I
stayed
here
for
two
nights
for
a
conference.
(-)
Upon
checking
in,
they
lost
my
reservation,
even
though
I
had
the
confirmation
number.
The
lady
at
the
desk
said
that
the
reservation
guy
had
left
for
the
night
and
that's
why
it's
not
in
the
system
yet,
but
I
told
her
that
I
had
booked
this
3
months
ago
and
then
she
had
no
answer
for
that.
Also
people
kept
coming
up
to
the
counter
or
the
phone
would
ring
and
she
would
stop
helping
me
to
help
them.
At
the
end
though,
she
wound
up
pulling
through
and
just
giving
me
a
room,
making
it
easy
and
that
is
why
I
gave
2
stars
instead
of
1.
(-)
Old
room.
There
was
a
huge
draft
from
the
window
and
the
room
was
freezing.
The
heater
also
did
not
work.
(-)
Literally
zero
available
outlets
in
the
room.
I
had
to
unplug
the
only
lamp
with
an
outlet
to
use
it.
Luckily
I
have
a
charger
with
4
USB
ports,
and
I
charged
my
laptop
in
the
bathroom.
(-)
Very
light
blanket
-
a
heavier
blanket
to
have
as
an
option
would
have
been
nice.
(+)
Room
service
was
good,
although
the
menu
was
a
bit
weird.
I
ended
up
ordering
the
fettucine
alfredo
which
was
very
good,
and
the
person
I
spoke
with
on
the
phone
helped
explain
what
wines
they
had
available
and
was
very
helpful.
He
was
the
one
who
confirmed
that
my
room
was
freezing
when
he
came
to
bring
the
food.
(-)
Also
not
associated
with
any
larger
hotel
chain,
so
no
points
or
rewards.
I
won't
be
staying
here
again.
If
I
end
up
coming
back
for
the
conference
again,
I'll
be
staying
at
a
different
hotel.
