This is one of good option for hair/face work in Biharsharif. Staffs are courteous and knowledgeable. Few staffs need more grooming. Prices are heavy for normal city people but they manage during marriage season by giving few discounts. Overall good experience. Can try with heavy pocket but for nice hair/face treatment.

Pathetic service. Don't even understand the meaning of appointments. Had to wait for 30mins and still didn't get any service done., even though I booked the appointment in advance. The staff keeps chatting and enjoying amongst themselves clicking selfies and videos for instagram while customers wait unnecessarily. Would never recommend to anyone.

The hair dresser name Arman did my haircut and it was amazing, he fix my hair in proper way as it was quite messy.

Had a bad experience😒 with this salon after getting a makeup for my engagement. Although their staff are professional but still can see lack of experience. They (makeup artist && receptionist) got into a bit argument with the me just because we requested to stay and fix makeup. In spite of paying heavy fees this kind of unprofessional behavior is totally unacceptable. Please do not hire their services specially for bridal as they spoil your day. Requesting Jawed Habib as brand to not hire such staffs with no experience at all.

One of the worst salon in Biharsharif,management team is worst and manipulative,I spoke management team on call,a lady said that Praveen is available to work after that when I went Praveen said that he is busy and didn’t even listen and respond,and that lady also,what do you think you are the only one in Biharsharif who is providing services,Praveen is the most arraogant and unprofessional man over there,he doesn’t have manner atleast,jawed Habib owner should aware of this,I backed to home but I assure you I will definitely talk to your owner on this.
