We were also offered some complimentary lemon sorbet for dessert, which was perfect on a hot summers days. The decor inside pops with colour and is great for taking a photo for Instagram. Highly recommended!

The best ravioli ever!!!! Omg this place was legendary. Since we are vegetarian, we chose non meat options, ravioli and cheesy appetizer (forgot the name). Both dishes were tasty but this ravioli was exquisit. The tomato sauce was so good and filling inside was tasty cheese, and also white wine was amazing. The best combination, right?

I went here yesterday and my boyfriend and I really loved it. We both got our own pasta and had the soup of the day. I had the seafood pasta which was very cheap but it was super good and filling. The soup was also delightful. Its been a bit cold and I've been craving for a nice hot soup. Id go back here again, given my boyfriend is Italian and he approved. I was there for a few months and this place really took me back to Italy. The prices are really good for the portion too. We got full off of one dish. I recommend the lemon and orange soda if you like those flavors, they're imported from Italy and really topped off everything for me. Im impressed. The service is phenomenal as well. I think the best service I've had in my whole month in Albania. Go here if you want great Italian! Definitely not a miss.

I really loved this place. The service was really really good very nice employees. We were 6 people and all food was delicious. One of the rare restaurants in Tirana that I think I will visit again during my stay. Seeing some of the comments I was hesitant to go but I am happy I decided to try my self. Food is good and service as well, the place is clean and well decorated. Also they speak very well English which is not very common. If you are looking for a Halal food option this is a safe choice with variety of pastas and pizzas. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

They're extremely adaptable, tailoring our meal (the latest in several times I've eaten here) to our needs/wants. The staff are friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable, providing any information or suggestions you might need. And the prices don't break the bank, in spite of the location being both central and heavily used by tourists. Finally, after some exceptional fish, shellfish and pasta, the parfait was, er, parfait!!

Overall I had an okay experience–as others mention, the location & decor are the best things this restaurant provides. The food is average, there was a wait to be served, and the employees are superficially polite. I say superficially because the waiter was quite cheeky, so I will provide my story as a warning to others who visit: When ordering, my Albanian partner had originally asked for Carpaccio Oktapodi which was 800 lek on the menu but the waiter suggested a mixed seafood plate and he was like "sure why not" not really thinking much of it. When the bill came this mixed seafood plate ended up being 3000 lek... Almost 4 times more than the dish we originally requested. This dish was better than the other dishes we ordered (risotto with shrimp & saffron, risotto with seafood, & soufflé–all of which lacked any flavour) but to suggest a plate that is 4x more than what a customer originally wanted should be mentioned upon the recommendation, without hesitation. A company only damages their image by doing things like this.

Stale bread, bitter salad (basically vinegar on lettuce with white cheese a little too old)… six salads on the menu but only one available. Shrimp on the other hand very fresh but not cooked with much creativity.

I usually share only positive reviews for the places I really enjoy. This time I feel obliged to leave my first negative one because I received the worst service I have ever experienced. After waiting for 15 minutes to have the waiter at our table and additional 45 to get our first starters, I was served twice the wrong dish. I had to leave after over 1 hour and a half waiting time in total, without ever getting the dish I ordered. I didn't get any excuse from the people in charge for the service. And although I understand mistakes, treating your client well is fundamental for any hospitality service. So I do not recommend the place.

I was really excited to try this restaurant but at the end, unfortunately, it was a very unpleasant experience. The first thing we did was to ask if they accepted card, since we did not had the opportunity to exchange money. Their answer was that yes, no problem, they did accept all cards. We order the food and it took a while if even the restaurant was not full. The cuisine was ok, honestly I would say average. But the problems started when we decided to pay, we tried to pay the restaurant with three different cards from three different countries and the machine did not answer and refused every single time. When I told the guy that it was his machine since (1) on the refuse receipt it was saying internal error and that (2) I was talking with my bank, and they did not see any transaction or problem with my bank account, the manager (or what I think it was the manager) just started to say that I was wrong, interrupted me multiple times just to reaffirm that he was right. At the end, one of us stayed meanwhile the other went to exchange money to pay for the account. When leaving, we did not receive an apology for all the just happened since the problem was clearly with his machine and that we were the ones who needed to find a solution for it. Honestly, I would not recommend a place like that not even for my worst enemy. The service is simply horrible, unprepared and unprofessional.
