A great halal place to eat. Quick service, friendly staff and clean dining area. Really good pricing. Try the kofta kabob combo it is really good.

This was a very sad experience for us. Very sad. My girlfriend and I found Flame Kabob House online and we were looking forward to enjoying quality beef and chicken Kabobs. What we got was quite awful. Perhaps it was the fact that it was early afternoon on a Saturday, the place was completely empty, and nothing was being cooked fresh. What we got were extremely dried out portions of beef and chicken. It was just horrific. We couldn't finish it. Additionally, there were many tables that were empty and never cleaned. Just didn't get the impression that this was a clean place. It's a shame. We came here due to the decent Google reviews. The service from the man at the counter was good. However, everything else related to our dining experience was not.

On my visit to New Jersey, we tried this place. The Family Kabab Platter4 was a symphony of flavors, presenting an array of succulent meats that were grilled to perfection. From juicy chicken and lamb kebabs to tender beef cuts, each bite was a testament to the culinary artistry of Flaming Kabob House. The delectable combination of spices and marination was nothing short of mesmerizing. The service was exceptional, with the staff's knowledge about the dishes and their friendly demeanor adding an extra layer of enjoyment to our evening. Our server was more than willing to guide us through the menu and help us make the best choices. For those seeking a gastronomic adventure that combines flavors, culture, and warm hospitality, Flaming Kabob House is an absolute must-visit. Their Family Kabab Platter4, combined with their inviting ambiance and top-notch service, ensures a memorable dining experience that we'll cherish for a long time

Amazing taste, variety of Paki and Mediterranean dishes (including Falafel, Hummus, Kabab, Chicken wraps). Well made and very tasty. People are very friendly and accommodating. Prices are low-average and serving size is enough. All meals came fresh and hot. Very recommended.

Recently We enjoyed one of our lunch at Flame Kabab House, geographically this place is a neighbor to the Atlantic Ocean. We noticed that the people here serve you a warm heart like the Ocean ❤️ Firstly, the foods are 💯 percent HALAL and possibly freshly made, a series of options are available. The sitting arrangement is nice too. About the parking your car is accommodated. We recommend and hope you will enjoy! Oh! There is a mosque ( Masjid Al Bayan) is 2 mins away.

The food was super-delicious!!! I got the Lamb Tikka & Beef Kabab combo with rice. My friend got the lamb shank and he said it was very good. Another friend got the Philly Cheesesteak and same thing - he said it was very delicious. They serve halal food. Lots of options. Both traditional American menu like burgers and cheesesteaks, to Afghan Kabab’s and Lamb Shanks. Amazing variety of choice. You feel a sense of calmness when you enter. Seating is plenty. Clean restrooms. Courteous people, make you feel comfortable. My friend asked for olive oil and was promptly served a side of olive oil. I want to go again and try their other menu items. They have a dessert section too (see pic), but I didn’t get to try them this time.

They deserve 5* tbh. Kabob house has delightful. Appealing and tasty kabab. I was surprised by how amazing their kabab was. It was long time since I tried kabab this good. But their rice need some flavor, bland and not fully cooked. Prices was fairs. Their atmosphere was nice and quiet but no music on.

Great food! About $10 per plate, the food is all very good. The chicken kebab has great flavor and a nice char. The fries were super crispy. The young man at the register was friendly. We weren't sure what to try and he directed us well. Their sauces are outstanding and freely available. The dining is not fancy but I really appreciate having a place to sit and eat without all the time and fuss of a sit down restaurant. You can get your food, sit and eat (like you would at a fast food or pizza place). This is only a 5 minute drive from the beaches of Asbury Park. We went twice in a week and it was very consistent. If you're looking for somewhere that is more comfortable than the downtown restaurants (and free parking), this is an amazing option!

I can’t believe I’ve driven by this restaurant so many times and never stopped!! Tried it for the first time as I saw it on DoorDash and i love it. It’s the best middle eastern food I’ve ever had. I’ve ordered it as delivery multiple times already and each time it’s comes out perfect. The gyro meat is perfect and the white sauce is to die for. As if that’s not good enough, the amount of food they give you for the small cost is crazy. You get what you pay for, give it a try asap!

Looks good . Tastes disgusting ...I wouldn't return there if it was the last restaurant on earth. The chicken doesn't taste like chicken. The lamb was bland. kabobs are nothing like the Kabobs grilled at home or at the carnival. They must not know the meaning of Kabob. Should have called it potted meat product or spam on a stick.

The best place tbh. Mukhtar served us our food and he was amazing. Polite, calm and very welcoming. This place is very hygenic, well served, good quality and good quantity as well. I ordered chicken gyro platter and it was so yummy. Every thing was so good. Ma sha Allah. Best part is it is halal. Definitely recommended.

I didn't expect it. But that was probably the best halal type chicken over rice I've ever had. Very fresh refreshing green sauce. Homemade feel to it. The rice was perfect not too greasy, it had a nice spice to it. The chicken was identifiable as chicken. Sometimes it's questionable at other places. If that was that good, I can't wait to try other things from the menu. The only shame as I live 50 Mi away. I guess I'll have to come back when I'm in the area. Definitely worth a try if you're around here.

Fake flame kebab house - definitely cannot compare with the successful one in Somerset. Service was respectful and welcoming - I'll give them that. This was pretty much the only pro for this place. Cons: Food served was unlike that depicted in the photos. No qabuli option with any of the dishes. Even the "boneless hot wings" served were nothing more than dry chicken tenders. The chicken korma was a bland disappointment. The place was overall clean, but the bathrooms were dirty - lacking napkins and hand soap. The folks working here were great. But other than that, I won't be returning.

This is the only restaurant around that I regularly order from. Not only is their food delicious, their prices are fantastic and their portions are huge. Can’t go wrong with one of their gyros or platters! 1 platter can feed me twice and lemme tell ya - I can EAT! lol. I also love their falafel.

We recently moved into the area and have been scoping out the local restaurants. I drove by Flame Kabob House several times and really wanted to try it. I’m very happy I did because their food is awesome! I’ve had the chicken gyro and mixed gyro platters so far and both were delicious. Their portion sizes are big and reasonably priced. Definitely get extra white sauce because it’s really good! Looking forward to eating there again and highly recommend it.

This place is gonna be my new jam. Really easy stop on the way out of Asbury Park. The food came out quick, was delicious, perfectly cooked, well seasoned, and super filling! I couldn't finish it all. The dude behind the counter was very friendly and polite. He warned me about the hot sauce being spicy, and it was no joke! No real decor to speak of, just solid food, nice variety of stuff, no stomach ache after, like some of these places give you. I can't wait to go back. You should definitely try it!

This is one of my few go-to places for fast food; my family and I love this place. It's also the only place I know where I can get a Whopper-sized burger for $7 (for future reference, today is August 8, 2023). Their fries and onion rings are legit and I love that they have cake, too.

The restaurant is very clean and spacious. The service was good and the food was delicious. I had the mixed gyro platter. The food tasted fresh and the seasonings were on point. Even the prices were very reasonable. I enjoy having take out from here and will be back to try other things on the menu.

Food, service, atmosphere are all great! My friend and I came down to Belmar all the way from Bayonne, NJ. On our way home, we were hungry for halal food, and found this place. Food was delicious! Absolutely loved it! Will come again and recommend to family and friends! Thank you guys!!!

This place is the definition of hole in the wall. The place doesn't look like much but the food is absolutely fantastic. The mixed platter and shawarma pita were great. Everything here has a nice char to it which I love.

I did take out here yesterday as I was in the area, and I enjoy eating Afghan food. I ordered the chicken shish kebab dinner, and it was very good! They gave me a generous portion for a very reasonable price. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and tender. It also came with homemade pita bread and Afghan sauces that were delicious! The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I thought the Afghan rice was more Americanized. It was good, but it didn't have the Afghan flavor versus other places I go too. I recommend Flame Kebab in Neptune Township!

A place like that so close to home should be recognized! I love the menu full of healthier options than the typical fast food chains such as falafel, gyro, wings, kabobs and more. They cook it fresh so be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes. Prices are very reasonable

I am new to the cuisine and this place did not disappoint. I got the beef and lamb platter and it was terrific. High quality food and friendly service. Fair prices and good portions. It is a must for those who enjoy the cuisine or are curious. Highly highly recommend

This place is honestly my go to when I don't feel like cooking. I always go for the mixed gyro platter with extra white sauce (bbq sauce is also good). You get a huge portion of healthy food, that you can probably eat for two meals, at an extremely good price. Also, their pita bread is absolutely delicious and makes the meal that much better. The owner is also a great guy who is always friendly. If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping in here.

Absolutely amazing price for the quality and the quantity of the food we ordered mixed platter for 3 people which is good enough for 4 people. We also ordered Philly cheesesteak overall experience was 5/5 Definitely worth coming again.

This food is absolutely phenomenal. It was my first time having Afghani food. It tastes like a blend of Greek and Indian food with its own unique twist. If you like delicious food, I strongly recommend Flame Kabob House.

Ordered mixed gyro platter, chicken gyro platter and 3 fresh bread. We couldn’t eat the food as it was way too salty. The bread was apparently made “fresh”, although it was the complete opposite. The price displayed was incorrect. Family was really hungry and eager to eat but the saltiness of the food was not worth it.

My absolute favorite restaurant in New Jersey. Every single time I’m in the area, I call this place up and order the chicken tikka kebab. With their sauce… ugh it’s honestly so amazing. So glad I found this place. And they are always so nice!

I ordered a few top sellers from their menu. Have to say we loved all of it. 3 days later my husband is still talking about it! Especially loved the freshness of the salad portion of the dinner specials.
