I LOVE Honeybaked Ham!! I got my first taste (literally and figuratively) of their wonderful offerings back in 1997 when I worked temporarily for them during their busy holiday season. I came back in 1998 if that tells you anything. Now, over 20 years later, their wonderful dishes are a part of my family’s Christmas tradition every year. Not only do I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about their delicious food, I can also say it’s a company with traditional and wholesome values. They genuinely care about their customers AND their employees-even the temporary ones! If you’ve never experienced what they are about, I highly suggest you wait no longer and try them out as quickly as possible!

I dined in at the Honey Baked Ham Company for the first time last week. I got the Ham Classic sandwich, with just ham and cheddar cheese, no mayo, lettuce or tomato. The gentleman making my sandwich asked if I wanted to double up on the meat and cheese, which was a nice surprise. I was also looking forward to trying the Ham and Bean soup, but they were out of it. Because of this, they didn't charge me for a bottle of sweet tea and bag of potato chips. Having worked at country clubs for 7 years, I can say that this location provided exceptional customer service. I completed the customer service survey on my receipt which gave me a buy one sandwich get one free coupon on my next visit within 2 weeks. I love the dated look of the interior. That's not a knock, as it brings back memories of childhood in the 1990s. The food I had was delicious, and I can't wait to come back, as ham is one of my favorite foods. Even though there are only a handful of tables for dining in, the option to do so is absolutely fantastic! I hate feeling rushed in places that have no dine in option.

Why would you stay open on doordash when your store is closed? Why waste a potential customer's time? It's fine to be closed on a holiday. Everyone needs a day off. When you're closed, don't pretend like you're open on food delivery apps. It's a jerk move.

Amazing staff! Generous, courteous, and very friendly to all patrons. All while doing dual roles with renovating the shop and keeping up with the demands of customers. Very impressive and refreshing!

If I could leave Mike 10 stars I would! This is the BEST customer service I have ever received! He is one of kind! The food was amazing! Catering went better than I could have ever asked! Support local! I’ll never go anywhere else again.

One of the best Turkey sandwiches I have ever had. The customer service was above and beyond anything I have experienced in a while. I did not catch the name of the fella working behind the counter but he was very friendly and enthusiastic about his job. I would definitely go back there for both the food and customer service

Poor customer service. Someone who was supposedly the owner refused to honor the coupon code I had. He said he isn’t a franchise, therefore doesn’t take the coupons. He then told the lady beside me her coupon was only for good if he bought a bigger ham. Sketchy if you ask me

Had honey mustard stuck in mustache all day. The Tavern was what I got along with potato salad. Was Wonderful 😋🤗

Very good sandwiches if you're a fan of thicc cut meats. Menu was pretty vague, but the explanations from the employee were top notch so wasn't too bothered. The Tavern Club had very good sauces, and the selection of sauces seemed to be very solid 👌🏻. Wait was long however, I recommend calling ahead of time my dudes.

Fresh bread everyday and amazingly kind staff. This is my favorite sandwich place!

Super busy but got through really fast.

I love the food and the staff. This is a family owned franchise and they always remember mine. This is a good bet when you need a hearty meal but don't want to cook. I work in Greeley and frequent that one for lunch when I'm on that side of town. Always good service with this franchise.

Update : Prepaid & Picked up order a week before holiday. Staff was friendly and helpful. Turkey and Ham amazing as always.
