeup caked on. Love the environment !

I’m worried that a doctor who killed a patient during Lipo which on other patients sent to hospital is still performing at this place.

Well I thought there were just fine. I was in and out. I got 2 doses of Botox. These people are GREEEEATTTT!

Horrible experience with eye filler. Went to have it removed with no luck. Have to keep going back. Look distorted but doctor says it’s normal process. What a nightmare.

I love the service at Baja Plastic! They have the best service. The doctor was very helpful to help with my case. The nurses were very sweet and they help me laugh and relax during my procedure. I will definitely come back again.
