It was a nice hotel with all the 5 star services (valet parking, bell hop, restaurants, room service, laundry service, etc.) if you wanted to pay for them. We enjoyed the pool very much (which was free to use) and the room was spacious and clean. We didn't use the gym but it's the biggest one I've seen in a hotel. The downside of this place is they are doing construction right in front of the building and building a whole new complex right next to it. So you might hear construction sounds during the day and it's not pretty to look at. The hotel was right next to the arena which had many restaurants to choose from.

Our rooms were a good size. I really appreciated the easy-to-operate air conditioning in the room plus the option to have the windows open. Our group rented the ballroom over a two week period for our daily meetings. We also had our vegetarian meals provided by the hotel restaurant. The kitchen did an incredible job feeding us with super delicious and beautifully presented food, three times per day. It was a great venue for our group. Highly recommended.

The cleaning service is top-notch, the rooms are beautiful and spacious, and the green area outside is lovely. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools are great, and the breakfast is delicious. The location is also very convenient, with coffee shops and restaurants just a 3-minute walk away. The night manager is the best! My only complaint is that there can be some noise outside on weekends due to celebrations in the center. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

I’ve stayed in some of the best hotels in the world from Vegas to Monaco. The service and staff in here is unexpectedly impeccable! From front desk staff to the room service to the room care takers... rooms are large, sound proof, toiletry actually has a fragrance, towels are sparkling clean, and has every little thing to make a legit comfortable stay.

We arrived late in the evening, the person at the front desk was super friendly and helped us order food via an app and looked for gluten-free options (which unfortunately were not there). Location is ideal, quiet with its own parking and next to the stadium. Restaurants are not far away. There were however construction works that did disturb the view, but they did not cause noise pollution when we were there. The swimming pool is super: beautiful, large and clean. We found the breakfast rather poor, a bit basic. But still: a great option for exploring Tirana for a few days!

Only disadvantage at the moment is an expansion work is going on currently- June 2023 and might continue for the whole year so there will be a noice disturbance. We got upgraded as we checked in and that was really nice - thanks to the receptionist and Romina that talked nicely about us. Overall s great stay with free wi-fi and a spacious gym located at the 1st floor in case you are looking for that. I'm not. Period. 😂💙

Was at little confusing upon arrival, as there is no hotel sign and the GPS still shows it as the Sheraton. Apparently it's undergoing some major construction which was only annoying when laying at the pool. The gym is amazing, so much equipment, and lots of windows. Cardio gear and weight machines pretty new, the DB need better sorting, there is a mix of kg and lbs. Parking is free and uncomplicated. A note to the housekeepers, please don't forget to clean the grip on the hairdryer, I think there was like 1 year of make-up residue on it. Water pressure was great in the shower, loved the loufer. Walking distance from any and everything.. Will be back when it's finiahed

Lounge access was not recorded on the reservation and I was turned away - No effort to resolve 3. Asked to see the manager twice but was told that they were unavailable - asked that they contact me when they are available - no response 4. My room is so dark with natural light restricted due to a tiny window in relation to the room size, that I need to turn the lights on during the day 5. Construction ongoing - no indication of this when I booked. I have had workers on scaffolding outside my window for the past 3 hours meaning that curtains needed to drawn and earplugs need to be worn due to the noise. 6. Did I mention the lack of effort to resolve? 5 -Star my ar*e - Will advice all my colleagues and client who would frequent this hotel in Albania to avoid like the plague!
