Very bad experience with Navaladi Veg Restaurant... Really hotel food is good taste and owner is nice. They are charging just 90/- for mini meals unlimited by self service.. but not enough staff to assist and Cashier Ganesh misbehaving with all customer by angry approach. Questing ugly why taking quantity menu.. . Request the Management to take action on Cashier Ganesan.. Seems there no CCTV if it's there kindly 22.05.22. 13.30 Timing

This non veg Hotel used to be a nice place to dine in. Now Everything is gone. Visited couple of days ago. Ordered Grill Chicken, Served a cold and old spoiled chicken. Returned it. Flies everywhere. Even on the fomites and dishes. Finally ordered a lemon mint soda.. Served a bitter one. I strongly believe there is something wrong with the restaurant or with employees. Pls Refer Image.

They provide seperate food and serve seperately for vegetarian and non vegetarian. Non vegetarian meals price is okay but the cost of side dish is too high. The servers workers were polite and took care of all customers. They also provide betel leaves and seed for free of cost which helps for better digestion. Optimum time to visit is during lunch.

Best authentic Non veg cuisine of kongu food is served here , had the best meals and starters.good service and ambiance Must try !

Restaurant's ambience feels special and comfortable. Seating arrangement is secluded so it serves perfect for little family discussion during eating. Food tastes good, and the portion served is also very content for the price paid. Service is very polite. The attenders are calm they don't force with the food options the restaurant has, instead they listen to your menu order and politely intimate if something is unavailable. I found this very attracting because in other top chettinad restaurants the waiters will force with the alternate options if a menu item is not available.That sort of cheap behavior is not present here. Overall, the restaurant is a nice place to spend the hard earned money. For us, the satisfaction and the feel good factor we got was way more than the money paid. Thanks to the owner, restaurant staff and the chefs in making our visits feel special and memorable.

Bad experience: Prawn pepper fry served with a piece of mutton liver. Pros: Good tasty food in reasonable price. Good ambiance. Supportive staffs, served fresh plate of prawn pepper fry. Hotel can be recommended only for Non-veg people. Veg dishes too costly.

Good taste...very quick service and people are courteous too. nice ambience... one issue is paneer butter masala was too colored...after eating and hand washing, still fingers are orange colored...too much artificial color....reduce it.. natural color is OK

I loved nalli elumbu fry, egg cyclone porata. On next visit I has Rs399 plate. Sidish is good. Nandu , small fish manchurian, mutton pieces good. Chicken biryani not liked. Unlimited white rice. Over all good. But wash basin should be cleaned.

Bought Chicken fried rice and Tandoori chicken for my family dinner. Really disappointed. Never ate such Tasteless fried rice ever. Tandoori chicken is too fried and turns black. Each pieces tastes bitter. Greatly disappointed. No proper response from Restaurant as well.

Best and Pleasant environment for foodies and all types of people. Rates are not lesser than other reputed hotels, Located on the poovirundhsvalli main road, Chennai. Both Veg and Non Veg foods available More varieties and quantity are also good. Tasty food, Parking available Descent management and service people 1st time I visited and unexpected inner view of the restaurant, it's really awesome and descent enough to have good and delicious food of South, North Indian foods.

After a good meal, during the payment, a network issue meant that my account got debited. When we approached the hotel manager, he told us he didn't receive it yet and mentioned that we got our money debited wrongly and that we will recieve it back soon. He promised us that he will send the bank statement to confirm the same. Till now, we haven't received our money nor these people at the hotel cooperated. They hang up the phone if we ask them for this and honestly, a very bad experience. While the food was great, the service made it so that we will never come again.

I have visited the party hall. It was very neat and well maintained. The food was good. But the service was not that great. The decoration and hall were nice

We celebrated our little boys. Birthday party on sept 04th 2021. We had an awesome experience. The party hall is really spacious with rich look which can accommodate many guests. I will surely suggest to book the party hall to make your event more memorable. The food is really tasty and delicious. We really liked the way the Welcome drink, Our guests, especially kids loved the food. Mr. Vijay,coordinated the event is a model of customer service. He helped us in all possible ways, right from the Food selection to the Event management. He made sure all our requests are promptly addressed. Special thanks to Mr. vijay We are very happy of the quality of the service, food. The staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. The food was very good in navaladi one of my favourite restaurants in Chennai I love the kizhi parotta must try and poricha kozhi and biriyani quality side dishes .. must recommended hotel in poonamallee.

The customer service is really worst. Myself with my friends(4members) went for lunch and for desert we ordered a falooda and chocolate ice cream they nearly took more than 30mins to serve this ; and when we asked them why it's getting late they just gave some silly reasons and didn't speak properly the way they should talk to a customer.But the one's who came after us finished their meal and went off and still we were waiting there for 45mins to have a simple desert. But the food was really good ! Kindly take some measures to provide proper customer service.
