The location was good. However we have been to Irish Pubs all over the world and this was not! They did have a huge Variety of Beers but definitely no Irish Food on the menu. There also wasn't a semblance of an Irish Pub atmosphere.

Breakfast was not bad but in evening we'r try chicken wings and frog legs and it was really not the hit... fried dead... and take care the waiter in evening try to cheat with the bill !!!

Visited Tirana and found this bar through recommendations. It's not far from the Tirana Pyramid. Staff were very welcoming and spoke English (which really helped 😉) Huge selection of lagers, ciders, guinness and cocktails at a reasonable price. I arrived Tirana late for the first time because my flight was delayed. I was still able to get some food at Medusa. Erind and Christian were very nice attending to me. I came back several times to eat since it was close to my hotel. It was my go to restaurant. The food was freshly made, didn’t take long and tasted nice. I’ve been coming to this place for 11 years, less often the past years. I love the place, the ambience, the music is always good and I appreciate the fact that they keep the same standard. This is the only place that has original draught Guinness! Service is always very good. My only disappointment lately is the fact that they don’t have a non-smokers space anymore, they used to have an indoors space isolated with closed doors from the outside space where people can smoke, but now the whole place is in smoke. This is very disrespectful for people that don’t want to smoke or have medical conditions and cannot resist the smoke. I hope they can realize that, and bring back the standard they had. Everything else is great.

Came here to watch some English football whilst in Tirana. The drinks are on the expensive side (for Albania that is, still cheap compared to home) but this didn't matter too much. Service was fast and the staff were friendly. Plenty of screens so lots of different sports can be on at once.

A liter of Guinness draft, a ok! For 6 stars, maybe use a Guinness glass instead of a Paulaner. But otherwise A+.

When you order a “mix”, like in every other place you expect a little bit of some finger food mixed into one. We get the mix and not only is really meh, with 1/4 of it being just cheese & pickles but the price on the bill was ridiculous. The server didnt put it as a “mix” but picked some of the stuff from the menu like we ordered them separately and they were all on the bill. If we knew this would happen we would not waste the money on 700L sausages or 700L cheese basket which were barely filling, half a serving on everything even though we paid full price. 2 people for 3500L is ridiculous for Tirana, i’ve been in 80% of Tirana’s bars and tried their mixes and never ran into this problem. When we told staff about this they were like “oh i did it so its cheaper for u”. We should’ve been told how it worked when we ordered, not after. I did not want to spend stupid money on cheese and pickles, nonetheless the money it’s more about how the staff acted and behaved during our stay that left me a bad taste. Bad experience.

Be very careful when deciding what to order here. The staff is very shady and will try to scam you. Me and my friends ordered a mix here and we were shocked when we saw that it costed around 3000L. In all other places it would cost 3 times less and with even better quality than here at Medusa. These guys didn’t even have a mix on the menu so they put whatever they liked separately on the bill without even asking the customer about it. In the end the guy that printed the bill told us that if he would put the mix as a whole and not separate it would be even more expensive. We told the guy to tell us where this mix is in the menu and he admitted that there is no mix 😂. Never going there again as nothing left me impressed and the staff was one of the most disappointing I have ever seen.
