One of the best cozy restaurants coffee bar in Tirana city! Very touristic place with excellent Quality of food and drinks! The staff it was very nice and the area very clean!

Nice, cozy ambiance indoor and outdoor. The upstairs was closed possibly because of the rain. Super busy around 1pm. The menu is interesting. I had Bacon, mushrooms & truffle tagliata. It was delicious, just a little but too salty. Capuccino, Ginger Apple Cucumber juice was tasty as well. Service was on par.

Decent coffee place with a nicely decorated interior. You can sit both inside or outside on the covered terrace. Wasn't very clear if we needed to order at the bar or at the the table, but drinks (Americano and Freddo Cappuccino) were good.

Atmosphere is great - kind of an 80s hipster living room, with outdoor seating as well. Sound system is good, but wear headphones outside if you prefer. Wifi is good. Drinks and food were all quite excellent and tasty, and some of it is a nice break from traditional Albanian food. Tables are plenty, so it was a good place to work in the hot summer heat. Staff is friendly and multilingual, and you can pay cash or credit card. It really is a high quality coffee bar/lounge. Highly recommend! In fact, I went twice during my recent visit to Tirana because the vibes were so chill.

Its really a great coffee shop with many different varieties of drink and food , i do like it a-lot for the shop atmosphere and service and drinks at all kind. Recommended this store to anyone who want a great place to chill

Really great food and service. They turned down the music to help us make our baby comfortable. Ordered the chicken risotto, chili piadina and milanesi piadina. The two first were especially tasty. Def recommend it!

Nice location with a little rooftop area, directly in a street. Friendly staff and decent prices (for Western Europe not for Albania). Free Wifi and good coffee.

I think it could’ve been a nice brunch but they brought me the wrong food. Croissant was very dry and not that good. Fruits were fresh. The muesli my friend had was good and so was the freshly pressed orange juice.

Sweet Café in the heart of Tirana. We had the avocado & chicken salad and Caprese Panini - definitely try the Cucumber Spritz too, super tasty!

@Noor every Thursday 7pm free-food 3 different rounds. A cozy place, where traditional and modern decorative elements are interwoven together. The service very friendly, you feel like at home.

This is kind of a hipster place. It has a great service, tasty food and average prices. It is also located in the downtown so it is easily accessible. The only thing I would wish them to have is baby chair, I assume in the modern world it is a MUST.

Beautiful terrace, good atmosphere. There was only one waiter so took a long time for 2 salas and cheese table. Not hugely in love with it but it was nice overall for a drink or some something to eat

I saw this place on my first day in Tirana while walking down the street to find my BNB. I just loved the design, the balcony, and the music they play... something was attractive to the restaurant. I wonder why they chose this name, Noor, but it has a very deep meaning in some languages. Therefore, I was very happy to see it. Anyways, I decided to take my dinner the next day around 6:30 pm on a Friday night. Only some of the tables were occupied so it was the perfect time to dine in by myself. I ordered truffle risotto with a glass of Chardonnay. The risotto was well cooked, it's taste was balanced with the truffle oil and parmesan. I would add some more garlic and a little bit more salt to mask the bland taste coming from the truffle itself,but it was a great dish overall. They were playing some authentic Balkan music mix in house, which elevated the atmosphere in the restaurant. I wish I went there in a group of people so that we could order different dishes to try all. For great food in a nice setting, I highly recommend Noor for lunch, dinner, coffee and fun.

Funky place with nice juices. Food overpriced, small servings, and mediocre quality. Not sure why my spinach looked so battered and bruised. Unappealing. Never again. So disappointing, don't waste your money 😕 So many better options in Tirana

I really liked cozy atmosphere and their second floor balcony to have coffee. Food was tasty and they give big portions. Staff speaks English very well. They have plugins everywhere, so you can stay there to work with your laptop.

The staff was friendly and spoke English very well. The restaurant was much bigger than it first looked from the street and the interior was decorated super cute! We had food off both the brunch and normal menu and everything was excellent. This was one of my favorite places that we ate at during our week in Albania.

Absolutely amazing and delicious food. We tried the asparagus ravioli and Noor panini, loved them both. Very hygienic, fresh food. Highly recommended place in tirana.

My Mom and I came in for brunch and have been traveling through the Balkans for the past couple months. This place was AMAZING, one of (if not) the best meals we had…if you like creative healthy and delicious food, great atmosphere and delicious drinks…this is the place to check out in Tirana.

Great drinks, excellent food and a very attentive staff. There is also a very nice decor both inside and outside. A must visit if you have not already been here. One of my favorites in Tirana. Even the cats are friendly. Highly recommend. A+

Almost zero veggie options, salads are not served before 12pm and it’s not mentioned in the menu. Also, we ordered dessert and we were told there are no desserts (at 12pm).. Oh and the toilets wasn’t working! I expected much more from a modern looking place

We came in for breakfast and had a phenomenal eggs Benedict and french toast. Based on our morning experience, we returned for dinner - and hold up. I had never have such a great tagliatelle with mushrooms. Like ever. Like anywhere. With amazing drinks for affordable prices… exceptional !!!
