Hotel is on the good quiet location, near Tirana. We had suite with 2 rooms. Rooms were clean, big, bathroom is big. The rooms are air-conditioned. The only drawback of our suit was that we didnt have a balcony. Inside of the hotel is very very big swimming pool( open from 9.00 am - 6.00pm, with lots of sunbeds and umbrellas. Near swimming pool is restaurant/ bar where you can eat when is poll open. Prices not to high ( lunch for 4 persons ca 50-70 euro. SPA ( with jacuzzi, sauna, rest room) is available all day. Breakfast is buffet ( classic hotel breakfast) and was ok. I definitely recommend it

We arrived with a large group of almost 50 people. The entire group enjoyed their experience and felt very well cared for . In particular Suela at breakfast ensured all our guests were looked after and she was exceptionally friendly and helpful to all .

Located in a dark suburb is far from the city centre. The place is in need of a renovation. Looks ugly, wear out.... It rained just a bit in the morning, and we suffered a water leak during breakfast. Taking of which, it is limited, cheap and mediocre to say the least. Dinner was included and it looked more like a children's menu than anything. Again, cheap and boring. I had no chance to look at the "resort" facilities. Busy place due to tours operators so big groups around. Overall, avoid it.

This is my second time here and like 5 years ago I had a great stay. Everyone working here is nice and available for any needs. Reception, Restaurant and facilities are great. Position close to airport is a "plus". For short or long stay it's highly recommended. Many options for your free-time into the Resort (pool, gym, spa ... ). Food is ok with a great choice of dishes.

Not a hotel for you if you want to rest. Some of the staff members are professional and I enjoyed talking to them. Others do not care about their job and are just bad at it. "What? Just wait" and similar responses and gestures can ruin your day. Also, when people are partying by the pool after midnight, the staff is unable to make them leave and you are forced to listen to them yell etc. Weddings, birthdays or just drinking all night and being loud... The pillows smell weird, and so on. Overall, it is unorganized, messy... I don't understand how this hotel has 4 stars. Three should be the absolute maximum. Oh yes, the pizza is good!

Big and spatious hotel. There are so many games for little kids to play and have fun, plus the indoor and outside pool. Very well aranged and interesting. The staff is stiff and uninterested. They rarely speak English and they are slow. The food is average although there is vast choice. There was a strange smell throughout the area when I last visit, most probably camming from the river nearby.

I stayed in te stella for a cycling race and it was the best experience i had during that week! Also the service from suela was verry good! She always helped me out with pancakes and coffee in the morning! Best stay of the week!

I really enjoyed the food, was very delicious. “Te Stela Resort” is one of my favorite hotels. I used the 3 swimming pools and of course the gym too. I highly recommend it, everything was perfect.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. The pool was wonderful too. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this resort for anyone.

Great place to stay with friends and family

Suela, Laura, kamila, Ori (the breakfast team) were extremely friendly and helpful - same can be said for all the waiting, reception, and cleaning staff (Enea incl.) In Many hotels and countries in the region this is unusual, so 5 stars to the customer facing staff at Te Sela.

Food is overlooked and tasteless. Service awful, had to ask for tissues and in the end had to pay for service.

This hotel has everything. Indoor and outdoor pool (until 18:00).gym.. Spa (12euro), own brewery, beer garden and good food. Rooms are spacious and clean. Close to the airport. Nice staff. I would go there again

Nice hotel, nothing to complain about really. Just some rooms could use some renovation work and breakfast could be organized better, also the surrounding area isn't very nice. The staff was very nice and found our charger we accidentally left in the hotel a few days prior.

Cozy hotel rooms and very affordable prices. Great place to go for traditional Albanian food. The service was also very polite. Would recommend!

The food in the restaurant was delicious and fresh, there were also vegetarian options. The service was fast and adequate. Denitza from the staff was very helpful and cooperative. There is live music in the restaurant every night

Beautiful place, amazing for kids pool and play ground. Pool is inclusive when you stay at their resort/hotel. But they messed up our booking; they sent our confirmation for the 2 nights; when we got there they over booked and were only going to let us one night. If your not demanding they’ll trick you!

Some of the stuff is awesome, the other half is not so nice. Beds are quite uncomfortable, there is no possibility to iron (it can be only made via laundry service for extra fee), there is no possibility to ask for water heater in the room. Breakfast is poor, quantity and quality as well. Otherwise the hotel has a nice atmosphere, rooms are clean.

Everything is just perfect at Stela Resort. The staff is really friendly, service is really good, we are looking forward to go again.

I stayed in this hotel with my family for 12 nights. I chose this place because it felt to be family friendly and because my son loves swimming pools, and both proved to be true. Booking was difficult, many phone calls and WhatsApp, I felt that staff not interested to help and not talking together. Location is not good if you have no car. Far from Tirana, 20-30 minutes by Taxi, would cost about 9-10 Euros to city center, receptionist can book taxi for you, because English speakers in Albania are rare. From airport, not very far, but Taxi in Airport will insist on 15-20 Euros. Area around hotel is industrial and deserted, near to a major highway, only thing that would be of use is QTU mall, 10 minutes unpleasant walk from hotel. We arrived late, check in was easy, but receptionist never bothered to help with luggage. The hotel is quite mediocre in every thing, décor is outdated, furniture old and sometimes broken. There was a big hole in the carpet opposite my room. Cleanliness is moderate at best. Bathroom was not very clean and smelly. Room was definitely not a suite as advertised. No Kettle, no tea or coffee tray. The big plus was a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Breakfast was frustrating, not even as would be expected in 3 star hotels in Europe. The hotel restaurant however was surprisingly good, food was delicious, plentiful and not very expensive. Restaurant manager was really helpful. Some staff were nice, others were very dry and seemed not interested in their job. I struggled to get advice about any tourist attraction, until one of the receptionist gave me a fantastic advice. In conclusion this hotel would be great the locals for a day use in the pool an a nice evening meal, but much less suitable for international guests.

Te stela was a great place to stay… pools were great and so were the people. Enise our taxi driver gave us lots of good tips and was very friendly and spoke very good English. Our suitcase was broken upon arrival on a 19 day 7 hotel trip, so we were very disappointed, but they were quick to fix it for us! Thank you te stela!

Resort and restaurant owned by the brewery of the same name. I didn't stay at their property but did eat with friends in their restaurant. The food, the beer, and the service from the wait staff were fantastic. We had a great time! If you're passing by this place, or if you are in the area, it's hard to imagine you could find a better option for dining. First rate!

I recommended Stela resort to everyone, I spend three days there, the room was clean ,comfortable bed ,whater in the inside pool was warm ,Turkish bath ,sauna,delicious breakfast...they have everything for enjoying.And the personal was very kind,very professional.I will be back again ,next time minimum one week.

The place was terrible. The food was so bad that I got a headache afterwards.🤮I ordered a pizza and the pizza came after 2 minutes and I saw that it was frozen and they didn’t even cooked it properly.The service was very disrespectful and I will NEVER go back there ever again.

It was a disgusting place. When we arrived at night, there were our tourist group, people in towels who are coming from spa and a wedding happening all in the same lobby. The staff were really rude. You couldn't get any answer from them. We asked for an extra towel but it never came. Hopefully, we didn't wait for them or else we would be still waiting. The bathrooms don't have a proper door. It was a glass which can't be closed. You can see and hear everything that's in the bathroom. Me and other people who eat the dinner got food poisoning because the staff reheated the chicken and rice. I was throwing up all night and when we asked them to call an ambulance or a taxi, they DID NOT call because they didn't want their name to be involved in a situation like that. I went to hospital by myself in the next morning. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. STAY AWAY.

I have been training swimming for some years and it has been great every single time. It is organized very well and the coaches show the swimming good as well. The pool is clean and i have never had issues with it.

Amazing place! Professional qualified and very friendly staff! My kids love the place. Swimming pools and amenities are hygenic. I so many years of my experience sending my kids there almost 4- 5 times at week did not have any health problem or allergy. Highly recommend
