In
simple
terms,
this
resort
lacks
management
in
handling
there
employees/staff.
We
booked
the
resort
for
three
nights
from
12th
to
15th
Feb.
Once
we
reached
there,
we
found
out
that
the
resort
is
under
going
the
renovation
and
hotel
management
didn't
informed
us
about
it.
The
staff
member
who
took
our
booking
has
did
the
fraud
and
took
the
money
that
we
paid.
The
hotel
management
didn't
support
us
during
this
time
of
trouble.
They
had
asked
us
for
5k
rupees
as
a
security
even
after
paying
full
amount
in
advance.
They
had
forced
us
to
use
one
of
their
rooms
without
any
room
service
and
facilities
which
was
inconvenient
and
unsafe
as
there
was
no
other
guest
staying
there.
One
of
their
employees
named
Sandhya
Srivastava
has
harrassed
us
by
calling
multiple
times
even
after
showing
all
the
proofs
of
money
transfer
and
booking
details.
Due
to
owner's
mistake
we
lost
our
10k+
amount
and
he
didn't
take
any
action
about
that.
Name
of
the
person
who
took
our
money
is
Partha
Karmakar
who
has
done
the
fraud
with
more
people
like
us.
I
request
all
the
tourist
to
not
visit
this
resort
ever
as
the
owner
is
out
sider
and
don't
have
direct
watch
on
his
employees.
If
he
had
kept
watch
on
his
employees
this
wouldn't
have
happened
to
us.
I
wish,
I
could
give
-ve
rating
to
this
resort.
