You will find a better one for the money. Not directly in die center (about 15 min walk), rooms are good and stuff is helpful. But I had to change room two times because things were broken.

We chose the hotel specifically for the spa option. We even spoke to the hotel’s front desk beforehand and asked if there would be time in the morning to use the spa before we checked out. They told us then it wouldn’t be a problem. We arrived and tried to check in but were told we had to wait 45mins. So we went into the city of Tirana instead of waiting. When we came back in the evening and checked in, we asked about the spa. We were informed we were allowed 15mins of sauna and that it wasn’t open in the morning, so our only option was to do it that evening. Also we had to reserve this beforehand. So we decided to make the best of a displeasing situation and tried to reserve it immediately, we were then told we had to wait at least 45mins… we were hungry and tired by this point so we decided to forgo our spa plans. Besides all this the beds were worn and uncomfortable, there was a bad smell in the hallway, there was not a lot of cold water so the showers were hot (it was 40 degrees celsius outside), the breakfast was okay but not as advertised on booking or their website. Overall a pretty bad experience that wasn’t worth our money!

Its one of the best hotels in Tirana..the rooms are lovely and comfortable..its clean and quiet..in the morning buffet there are o lot of things you can choose..the service its excellent and gentle...i love the decor and all the details in there...i recommend for business meetings or every other event...that experience was great

Never ever book his place. No matter which type of room you choose. In a day I went from economic to double superior and all had in common terrible sewer smell that gets in to your clothes and is chasing you day long. Dusty dirty rooms. Twisted understanding of fashion rooms. And you will be simply left in the cold at midnight wondering why is this happening in a 4 star hotel. Total avoidance recommended.

My room is 30 sq. meters with everything I needed for a comfortable stay– Tea/Coffee Maker, Minibar, Huge Toilet & Bath with Toiletries, Bathrobe, and Fresh Towels, Safety Deposit Box, TV, Hairdryer, Iron, Refrigerator, and Heater, among many others. The bed and the pillows are very comfortable and the bedpost with curtains is amazing! Ladies, didn’t we all dream of having this when we were young? The breakfast buffet is incredible. They have a wide selection of freshly cooked food and the coffee was really good. It was a lovely stay and I’d love for you to have the same experience in Tirana as I had

one of the nice hotel in tirana it is a little far from city center but have alot of services and markets and bars and restaurant around the hotel is not much big, it have about 30 rooms on 3 floors and small restaurant and spa center the stuff is friendly and helpful

Had a very nice 4 night stay, good room. Everything was perfect. Not far from center of Tirana. Staff is very helpful and friendly especially Uarda. Breakfast is great too!

One of the greatest hotel in Tirana, I stayed for two days. Everything was perfect, room service, reception, staff were great and well educated. I would highly recommend this hotel for Tirana visitors.

Very nice small hotel. Good services and nice breakfast. Staff are really helpful and friendly. They have a nice spa and sauna. A lot of coffee shops and restaurants around this area. A supermarket right next to.it as well.

Definetly not a 4-star hotel.

Very nice and kind stuff. Even though we arrived at another time than declared, we could still use the free sauna (which for you need a reservation) The breakfast buffet was super delicious and the price was right. As well as for the rooms which had good air conditioning and pretty furniture. There was just a little issue in the bathroom which I am sure will be fixed as the reception lady was greatful for pointing towards this problem. All in all I strongly recommend the hotel.
