the service is not friendly towards patients, especially for the doctors, they are not very serious in treating patients, such as there is no effort to cure the patient if they cannot provide treatment for the patient, say, O doctors of RSUD AM PARIKESIT, so we can go to another hospital with service. the best,,, no effort was made, instead they were told to go home. I'm giving 1 twig so that people will know that AM PARIKESIT Hospital has really bad service.

Not friendly, slow. The problem with the files for the patients was that they used to sit on the desk where there were a lot of nurses there and they were laughing all the time. It was very, very disappointing. If I could give it no stars or give a 1 star review I would have done it many times.

Pelayanannya cepat tanpa harus membedakan pasien cash atau pasien BPJS, ruang tunggunya luas, wc nya mudah di jangkau dan bersih. Di ruang tunggunya ada minimarket serta televisi agar tidak bosan menunggu

Pelayanan agak lambat anak sy dehidrasi disuruh puasa akhirnya meninggal 😭😭😭 menyedihkan. Padahal sy bayar dengan pribadi tapi pelayanan betul2 kurang 😭 sampai saat ini sy msih blm bisa menerima kepergian anak saya😭😭😭

I registered online from early in the morning without a response & was given a queue number even though the nurse had advised me to register via online (WhatsApp)

The first time my child was treated here because of dengue fever, the first time I went to the emergency room, I waited for 3 hours before taking action, maybe because there were so many patients... but after being followed up, thank God, the nurse came almost every hour to check my child's condition 👍👍👍 nurse and the doctor is friendly 🤗
