    Promises not met repeatedly, money taken from us for maintenance but no maintenance done. Underground sewage pipelines promise not met Underground EB lines promise not met Plots and common area maintenance, promise not met, due to which area is infested with venomous snakes, very dangerous for our kids and elderly Strangers in & out of the locality, no security provided for the families inside (but ample security given for their machines & construction equipments used to build their appartments. I am giving 1 star because there is no zero star available. I promise to remove & revise my review when Urbanrise keeps their promises.

    I bought a flat in the first phase in New Porur site. All good until now, except some minor delays is seeing the completed flats. They said CC is yet to be received from government. Location is perfect and very near to the main road and Poonamalle metro train station is in full swing and hopefully will be ready by 2025. Then all good...

    Very bad experience with urbanrise team in new porur site. Their CRM and his people will never respond to any of the problem. They make lot of promises before purchase but once u bought they will show their real mindset like we have sold u take care. Very much money minded group and no customer satisfaction can be expected from these people. Dont buy and don't cry

    Amazing support received and successfully completed the loan process and sanctioned. I have to say special thanks to Mr. Swathi ath C And his team..     DO NOT PURCHASE !! #FRAUD #UNPROFESSIONAL Paid the blocking amount but no flat allocation done by sales team. Waiting for more than 11 months. There was no official mail from Urbanrise to proceed with further loan processing I paid token amount in Oct 2022 for flat C710 but I got cancellation mail in June 2023 for A410 and no refund. I visited their office , site , called and mailed. No response from anyone. RESPONSE: C BLOCK 710 Your Sales Team Mr RAJA and PRABHU has all the details to contact. Cannot be shared in public forum. CONTACT IMMEDIATELY.

    I booked apartment in Urbanrise, Also I took loan from HDFC Bank. Swathinath from home loan department make everything very smooth and clear also explained everything in detail. Thanks for processing all the documents quick and comfortable

    Had a very bad experience with them very recently post booking a flat. Request you all to be very careful with sales and marketing team for their false promises. Very much money centric and they are not following any process or even ethics to update customers. Once rates are increasing, customers are forced to bare the new rate and charges Details: Unit# - C1210 Payment - 10% ( Down Payment)

    We had a great and excellent satisfaction from the customer relations team. We had everyday updates, process explaining, everything became eased when we got answers clearly. And yes of course this cannot be happened without Merlin Jone from CRM team, Swathinath C & Sakthi arulappan from home loan department & suresh from sales Department
