I have been at Taiwan since it was open like 20 years ago but I had lunch today for the first time. The food is nice and tasty but it is a bit over the average regarding to the price but you pay for the view and the park. The outdoor patio is the best place for sunny winter days.

The steakhouse experience was kind of mediocre although the food itself was decent. The servers did not speak enough English to understand our orders although the menu was in English and we got wrong orders 3 times which ended in cold food and no drink for my wife. The proportions are also too small and very expensive. Not worth it compared to other much nicer restaurants in the area, which are also much more welcoming. The place was also quite cold and badly insulated. Not a great experience all in all but in all fairness, the steak was good.
