    Timika Airport. there are car and motorcycle service here. not so fatr to the city from airport. we just need to pay 15.000 for riding motorcycle to Timika City. Small Airport. several Airplane seervice here heading to Makassar, Jayapura, Merauke, Sorong, Biak.

    Nothing much. And just to let you know if you are a tourist be prepared to get checked. They generally only allow people in with a work permit. So if plan on going make sure you know someone or get a approval at the embassy before. I got in by cough surfing how lucky I am. Nothing to do in town though. But cool pit stop anyhow because was my first in the Papua side.

    Just visited this airport for the first time, in other parts it seems that a new airport terminal is being built. Hopefully it will be a magnificent and awesome airport

    This airport have : - ATM Centre before entrance gate - Parking lot both for car and motorcycle - Wheel chair & Acces for disability chair - You can show your Company UIDby freeport as Identity Card when entering gate before X Ray Screening - Majority Freeport Indonesia and it's contractors use this airport. - There is bakery in the waiting room - Land transportation to HL use this airport, too
