So it started from entering the room in. No one even came to escort us to room. 1. Not even single staff person is wearing mask. There is no protocol of sanitizer. 1. No mineral water is provided , extra cahrgws for mineral water. 2. The bolts of washrooms are totally broken 3. I asked for coke they charged me Rs. 50 extra for a bottle of rs 30. 4. We asked them beer they refused that bar tender has not come today so we can't arrange it for you. Now if the staff is unavailable so it is customers fault ! Highly recommended a BIG NO to stay in this residency. Pathetic services, and poor stay. Had totally ruined the night

Nyc.................... HOtel good service. I have visited this theatre many times over the past three years and it's a really nice and clean place with good seating, but please expect a long wait time for tickets, refreshments and the movie itself. Every time we go there, we have to wait in a line that reaches the outer door and sometimes flows outside into the parking lot. Even with three to four cashiers there to purchase tickets from, there are lines that stretch back to the outer door! T

As we compare by location it is good, but room service, bed, hygiene and other services it is not good I will recommend don't take this hotel ever.They charge me 800rs for a room and no room kit were handed over. Food quality taste worst my overall experience is worst here.

I just visited this hotel for booking purpose. So, on the bases of visit i will rate it 4 stars. Reception staff and main owner were average in communication . Rating were worth it . Rooms are oka oka according to Himachal. Bed, TV , curtain were there. Smoking smell was there so they justify it with some smokers and promise to remove this smell soon.
