Currently one of the only roof top bars in Tirana actually open. You take the slow elevator up to the top and then are afforded views of all of the city. Drinks galore, everything you can imagine. Superb view of Tirana city from a 360° bar, we went there not that late in the afternoon so it was pretty calm and we could enjoy the sunset and the mountains views. There's plenty of space to smoke outside and a nice range of different cocktails, local wines and beers.

They have a wonderful place in the city centre to dine out, but the service is the worst I ever had. Waiter was slow, he didn’t care about our dirty table, he just put the plates on dirty surfaces. the view is amazing, the cocktails are nice but i cannot say the same about the service. i was with my friends for a chill time, having some drinks with casual outfits. we knew that in the previous years that we had been there, they had this sort of dress code about not wearing sweatpants or casual. at first i went with one of my friends there but nobody said anything about this dress code and we assumed that the owner got rid of that rule. some of our other friends joined us about 1hr and a half later and suddenly this dress code restriction came back. the waiter that informed us about it told us that after 5pm you cannot come up here dressed in sweatpants. we were there since 7pm and as i said nobody told us anything about it. the way that he reached us out was so tactless and after a small discussion he practically kicked us out. before leaving, one of my friends asked for the bill and he said: "i cannot get the check for you because we are having troubles with the billing system" and he ended the quote with the total amount. my friend said to him to write them down in a piece of paper and the prices for each item. when he came back with the list suddenly the total was more than he told us before. he gave him some lessons about the service and the way he should talk to his customers but he replied with: " it's not like i care if you don't come back here." he was so rude for no reason, the way he reached us out was disrespectful and the way that he served us seemed like he was disturbed all the time ( as if he doesn't get paid to do the job). side note: it was that one waiter with bleached hair.

I think I have an idea about what my favorite drink here will be next time. the staff was super kind and fast. I am curious about the piano nights. this place is great to come and have a nice time with a lady. they could have a great whiskey, rum and cognac choice. a nice wine card would also be not bad. a couple of cocktails mixed and served in the right glass is the minimum of service they should provide.
