KFC is good. Quality and the service is good . But AC was not operational and hence we cancelled the ordered and went out for other food options. But I would stay that the staff was nice to inform us about the AC ahead of time. Location is good. It's visible quite from some distance.

A reputed chain like KFC should atleast train their staff's to keep uniform customer eccentricity.anyway place is good to hangout . Chicken and grills are average, Burgers are good. Place is well located and easy to reach. Staffs are also cooperative.. But they don't know how to handle people.. Social Distancing is not at all followed. Washroom is very dirty, Needs proper cleaning all around.. You cannot enjoy the outside view properly because the glass are dusty and are not maintained properly.

I just love KFC! Whenever i was craving of fast food and chicken I go out there and have the kfc meals. I just love all the chicken items there. There food quality is amazing and service is also quite good. One thing is there that I have to give and take my order from counter self. They will not get to the table. But all thing is good, place, interior, food quality, service and all. All were just amazing. Must go there and try it out. Best place to hangout with your love ones.

I have been here before in the pre covid era and to my surprise nothing much has changed I the covid era as well. There was no thermal screening at the entrance, no social distancing was followed, no disinfection of surfaces, even the chairs and tables were not sanitized in between. I was expecting covid protocols to be followed here but I am totally disappointed. They play KFC radio which is cool. Menu has no new addition to it since ages not even in the non veg items forget veg. There's not much to expect here. Sitting area is on the 1st floor and we place order on the ground floor due to which you have to go down and up.

Terrible experience at KFC Jagdeopath. The ACs were not working, the seats were left unclean, and the seating area in general was in a very unhygienic state. The toilets were ill-maintained. Very shabby maintenance. Totally not going there any time soon. The sole reason why I have given 4 stars to food is because they got my order right and because the cooking processes are standardised, leaving no scope for presonal discretion.

Dine-in was available this time and after having my zinger classic burger meal I went to the washroom to wash my hands and it was smelling like hell. I would have given 5 stars if I hadn't been there. Feedback for KFC, kindly ensures that you maintain your quality not only in terms of taste and food but also make sure about the hygiene as people visit with their friends and family. March 18th 2022 - Today on the eve. of Holi, I see that KFC of bailey road has completely deteriorated as still, the washroom was smelling and because of holiday staffing was a problem however not even a single worker was there to check the eating lobby in case of any issues or wastage clean on the tables and the floor. In fact floors, tables and chairs were wet. I had to call them out from downstairs to clean my table. In my opinion, it would be better to close KFC or working hours should be minimized but don't compromise on your service. Later I wanted to take away the chicken strips order that took them a long time. I will not blame KFC staff but the management who are not willing to do anything even if am writing this review. Please step up and fix it. People are big fans of KFC however they might opt for a different brand if they see such hygiene issues. Please check the pictures attached

I wish I could rate with zero star rating....disgusting staff as do not take request sincerely. Atmosphere is absolute disaster..in day time they switches of AC nd do not turn on even after requesting repeatedly.

Food was really awesome and finger licking. But you will have to wait a lot at their counter to get your order. Staff just get hopeless if there is any chaos. Other wisel proper sitting arrangement was there. Everything is good but they need to improve their services at their counter

i ate here first it was tue. so i ate veg burger it so good and yeah the restaurant is better than gandhi maidan and boring road kfc there is no bad smell there.

Requesting KFC team ti repair the AC , as half of its AC doesn't work in the dining area..And I observing the same since last 3 to 4 months. Awesome place to hangout with your favourite chicken with dips n cold drinks...chats for longer time...Great place to visit. Most of the AC doesn't work there, as I witnessed two times...Plz KFC team, ensure the better environment, so we would love to dine here again. Apart from it ,,, the dining area is really spacious and provides beautiful vibes, while enjoying KFC chicken. The walls are well decorated with beautiful reasons, why KFC is the best, and actually it's really awesome. It has good restrooms., Separate for Both male.n female.

Not a place to go to dine in. Very unorganised and I'll management, prices are different at self service kiosk and the serviced kiosk. Takes a long time to serve even when no crowd, can't imagine how this place handles crowded days. However these guys are good at getting your food delivered quickly.

On 31st July 2022 we me , my 4 year daughter and and my wife went and ordered two piece of hot and crispy and 4 pieces hot wings ... It was so disappointing.. the taste of the chicken was pathetic and also chicken from inside it was completely black.When i told this to the staff and the manager they told me it's good and started giving excuses. I strongly suggest everyone please do not vist this place even I have asked for refund but they did not gave me anything. I don't know if i will have any food poisoning . Thankyou

Will request to avoid specially Khajpura KFC. Almost stopped to go there . Everytime visited with hope to get this time better. Only order popcorn and nothing else. Never gets fresh. It's good only in ads on tv. Better to eat roadside than kfc. After one bite the color and smell on chicken 🐔 inside is yukkyyyy. Not the first time. They fry it multiple times to clear their old stock. Better to have pizza or local fried chicken but my request is to avoid this kfc

Delievery was fast but the cleanliness was not up to the mark. Located at a very prominent place. The staff was humble.

All good without their chicken fry. Chicken fry was not crunchy. But i like their service's & behavior.

Nice place, if you are vegetarian, must try the veg zinger, one is enough for a person. The French fries and coke are not that good in comparison to McD.
