    1. Poor service in Hotel 2. Condition of rooms is too much bad. 3. Cleanliness not maintained. 4. Staff not cooperative. 5. Geysers not working properly. 6. Online payment facility not available in this hotel and atm is 1.5 kms far away from this area that's why customers suffers very badly
